Serene Getaway-Newly renovated spacious 2 Bedrooms 2 Baths vs Similar Hotels

Spacious and comfortable rooms with nice touches.

Generally comfortable and well maintained according to one guest, but initial arrival issues included unprepared bedding and missing linens.

The room was large and had great a/c.

Nice flat with large balcony and good kitchen.

The villa was spacious, clean, and private.

Mixed: one guest described the unit as well maintained and clean, but another arrived to find a bedroom with a pile of sheets and had to search drawers for towels and bedding.

The pool was clean and the staff were always cleaning and pleasant.

Love the cleanliness of the room.

Great location, close to everything.

Highly praised: convenient to many attractions and amenities, grocery stores close by, described as the 'Beverly Hills of MoBay' relative to other non-resort areas.

Not too far outside of the city but farther than I had thought.

The location is not so good if you come without a car.

The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always available if we needed anything.

Check-in experience noted as awkward — owner came in and asked for payment on arrival and payment methods were unclear; otherwise no major service complaints reported.

The owner even drove me out to get groceries which was much appreciated.

Host was very pleasant and responsive.

Unexpected items provided such as toothbrushes and beach towels were a nice touch.

Positive: had all the amenities needed for self-catering so guests did not have to eat out nightly.

Beautifully maintained with a very big pool.

Everything was comfortable.

Great value for money, everything was perfect.
