1- The light control switch(occupancy sensor) is fixed at the wall inside the Toilet & it was switched OFF several time while we were in the Toilet. The time delay was not set properly. My kids faced the darkness of the toilet frequently & they were crying. There is no need to save energy inside the toilet. Please remove the occupancy sensor from the Toilets. There is only one LED light inside the bathroom & small exhaust fan having no high watt consumption. 2- At the entrance, they did not serve any Saudi Tea/Qahwa + Dates to welcome guests. It is a common tradition here.

Hotel management should also arrange breakfast.
