Reviewed May 15, 2026Huoneisto oli hyvin siivottu (paremmin kuin muut Rovaniemen vastaavat kohteet tänä talvena). Oikein hyvä, napakka sänky. Todella rauhallinen yöpaikka ja parkkis pihassa. Tulen toistekin!

Tot i així, no ens va anar malament.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2025The location was close to the train station and a decent shopping center and so it was very convenient in that sense. The place is very new and clean and easy to go in and out of. Excellent air conditioning too
The location leaves you a bit out of the way of central Rovaniemi. The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped. Also while there was a washing machine there was no drying rack which was inconvenient. It also would’ve been good to provide two keys. And communication was a bit less than courteous

Reviewed Feb 22, 2025We enjoyed every moment in the apartment. The building itself is new and super clean, same as the apartment. It has the great location, close to the train station, easy to pick the bus for the airport or Santa village, supermarkets on a few steps. I loved it to see the kidergarten from the terrace, and wach how kids are well taken care of when outside playing at snow. Apartment is well equiped and you feel as at home. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. We were offered help in case we need anything. We would definitely come again.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2025Everything was very neat and clean, they offer transfer from airport to apartment so this is very helpful for the start. You have everything you need to cook, and you can even wash your clothes and dry them. I was very surprised of how clean the place was.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2024The apartment is beautifully clean, new and has largely everything travellers could need. A 15 min walk into town which was great to start our days.
The only improvement would be listing WIFI on the property facilities so travellers know it is definitely available onsite and also instructions to use the drying room. The facilities list for the property lists a drying rack which for non-European travellers means a freestanding drying rack that you would erect in the apartment and hang your laundry on. What is available is a drying room on the ground floor. Instructions in the apartment somewhere for how to access and use would be great. Otherwise the apartment was fantastic.
