Reviewed Sep 1, 2026We loved everything about the property, the location- right over the city square with wide, clear and gorgeous views of the Andes Mountains and the crystal lake. Walking downtown to all the restaurants was 5 minutes away. The rooms were spotless. The front desk was helpful in many ways. Jessica graciously helped me translate Spanish into English to pay for a tour. We can’t say enough positive things about how amazing staying at this property was. But the most outstanding aspect of our stay was how warm, caring, and helpful the owner, Luciana was. She went the extra mile to stay available for the smallest need we had. ..Checking in at appropriate times to make sure all was well. She was so extraordinarily kind. We will be back and highly recommend it.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The keys can be easily collected from the building reception at the time indicated by the host. The host was very friendly and helpful before and throughout the stay. Communication was excellent, and the host was also very flexible and accommodating regarding a possible extension of the stay. Highly recommended.
I was initially a bit hesitant about making the advance payment via Western Union. However, the process went smoothly, and everything was handled correctly and transparently. There were no issues at all.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Es la primera vez que alquilo por Booking y, la verdad, al principio me daba un poco de miedo, sobre todo porque no se puede compartir el comprobante por el chat de la plataforma. Sin embargo, Luciana me transmitió mucha confianza desde el primer momento. Todo es tal como se muestra en las fotos: el alojamiento está en excelentes condiciones, tiene una ubicación ideal y una vista hermosa. Además, Luciana fue muy amable y estuvo siempre atenta a todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar durante la estadía. Sin dudas, volvería a elegir este lugar y lo recomiendo totalmente.

There is also a guard in the building 24/7 which is always nice. The view is just beautiful and the host was super helpful with all. Dispone de camas cómodas, una cocina integrada con todo lo necesario. Está muy bien calefaccionado, y la señal de wifi es óptima. Luciana es una anfitriona excelente, brindando ayuda en todo lo posible en todo momento, inclusive en fin de semana; siempre pendiente de ver que necesitábamos. Pocas veces vi una atención igual, desde ya volveremos.

A acomodação fica de frente para o Centro Cívico e isso nos proporcionava, além de uma vista maravilhosa, a possibilidade de caminhar diariamente pelo centrinho, ir a todas as lojas e restaurantes sem depender de carro para nada. A Luciana é uma excelente anfitriã: está sempre disponível e nos forneceu dicas valiosas sobre passeios, restaurantes, além de indicações de taxistas.
O quarto é simples e o guarda-roupa pequeno.

El departamento es cálido (muy buena calefacción)muy bien cuidado y con una vista al Nahuel Huapi que en persona resulta aún más impresionante que en fotos. Luciana fue siempre muy atenta y flexible, incluso nos permitió ingresar antes y nos aconsejó sobre qué visitar. La ubicación es inmejorable, pleno centro, con acceso a servicios, restaurantes y transporte. Sin dudas, lo recomiendo y volvería a elegirlo en mis futuras visitas.

Todo bien, no es que no me gusto ,solo que creo que cuando se reserva dice: parking pero no dice , se paga aparte, cosa que encarece el alojamiento.solo eso creo que las especificaciones tienen que ser ciertas y claras igual los demás alojamientos que había consultado estaban en lo mismo.te dicen que tienen parking y resulta que se paga aparte. Después todo genial, la chica re amorosa, recomendable!! .Aclaro creo que no dice que se paga aparte, si me equivoco pido disculpas..

Reviewed Dec 4, 2022Very cozy and comfortable apartment, really feels like home. The staff were really nice and made sure we are comfortable. It has a nice tiny kitchen, a big window that watches over the main square and the lake, and a nice heated bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.
A bit too expensive for what you get. It is not very new and could use some maintenance, and in my opinion the value for money is not the best.

The shower was also strong and the beds were comfortable. great local if you want to be close to the lake & main square!
