Nice area
My room air conditioner barely worked. Alot of gnats was around the found for breakfast. My smelled bad. No iron in the room. My phone didnt worked. The room wasnt cleaned properly.
Convince
The property smells bad, bathroom toilet didn’t work good, furniture very old and smelly, towels are worn out with stains, pillows need to be updated
Cleanliness, very friendly.
The pool was kinda cold. But the rest was great.
Location
It is not clean. The walls in the common area are very dirty. In my room, there was mold on the ceilings.
Location and ample parking and lighting
The room had a bad smell as I walked into the room. Thought the room had two queen beds but we made it work.
We loved that the property was off the main strip in a quiet corner. Someone mentioned a cemetery Nextdoor, I included a picture because it’s small, not scary. We would’ve liked to go see the dates on some headstones- we saw it from a historical point of view.
Brushy grass area nearby where homeless camped out.
The woman at the desk was phenomenal!!!The bed in our room slanted towards the headboard so it was uncomfortable, the tub/shower was making creaking noise like the joist are worn, I thought I might fall through. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
The breakfast could have more choices, but it was okay overall.
Nice spacious rooms it was clean staff was very respectful and it has a good breakfast! This hotel won't disappoint we will be back!!! I rate this hotel a 10!!
Muy buena ubicación, estaba limpio

The location that was it.
The staff. They were extremely rude. They didn't like me having my service animal and charged me for my service animal by saying it was a pet. We told him up front we had a service animal and when checking out he said it was a pet. Then he went on to say that we trashed the room which was a lie. Checkout was at 11am but he was mad that we hadn't checked out by 10. They cornered my minor children when they went to get the rest of our stuff out of the room. They are horrible. Also, the breakfast was nasty as can be. They also put it up early. The biggest thing tho was the discrimination against me. If you have children, a service animal, or more than just you staying there I wouldn't recommend it. Also, if you get take out and you have a bag with trash, I wouldn't recommend it. They apparently want you to clean the room yourself, including taking the trash to the dumpster. They will charge you over $150 fee for your service animal to clean the room. And it's literally right beside a graveyard. I just give a 0 out of 10. I do not recommend at all.

Clean, safe and affordable
The cleanliness and how friendly the staff was and they were very accommodating. Loved the full course breakfast, especially when getting ready for a long drive home.
Maybe more toiletries, like toilet paper stored in rooms, but everything else was great
One lady (that doesn’t ask for tips) was very nice. She made me feel at home. The front desk (night) staff was amazing. The lady that cleaned my room on the last day was very nice and understanding that my ride wasn’t at the hotel by 11am and let my child stay in the room for an extra 10 minutes while our ride came. I was so appreciative of this being that he’s on the autistic.
The breakfast was okay. We had two different ladies for breakfast. The lady that had a tip jar wasn’t so nice. The pool was a bit cold for an indoor pool. A piece under the sink needed to be fixed and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone (busy time)
Great location
Close to everything
Nice and clean
Man at front desk was super friendly, bed was very comfortable & it was very quiet.
Conditioner bottle in shower was empty, over sight on house keepings part.
Idk it was a less then 12 hr stay to sleep. Wouldn’t have stayed another night
So many things out of service, breakfast the last hour they said they ran out of a ton of stuff. It wasn’t even super busy? Not clean. Toiletries not filled in shower, cleaning staff would ask if your checking out every time someone exited a room. I walked out without a bag at 7:30am to go get coffee and they yelled down the hall “checking out?!” Go back to the room yell again “when are you checking out?” Idk!!!? Who asks that?! Walked out to get something from car at 9am. Oh checking out now?! So bad I felt so unwelcome. Didn’t take all pictures but I took a few Penis drawing in elevator too. Trashy
It was clean

The location
The beds were hard the pool was very cold a cemetery was next door
The beds was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
The rooms my family stayed in there were two because we came back late the second night and the lights and outlets had no power so we changed rooms they weren’t the cleanest. There were spills that weren’t cleaned on sides of furniture, walls, and doors. The bathrooms and I mean both had mold on the ceilings because the fans did not work. Both rooms needed some repairs from wear and tear. Housekeeping walked into our room without announcing themselves or knocking, that felt very off putting. Especially knowing I had the DND sign on the door. Last thing that was a bummer is that the pool was very cold despite it saying it was heated on their website.
The location to shops, and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice and hot and the room was very comfort
The staff was excellent — very friendly and went above and beyond to help. The cook was especially kind, and the food was good. The location is also very convenient and easy to access.
There were some serious maintenance and cleanliness issues. The smoke detector was hanging by a wire, which is a safety concern. One of the towels provided was visibly dirty. The elevator did not feel safe or well-maintained. Additionally, the overall atmosphere wasn’t very comfortable, especially with the surrounding environment.
Area
The black spots that looked mold in the ceiling between the bedroom and bathroom
We did not stay.
We were in the room for less than 2 hours and checked out. The pull out bed had urine stains on both sides. The shower had hair on the walls. There were small black spot on the bed covers. The fridge was dirty.
Overall the facility and staff was fine.
Had a loud, rowdy guest next door.
Breakfast was good, staff were friendly.
Water for showering was not very hot. Parking was not as amiable as I would have liked, alot of big trucks were there and parked taking up multiple spaces.
The cheer or dance team that was there was horrible running up and down the halls knocking on my door and running off they continue being loud even the parents were loud and obnoxious it was horrible playing on the elevator and it gave out had to use stairs also the water wasn’t even hot it was cold toilet had issues flushing this was by far the worse experience of my life and at the price I was charged was absolutely ridiculous
Check in was fine.
Breakfast food was stale. Biscuits were at least two or three days old. Coffee weak and food not very hot. Shower did not have hot water. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Comfortable beds, clean room
Elevator could use some work. Door squeaked loudly every time we were let out on the 3rd floor. Also, elevator floors were dirty .
This was easily the worst bed I’ve ever attempted to sleep on. We spoke with the owner and he was in disbelief that we complained. I will never stay at another comfort suites.
Beds
The location is great, it’s right next to a Walmart and all kinds of restaurants
The bathroom in our room was not cleaned very well, there was hair all over the walls of the shower, the mirror had this weird film on it, and it appeared that the bottom of the bathroom door had mold
Nothing
The room was disgusting. The door frame in the both room had black mold. Bathroom had hair, where the toilet and the lid connect was old pee. There was a butter knife under a night stand. Air conditioner looked like it was about to fall off the wall, with exposed wires. Hallway always smelt like someone took a poop right on the floor. Breakfast was gross. The waffles were almost sour, like the batter was old. This hotel was gross, very gross. The lock/ hinges on the window to open it, were broken off. Would never recommend and will not return. We stayed in room 422
Close to everything. And the staff was super helpful. Anything they needed like extra towels or blankets they provided promptly and with a smile.
Nothing
The staff was very accommodating
Everything was perfect!
The indoor pool, the breakfast was great, they had all of my favorites. Very comfortable room, the staff was exceptional. Thank you to the female desk clerk who helped me with taking a photo for me and my fiance in front of the Christmas tree
I have no complaints. Thank you comfort inn
The staff was friendly and attempted to accommodate us but with a mobility challenged individual in my party, the room was simply not what we paid for and would not work. It was also not ADA accessible.
There was no way to get a wheelchair or scooter in the bathroom.
Location
My room smelled like smoke but was a smoke free room.
The staff was very nice & professional & the rooms were clean & comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
The location was good. Near everything on the main strip.
i accidentally booked the wrong weekend. The night manager said the general manager would approve a cancellation of the wrong weekend. They kept telling me they approved it, Booking kept saying they didn’t. When I called to see if I still had rooms for the following weekend, they said I did not because they approved the cancellation. Turns out they didn’t approve it, and I should have still had the rooms I paid for. They stole from me. On the weekend we did stay, the room had roaches. The pool was ice cold and had a cover missing from one of the pool filters at the bottom of the deep end - leaving an open hole. The manager is never available, and refuses to reply to my attempts at communication. Do not stay here, There are too many other options in the same area.
The hotel staff was amazing! The suite was the best I’ve ever stayed in! It was very clean!
The pool was supposed to have been working and heated. When me and my kids went to get in the water was freezing. It was the main reason we chose that hotel so we could go swimming but instead had to sit in the room the whole time.
The property is good looking and nice.
BED BUGS! My kids got bed bugs all over their body and they have school the next day. I’m sure school nurse will be calling me cause both of my kids are diagnosed with autism and ADHD.
The "idea" the hotel was close to interstate & restaurants....tight parking, heavy traffic pattern....
1 elevator on one end of building; more secure and quieter I'm sure.....but definitely NOT emergency minded!
Newer hotel
Rooms needed some maintenance, especially for as new as it is.

What guests love
Areas to consider
Cleanliness
6.2/10Mixed signals: several guests praised clean rooms, but multiple reports of bad smells, mold on ceilings, stained/worn towels and pillows, rooms not properly cleaned and gnats at breakfast led to an overall below-average cleanliness score.
Service
8.6/10Generally strong front-desk and counter staff noted as friendly and helpful; several guests explicitly praised staff hospitality. Offset by a few serious negative incidents (rude behavior, alleged discrimination, housekeeping knocking issues), but positive staff interactions were more frequently mentioned.
Location
9/10Consistently praised: quiet location off the main strip, convenient to local businesses, good parking and lighting. Some noted a small cemetery nearby (not usually a deterrent).
Room Quality
6.6/10Mixed room quality: many guests reported comfortable beds and spacious rooms, but there were multiple complaints about old/worn furniture, slanted beds, AC barely working, unpleasant odors and mold—resulting in a below-average room quality score.
Amenities
7.6/10Amenities were adequate but inconsistent: the indoor pool was noted as cold by several guests and housekeeping/maintenance issues were reported; breakfast offerings varied (some positive, some lacking). Overall average for this tier.
Value for Money
8.6/10Several guests explicitly called this an excellent value for money and highlighted reasonable pricing for what was offered, supporting a strong value rating despite other service/cleanliness concerns.
Food and Beverage
6.6/10Breakfast received mixed-to-negative feedback: comments ranged from 'okay' with limited choices to 'nasty' and early removal of items; overall food & beverage sentiment is below average.
Overall Experience
7.6/10Overall sentiment is mixed but leans slightly positive: many guests reported pleasant stays, friendly staff and quiet location, while a minority experienced significant issues (cleanliness, rude staff). The aggregated overall experience aligns with the target rating.
