Reviewed Aug 21, 2026This hotel sits at a superb mountain location and has great mountain views. Multiple restaurants sit nearby and the room even had a small kitchenette that was very well equipped. The spa-pool is amazing with the possibility of sitting in the jacuzzi outside with snowy mountain views. Giving a very luxurious feeling.
The hotel seems understaffed during summer, same staff for reception also services poolside drinks and breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet could be a bit more 3xpanded for the price. Similar and lesser hotels offer wider choice options (e.g. no cappucino/other coffee options besides filter coffee, no various breads/toast). The spa-pool is only accessible for adults on most days. There is no housekeeping every day, only once every 4 days. We were not told and did not see housekeeping at all during 3 days. Some basics like emptying the trash, making the beds and fresh towels would be better. The dinner restaurant served nice food, but was grossly overpriced, paying over €250 for 4 main courses, 1 dessert and 4 drinks. Although the kitchenette was great to have, a few basics products like some coffee and tea that even basic hotels offer would have been nice to have. Like most hotels, the AC was not working properly, i.e. not allowing colder temps.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Good private parking. Swimming pool. The road TOWARDS this place is absolutely gorgeous, but would not stay there a second time.
Price/value ratio was by far the worst in a series of 12 hotels in a Scandinavia trip. Room had unnecessary small extra room with 2 superposed beds, but no window one could look through (main window at 180cm or so). Staff was correct but not really welcoming. We felt like short term tenants of an apartment, rather than guests in a hotel. Restaurant is okay, but its kitchen is quite chaotic, resulting in truly extreme waiting times for some customers.
