Room and bathroom were kept clean. Staff is helpful. Having a spacious hall. Suggesting to add more washrooms to the spacious hall (Just one each is not enough). A small supermarket (Vanni Food City) is close by, and you can get most of the basic needs there.

Though arrived around 02.30 pm, had to wait for sometime (20 min) to check-in. (Stated check-in time was 01.00 pm.

There was a party happening until 4.30 AM and the staff didn’t have the courtesy to tell those guests to keep it quiet. They were so loud which my kids didn’t hays good sleep, so we packed our bags and left at 5 am. And on top of that someone parked a car right behind our and it took me 45 minutes to take my car out. Common sense right?

Modern, clean hotel on the outskirts of the town. Comfy bed and all facilities in the room.

The breakfast is not worth the additional cost.

The food was exceptionally tasty compared to other higher priced hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka recently. The staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodating.

Was the perfect stop over on our way to Jaffna. Breakfast was great and the staff was helpful and efficient. Hotel is new and the rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money.

Too many small insects on the floor, although these were harmless. Disappointed with the driver's accommodation arranged by the hotel. This was too expensive and not clean.

Everyrhing was perfect.

Not much to like. They provided us with milk during the middle of the night for crying baby, but then charged us for it in the morning. I didn't mind paying as I was so happy that they had milk that they were willing to provide at 2am. Grateful.

Context: Heavy Rain Season The sliding door to the balcony didn't close all the way, which allowed mosquitos into the room. The bathroom vent/window space also doesn't have a screen to prevent outside bugs from entering the bathroom. Having visited during rain season, the room had so many bugs and mosquitos. When reported to the staff, we were provided with one mosquito repellant and was asked to blast the AC for 30 minutes to chase away all the mosquitos. While they claim the room was turned over on the same day, we found bugs and mosquitos hiding in the curtains, under the pillows, sofas, etc. The lack of empathy from the staff and lack of action to help find a solution was frustrating. We tried to spend as little time in the property as possible, and checked out at 6 am. Saving grace is that the family room is spacious and has a balcony, which during non-rain seasons, I trust may be pleasant.

Large room, It was kept clean. AC and Wash room were great. We slept well. They were flexible to add 2 more people for a reasonable price, once I realised the room is too big.

Staff were imposing a condition that only 30 mins of friends visit is allowed. Never heard of that in my life anywhere else. There is no lift. We had to carry our luggage’s downstairs which was very dangerous and hard. Nothing is close by. You have to book in advance if you need dinner or breakfast. Bit far from Town and other facilities.

Easy access to the city center and value for the money. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful.

Rooms are average and no proper sealing on the hotel door and the bathroom doors. Locking systems average.

A very new clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. We were there on a work visit, and it was just perfect for that. The lady at the reception was so nice, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back when in the area again.

I like the way they treated me. The 24 hours front desk facility really help me out.
