Fácil de llegar y muy limpio

Tener espacios comunes como la cocina y la terraza. El sitio es muy bonito y el apartamento en frente. La habitación era muy bonita.

Eche de menos un espejo fuera del baño. No hay ascensor pero solo eran 2 pisos y nos ayudó Alex con las maletas.

Excelente ubicación , al lado del aeropuerto, en un pueblito con cafeterías, panaderías,... Muy limpio, práctico. Auto Check in y check out pero contactas con el chico por wasap y te responde cualquier duda al momento, cosas que se agradece muchísimo. No tengo nada negativo.

Prima hotel om een nachtje te verblijven als je op het vliegveld moet zijn. Het hotel was schoon. Er was beneden een ruimte om te zitten, een keuken, koelkast en wasmachine die gebruikt kan worden, dit was allemaal schoon en goed verzorgd.

Paratene Ostatu Habitaciones is a nine minute cab ride to the Bilbao airport. Perfect. Check-in and Check-out is automated. No one is there. Which is fine. There is a well-equipped kitchen. A couple bistros within walking distance. Alex, our host, has his number posted everywhere inviting you to reach out with any problem. The room is clean and comfortable. It was a single, twin bed. The shared bathroom is clean and easily accessible. The place works just find. It is one of the more affordable locations in the area. I found the Habitaciones perfect for myself.

Everything was fine. But be aware. I got there in the evening and needed to book an airport cab for an early morning pickup. Not unusual I would think. It was too late to book the cab online. I had to call. So there was a language barrier for me. Some cab companies did not serve Erandia (only Bilbao). Others needed more time to schedule early morning drivers. So the conversation/language became more complex. There was no one there to help. Book your tax early.

- La chambre pour 4 est grande. - Les parties communes sont propres. Il y a une cuisine, des étagères et un frigo commun (bien que remplis). - L'entrée se fait par un robot. Il n'y a personne à la réception, ce qui n'est pas gênant parce que le système est bien fait.

- L’hôtel est sur la voie des avions au décollage, juste à côté de l'aéroport (heureusement pas de décollage entre 00h et 06h du matin). - La chambre est relativement bruyante (pas de double vitrage) - La chambre sous les toits est mal isolé et donc très chaude en été

Check in organised automatically (via check in machine), very time consuming.

My score is a bit skewed because we booked during the eclipse time and therefore the property was much more expensive than usual. I believe in normal times the value for money is decent.

It’s close to the airport so make sure to go to sleep early before the morning flights wake you up prematurely. The property could definitely use another bathroom or at least toilets, because it was impossible to use the toilet in the morning or evening for a long periods of time when someone else is in the shower. The communication with the host was strange because the sent check in info didn’t work so we had to call them anyways, but in the end it worked out fine.

L'absence de personnel pour nous guider et répondre à nos questions, l'absence de parking de l'hôtel (il faut se garer sur le parking ou lic en face alors que l'annonce stipule clairement la présence d'un parking), la localisation très éloignée de Bilbao (ne connaissant pas la région, nous pensions que nous pourrions nous y rendre à pied, à oublier), une ampoule qui clignote en chambre avec salle de bains, la porte de la salle de bains à deux doigts de tomber et qui ne se ferme pas complètement (l'étanchéité s'en fait ressentir) et la taille des fenêtres à l'étage des chambres avec Sdb qui ne permet pas de faire circuler l'air.

La qualité générale et la propreté du logement

Sehr sehr heiß ohne Klimaanlage. Im Familienzimmer unter dem Dach sind 40°C und nur ein Ventilator, der die Wärme verteilt. Wir konnten 2 Nächte keinen Schlaf finden aufgrund der Hitze. Draußen waren nachts jedoch 20°C. Das Dachgeschoss kühlt nicht ab. Das Hochbett wackelt sehr und wurde mit Tape repariert. Im Familienzimmer ist keine Küche, kein Wasserkocher, kein Toaster o.ä. vorhanden. Die Beschreibung stimmt nicht. Im Gemeinschaftsraum trocknet die Putzfrau die Handtücher. Ein gemeinschaftliches Frühstück war nicht möglich. Der Check In erfolgt über einen Automaten. Es sind alle Passports aller Reisenden zu scannen.

The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. It is a good location for the airport.

No air conditioning, we were very hot. People coming and going through out the night making lots of noise as to be expected, with a hotel close to the airport. Check in was confusing and it was difficult finding the hotel. It would be helpful to know about the automated check in instructions in advance as well as more detailed directions to the hotel.

Lokacija je mirna, če te ne motijo letala. Vse imaš na voljo, kuhinjo s full opremo, pralni stroj in sušilni stroj. Vrt za posedanje. Blizu so igrala za manjše otroke. Veliko parkirišče je čez ulico.

Propreté et chambre très bien pour une famille. Grand espace.

Lit superposé pas assez sécurisé en haut.

Molt pràctic que hi hagués cuina. Pati exterior ampli i agradable. Habitacions i espais comuns nets. Els llits eren grans i nets. Entorn molt tranquil. El sistema per accedir amb targeta o amb codi és pràctic. Tracte i comunicació amb el propietari molt correcte.

Falta una mica de manteniment. Els llits no eren especialment còmodes. El procés de registre una mica llarg i el sistema per escanejar els documents no funcionava massa bé, fins que vam descobrir que havíem de tapar la llum del sol per que funcionés.

El lugar es muy acogedor y tiene muchas comodidades, cocina, lugar para compartir, y el lugar está muy bien ubicado, se consigue facilmente donde aparcar, Volveremos.

Niente da dire sulla camera e i bagni.

Quando ho prenotato la struttura diceva che includevano servizio navetta per l'aeroporto. Questo non e' vero devi tu chiamare il taxi e pagare a tue spese.Non si puo ingannare la gente dire che offri un servizio quando non lo fai. Il taxi con cui lavorano loro mi ha messo una sovrattassa di 15 euro prima della corsa e' esagerato rubare.

Ligging dicht bij Bilbao, in aangename wijk. Grote kamer. Netheid. Ruim voorzien van propere handdoeken. Bericht met incheckgegevens en vriendelijk geholpen aan de telefoon. Bakker en speelplein nabij. Gratis parking nabij. Ventilator voorzien, geen airco.

Wankel stapelbed in de kamer, voelde helemaal niet veilig. De kamer was zeer warm (het was ook een erg warme dag) en was moeilijk af te koelen, ondanks de ventilator. Geluidhinder vanaf de gang en van de voordeur die erg luid dichtvalt, te horen op het 3e. Nabij de luchthaven, dus geluid van vliegtuigen maar niet in de nachtelijke uren. Wasmachines waren telkens in gebruik door het personeel, zowel 's morgens als 's avonds (misschien makkelijker af te spreken bij langer verblijf). Personeel in de ochtend was weinig verwelkomend / vriendelijkheid kon beter. Zowel in de kamer als in de patio kunnen wel wat verbeteringen aangebracht worden.

L'établissement est sécurisé, il y a une cuisine, un extérieur. Les chambres sont propres, plutôt spacieuse, les lits sont confortables.C'est super !

J'aurais aimé qu'on me prévienne qu'il n'y est pas de réception sur place et qu'il faut que j'appelle.

La habitación que nos tocó estaba bien. Lo que más me gustó fue la sensación de "casa común" con el resto de hospedados, bien en la cocina, bien en la terraza.

Hacía mucho calor en la habitación. Fue un día caluroso, pero llegamos sobre las 20h al alojamiento y estaba todo cerrado y sin airear

La proximité avec l’aéroport.

Les lits doubles sont vraiment pas confortables, les coussins de même. C’est dommage car hormis ces détails, tout était niquel.

Lo que más me ha gustado, por supuesto, es su calidad precio, me parece un sitio excepcional para quedarse unos días o un fin de semana en Bilbao. El trato por parte de los empleados del Hotel, ha sido bueno y atento. Para los que vayan en moto, deben saber que tienen un parking de motos exclusivo justo al lado del Hotel.

Only the fact that it is located in a picturesque area, nothing else.

The property is located remotely from Bilbao airport as well as Bilbao city centre. As we landed in Bilbao around 8 in the evening, there are quite a few public buses, but every single driver lied to us and refused to drive near the closest station to this property, so we had to hop on an Uber. At the property, we checked in ourselves at a digital machine where our documents have been processed. There is a shared kitchen with plenty of kitchen utensils, a big fridge and cooking facilities. Our room was decent with own bathroom, but bedsheets and pillows were smelly and did not look well nor offered proper support for a good sleep. Walls are not soundproof as we could hear every noise made by other people from the rooms next to ours. The major and the most unpleasant surprise has unfolded in the morning, when before the check out time it’s been no hot water in the shower, so for the very first time we had to take a cold as ice shower. Overall, given the money we paid, the lack of hot water before checking out and the remote location, I do not recommend this to anyone who cares about comfort. Shame on you owners of Paratene for the most despicable service.

Je moet zelf inchecken in een soort van toilet cabine achtig hokje, daar staat wel een modern incheck apparaat en daarmee krijg je je kamer pas.. Er staat een bed, en het gebouw is vrij gehorig, dwz als de mensen praten of lopen hoor je alles.. je ziet verder geen personeel, het is alleen om te overnachten (slapen) en het is redelijk dichtbij het vliegveld, al lichten de taxi’s je toch wel op..

La ubicación cumplió las expectativas que eran que estuviese cerca del aeropuerto, el sitio que nos recomendó el anfitrión para cenar fue excelente y el entorno bonito

Demasiado ruido, teníamos a alguien cerca con música y hablando hasta al menos las 4 de la mañana, además de esto los aviones pasan continuamente y el aislamiento de puertas y ventanas es deficiente con lo cual se oye mucho, la calefacción no estaba encendida al menos en nuestra habitación, se notaba más calor al salir al hall

Pas d'accueil. Personne pour accueillir, nous n'avions pas le code et personne ne parlait anglais (et pas vraiment espagnol, peut-être basque ?) pour nous aider. Donc 45 minutes sous la pluie avant d'entrer dans l'hébergement. Dommage, le reste est très bien.

No tea,coffee facilities in the room, these were down 2 floor & 2 flights of stairs. WiFi did not work, the router itself connected alright but no internet feed coming through it. Checking in was difficult, more info needed on booking email.

Para una persona que no fuma, oler a tabaco en las zonas comunes, no es agradable, y además ocurrió nada más subir las escaleras.

Y en el baño común se pueden cuidar los detalles como una escobera, más limpia

Cercanía al aeropuerto, habitación amplia y buena recomendación para cenar!

No tiene ascensor. El baño perdía agua e hizo ruido toda la noche. El auto checkin para mas de dos personas se hace un poco interminable y las camas no eran especialmente cómodas. No obstante el precio es muy competitivo para pasar la noche cerca del aeropuerto.

El atendimiento persobalizado del dueño. La habitación preciosa y la limpieza perfecta.

Que hay una cocina abajo y me pude hacer café

Ruido horrible , tanto en el exterior,niños gritando en el parque de al lado como si los estuvieran matando, como en el interior, paredes tan finas que escuchaba conversaciones de los alojados , uno era criminal. El alojamiento está en zona muy rural , aunque cerca de Bilbao,pero se accede por unas sendas entre matorrales. El responsable de recepción me atendió por teléfono y yo tenía un problema urgente de imprimir un documento, no me ha ayudado ni tampoco fue capaz de decirme donde en alrededores podía encontrar un lugar para imprimirlo. Decepcionante
