Reviewed Oct 5, 2025Staff are super friendly but only one person could speak English, so be prepared to use your translator. A big thanks to Nadir, he helped to get an internet eSim.
There is no cleaning of rooms every day. There were not enough bath towels for each room. If you are doing things in the city center of cairo, I'd recommend the location, it's too far away. One of the rooms did not have hot water.
