Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. I proprietari sono sono molto gentili e disponibili. La cucina è ben attrezzata. Con quello che avevamo abbiamo potuto fare colazione dal balcone con bellissima vista lago. La stazione del treno è a poco più di un km. e noi abbiamo usato i nostri piedi come mezzo di trsporto.

Le seul petit bémol est l’absence de stationnement à proximité, mais cela est largement compensé par le cadre exceptionnel et la qualité du séjour. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

Il est dommage de ne pas avoir compris qu'on devait partager une petite cuisine adaptée pour 4 personnes avec un autre logement également composé de 4 personnes... Difficile de cohabiter quand il n'y a qu'une seule plaque électrique et un seul frigo et seulement 4 chaises dans la cuisine. Ce n'est pas prévu pour que les 8 personnes des 2 appartements mangent sur place en même temps... On a pu le faire sur notre grande terrasse car il faisait beau mais impossible en cas de mauvais temps.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Très confortable apparemment refait à neuf pour 4 personnes. Balcon avec belle vue sur le lac et table et chaise pour manger à 2. On voit le lac de son lit! Magique au lever du soleil. Excellent rapport qualité prix prix. Accueil sympathique des hôtes. Belle cuisine partagée. Parking gratuit à 150 m. À 20-25 mn à pied du centre de Stresa pour faire l’excursion aux îles Borromées.
Top! Rien à dire.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026It is set in a lively location with great views and lovely hosts. We felt very welcome and check in was a breeze. Loved our terrace! The apartment had everything we needed and is well stocked with tea/ coffee. The water pressure is great! Everything worked as expected.
The pillows are quite thick and hard, but that’s personal preference!

Tout était parfait, sauf un détail indépendant des propriétaires : pas de parking dans la structure, il faut se garer dans une rue très en pente, un peu compliqué pour les septuagénaires que nous sommes.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in dieser Villa sehr zufrieden! Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auf alle unsere Fragen haben sie schnell und ausführlich geantwortet, und sie waren jederzeit für uns da. Dadurch haben wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Villa und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die großzügigen Terrassen und Balkone, auf denen man wunderbar entspannen kann. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend: Der See ist in nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe unterwegs, und alle konnten sich bequem unterbringen. Es gab ausreichend Platz für alle. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft
Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno in questa villa! I proprietari sono estremamente gentili, accoglienti e sempre disponibili. Hanno risposto con cortesia e rapidità a tutte le nostre domande e ci hanno aiutato in ogni occasione, facendoci sentire davvero a nostro agio. La villa e le camere sono molto pulite, curate e confortevoli. Ci sono piaciute particolarmente le ampie terrazze e i balconi, perfetti per rilassarsi. Anche la posizione è ottima: il lago si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi. Eravamo un gruppo numeroso e tutti siamo stati sistemati comodamente, con spazio sufficiente per ciascuno. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa e consigliamo vivamente questa villa. Grazie di cuore per la splendida ospitalità!

Looking out over the Lake and the countryside behind the property was so relaxing. The beds couldn't have been more comfortable and the host was very welcoming and helpful.

La cuisine commune est une bonne idée mais les autres pensionnaires ont pu être bruyants jusque très tard dans la nuit et utiliser la cuisine sans nettoyer ou ranger ce qu’ils avaient utilisés

It's a little bit far from the center, but if you are by car you can go down easily. We were in a apartment which shares the kitchen with another apartment but it wasn't a problem at all. Perfect stay we definitely recommend it :)

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026Дуже привітні господарі, до поселення відповідали на всі задані питання стосовно паркування та порад щодо відвідування Стрези та островів. Парковка безкоштовна в 2 хвилинах пішки, до озера біля 10 хвилин, до центру міста біля 20 хвилин. Але апартаменти в тихому кварталі, з чудовим садом і терасою з видом на озеро. Кухня загальна, є в наявності посуд, холодильник, кава та чай безкоштовна (дякуємо!)
В загалі апартаменти чисті та комфортні, але на мій погляд, мало приділено уваги прибиранню ванної кімнати. Також враховуйте що звукоізоляція не дуже надійна... чутно сусідів та всі рухи на загальній кухні. Але для нас це не було великою проблемою і наступного разу при відвудуванні Стрези ми з великим задоволенням зупинимось тут ще раз.

Se escucha absolutamente todos los ruidos de fuera Al tener la cocina y espacio compartido, si los otros huéspedes usan ese espacio se escucha TODO Se hacen un café a las 7 de la mañana y te despiertas Mucho ruido externo Está alejado de todo, si tienes coche está bien. Relación calidad precio para mi gusto algo caro.

Ce serait était sympa d'avoir du thé et des tisanes a disposition . La bouilloire était bien présente mais rien pour faire une petite boisson chaude. Par contre machine à café avec dosettes et sucre ok. Aussi, peut être avoir le choix sur les coussins de lit (très épais et pas agréables si vous avez des problèmes de cervicales).

Peccato la pioggia perchè il giardino doveva essere splendido. Proprietari presenti e disponibili nonostante il grave ritardo dovuto al traffico con cui siamo arrivati. Wi fi velocissima. Tantissime prese in ogni camera per attaccare computer cellulari e fotocamera vicino ad ogni letto. Bella la cucina sicura e comoda. Carini i giochi da tavolo da poter fare. Tutto non scontato neanche in strutture più care

Descrizione su booking poco chiara e ingannevole.si parla di appartamento con due camere da letto in effetti noi abbiamo soggiornato in due camere più in bagno con una specie di cucina che zona comune con altre due camere con bagno.pertanto non si tratta di un appartamento con due camere ma semplicemente di due camere con zona comune.gli asciugamani erano davvero veramente miseri piccoli e pochi per il resto tutto benissimo

Le uniche pecche sono state:,la mancanza di un televisore.Per noi è andata bene ugualmente, perché abbiamo trovato belle giornate ed abbiamo trascorso il tempo all'aperto. Per persone con problemi motori non lo consiglio perché c'è una discesa ripida che porta al lago e anche perché non si può parcheggiare nella struttura Per il resto tutto ok
