Poor maintenance

The location is good. Overall booking, check in and check out experience is professional. The house's cleanliness is ok

The aircond was not serviced, hence 2 of the airconds (at living room and one of the room) were leaking. One of the room is only fit for 1 person, thus I believe the advertisement should clearly indicate that the room is 2+1, not entirely 3 rooms

Broken plug, broken & leaking air conditioner, broken living room’s lamp, broken shower handle. Broken water heater, dirty kitchen with messy stuffs in the drawer, not provided body soap in the upstair’s room, only 2 remote aircond provided, bedroom sheets smell so bad. Parking.

There is food in the refrigerator that has been eaten, and there are cockroaches everywhere in the apartment. I informed the landlord about my problem, and he told me that for the food issue, the cleaning service would come to remove it. Regarding the insects, he told me a pest control company would come the next morning at 10:00. Then he told me the pest control company would actually come at 12:00 and that I had to stay in the apartment. I told him it was not my job to sit and wait for them. He told me, word for word, “This is my apartment and you are on my property,” and then he kicked me out. He said, “I want you to leave the house, and I don’t want to see you after 12:00, or I will do something not good to you.”

Property feel so homey, clean and most of the facilities work accordingly. Host also provide snack, instant noodle and drinks to purchase in house.

Need to do some pest control. One of the tap is loose which connect to water purifier/dispenser, need to repair.

It was very practical and convenient.Everything was complete. Stayed with some friends to watch movies and cooked throughout the whole 3 days of stay. We really enjoyed the whole 3 days there. Pots, pans, cutleries, plates and cups were provided. You can cook conveniently. Dish washing soap and detergents were also provided. You don't have to bring it with you. We asked the owner if there were any rice pots. Owner gracefully accommodated and provided us with one. The berooms, kitchen, toilets and living room were neat and clean. Parking was easy as 3 lots were provided. Would recommend communicating with the owner (super friendly and helpful).

Not to say what we didn't like... But the area is far from the local township. Luckily for us, we planned to cook throughout the whole entire stay. If you are looking to dine out or buy anything, the nearest township/mall is about 2km away. There are some convenient stores like Mynews, 7E, a pharmacy and a local grocery store (kedai bangla it's called by the locals) behind the apartment (trying googling Mynews Menara Paragon Cyberjaya). The swimming pool is ok, but it does get overcrowded at certain hours. There is a convenient store next to the pool of the apartment (but the price is slightly pricey).

Apt was good.

Love the setting of the house. Love the artwork on the walls and aesthetics in the house. Comfortable to rest after full hectic day at work. Enough room to laydown comfortably for everyone in the group.

All the main rooms were upstairs. Most of us just leave our luggage downstairs and the stairs quite steep. Its best if all trashcan had plastic. We weren't sure how to put away our waste.

Let me share my delightful experience at this wonderful place. First things first, the house itself is a haven of amenities and beauty. The interior decor is both stylish and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you step in. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the essentials were well-stocked: from shower gel to ample kitchenware. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need – a refrigerator, a Cookoo water filter, and even a washing machine. Each room, including the living area, is air-conditioned for ultimate comfort. The beds are neatly made with plenty of pillows – not like those typical homestays that only offer two pillows per bed. And let's talk about the WiFi – it's fast! Streaming on the large TV with Netflix was a breeze. Checking in and out was a hassle-free process, thanks to the accommodating owner who made everything smooth. Plus, there are three parking spaces available, which was a huge relief. Though I didn't get a chance to try out the swimming pool due to our busy schedule, it looked quite inviting from the window. In summary, Camellia Guesthome Cyberjaya exceeded my expectations with its thoughtful amenities, comfort, and excellent service. For the price, it's an incredible deal. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Cyberjaya.

Now, no place is perfect, and I did encounter a minor hiccup: the corridor light and door light outside was broken, making it a bit challenging to see the door and grill lock at night. However, this is a small issue compared to the overall outstanding experience we had.

Camellia offer a place that we can call 2nd home. Beautiful decorations. Relaxing place. Have 3 slots parking space which is very convenience for us.

The decor is very tastefully designed. It’s very cozy and comfortable. It has almost every basic necessities for a staycation. My sister said it has an ‘overseas’ ambience to it. Totally recommend.

The parking was dimmed and not properly signed.

The property is really beautiful and cleann. Every room was provided with clean towel. And the decoration is really pretty and my family has a very pleasant stay.

Nice and beautiful homestay. I chose this hstay because it has 3 bedrooms and 3 parking lots. Just enough for my family. It also has extra parkings allocated for visitors nearby the block. It's a duplex with complete and clean facilities and easy access. Restaurants and malls are also nearby. Owner is very nice and accommodating. Pleasant stay and will definitely recommend for others to stay.

I had an amazing stay at Camellia Guesthome! The house was spotless, including the room and toilet, which was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook, making meals a breeze. The house itself was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
