Lynda couldn’t have been more friendly or accommodating. Excellent communication throughout the booking process and a warm welcome on arrival.

It’s a little bit outside Westport which is no issue but you will need a Taxi to town. Lynda will give you the number of local companies.

The hosts of this accommodation were exceptional , nothing was to much to ask , very helpful people in every aspect of our stay, location was lovely and the place was spotless . Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back in the near future :)

Very comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. I called Lynda to see how we might get into town and a neighbour kindly dropped us in, much appreciated.

We were touring on motorcycles, weather was terrible and we arrived pretty wet. Was difficult to get things dried. The location isn’t exactly walkable so you’ll need a spin in and out if you want a few drinks in Westport. We stayed in a 4 star hotel suite In letterkenny the night before and based on pricing, I thought the stay in letterkenny offered better value for money but maybe there’s a premium expected for Westport?

Quiet location, very pleasant surroundings, plenty of space, very nice interior design. But you need a car, as we had.

No TV, no sink in kitchen. I found the place overpriced.

Great options for breakfast left for us to make ourselves. This included fresh fruit and yogurt!

It was clean

ill be checking out today for this place. Nothing short if a disgraceful experience. Firstly I get asked would I like the fold out bed left in the hall which I replied that they could leave it in the living room. There is no living room in the property so this is falsely advertised. Secondly the noise levels from the owners and their family was unbearable. You could hear full conversations been had from the family which unbearable as it was it also made us quite anxious that our conversations were also being heard. There was also a child playing a flute/tin whistle which woke my child. The constant noise woke the rest of us. Thirdly, on arrival the only information we received was to press a button once or twice for 15/30mins boost for the heating. This is advertised throughout the premises. The premises was freezing cold on arrival and took some time to heat up. Also had to wake several times throughout the night to boost the heating as it was a particularly cold night last night. The owners have some amount of work to do to get this right. This is not acceptable to us and we have made the decision to stay elsewhere tonight.

The amenities left were such a lovely touch !! So Modern and well equipped

,The apartment is beautiful, ample space for two couples. Wonderfully decorated. Great shower, comfy beds! The items left for our breakfasts were perfect. Plenty coffee and tea, milk, cheese, juice, jam, fruit, cereals, bread, overnight oats, also bars for a treat with our coffee. The place was perfect for us, we climbed croagh Patrick before we arrived on day 1 and were so delighted to arrive and shower. We met Lynda who recommended a couple of places to eat in the town and how right she was! We ate in the West both nights. I would highly recommend the Greenmount. Once you have a car it's the ideal place to unwind. A huge thank you to Lynda. We will definitely return.

L’appartement est idéalement situé pour découvrir Westport et la côte. Il dispose d’un joli et vaste jardin avec des jeux pour enfants, ce qui est très agréable en famille. Le logement est calme et joliment meublé avec beaucoup de goût, créant une atmosphère chaleureuse et reposante.

La photo de présentation est trompeuse car elle met en avant une image du centre de Westport alors que le logement n’y est pas situé. Bien que le logement soit annoncé pour 5 personnes, il ne dispose pas d’un vrai couchage supplémentaire : le futon à déplier dans le couloir/salon n’est pas adapté, surtout pour le prix demandé. Le petit déjeuner inclus se limite à quelques produits posés sur le bar (céréales, gâteaux, fruits, yaourts, confiture, café soluble), sans micro-ondes ni évier à disposition, ni même d’assez de places assises pour s’attabler. Cela donne une impression de prestation assez frugale et en décalage avec le tarif affiché.

The location is a little difficult to find. Using the car maps from the rental car was totally wrong but ok with the apple maps on the phone. The hosts are very nice and their home is just a little out of town so it is quiet and great place to stay. They even offered to take us to town so we wouldnt have to drive and could enjoy a drink then in town but we did not accept the offer. The neighbors are friendly if you go for a stroll. There is room to park your vehicle and they have a quaint little outside table abd chairs to enjoy the patio area. The beds were comfortable and clean. Very well taken care of. The bathroom had a standalone tub and was good.

Not a 5 star hotel but it is great for what we requiredand paid. The kitchen nook is only a counter with a few items and no sink, so to get water had to use the bathroom sink. Would be nice to have a water container and a place to put the used dishes like a little bucket at least on the counter. To get into the place walking through the bedroom a little odd but is fine and the kitchen/sitting ares with day bed is more like an oversized hallway. It is comfortable.

Very Friendly Hosts who we're super helpful and accommodating. The place is very comfortable and clean, with little details thought of throughout (small breakfast items, nice soaps and toiletries etc.). Highly recommend!

Great spot very clean and well equipped, the breakfast provisions were lovely , and the bathroom was also well equipped . I loved that there was a top sheet , so not too hot to sleep.

The living room was not really a living room too small only 2 chairs , a bit hard with 4 adults ? A sofa and a small tv would solve the lack of social space.

This was a deceptive booking. We booked through Booking.com and thought we were getting a hotel suite due to the description and photos. This is a converted garage located below someone's house, offering a view of their children's play area and the owner's cars. There are two small rooms and a hallway with chairs that don't fit properly. Also, the host left old bananas for us to eat. The hostess did not send directions until 1 hour before check-in. There is no signage to indicate the location of this property. It is not on Google maps. We got lost for about an hour looking for it. We only found it because a friend who lives in the area found it accidentally the week before we arrived. This is a terrible location. It is NOT near shops or restaurants. The photos they put on Booking.com completely misrepresent what they are renting. It is NOT near the water as the photos indicate. We stayed in many lovely places while in Ireland for a lot less money. This is a total ripoff and should be reported.

Can't fault this place it was lovely. a suggestion would be have more than 1 roll of loo paper when 4 adults are stayin. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Beautiful accommodation with comfortable beds, toiletries. Immaculate. Appeared freshly refurbished to a high standard. Kind friendly helpful owner & prompt communication. Spent three nights there on our road & cycling trip ( good parking space). Green spacious outdoors.

Breakfast - we booked with breakfast, to our understanding this includes preparation, the food itself and clean-up - food, dishes and cuttlery were provided, but we need to prepare ourselves - after the first breakfast and a message to the owner everything was refilled and cleaned - but for breakfast on the third day nothing was refilled nor cleaned - after contacting the owners they explained that it is a self-catering breakfast and refill is not supposed to happen each day and we are supposed to clean ourselves in the sink of the bathroom - we made clear that this was not what we booked - the owners reacted very well and friendly, refilled and cleaned dishes and cuttlery - but all in all it felt rather odd - we would not have booked this accomodation would we have known about the breakfast policy before Not spacious enough and not equipped to sit together with three (or even four) people in the evening although the appartment can sleep four adults

It was very quiet, even with the family living upstairs. Lovely large bathroom and bedrooms. We had nice choices for breakfast- cereals, fruit, yogurt, milk & juice.

There really wasn’t anything we disliked.

This was a wonderful property, perfect for our stay with 4 of us, and close to the Croagh Patrick hike and short drive into Westport. It was stocked with breakfast items and so clean and organized, very well laid out for a small space. SO cute! The host was very accommodating, we would definitely recommend this property.

Highly recommend staying here. Lovely B&B apartments. 5 minute drive from Westport. Very clean. A selection of overnight oats, cereals, bread, milk, butter , teas/coffee, sugar, honey could be found in the small fridge/kitchenette. Contact numbers for a taxi, emergency services etc provided. Lovely bathrooms supplies i.e cotton buds, bamboo toothbrushes, cottons pads, lots of towels etc provided. Outdoor trampoline and swing for kids to play with on a soft play surface. We would definitely stay here again.

There was no blind in the hallway.

Very clean, comfortable beds, out the country so nice and quiet but if you are hoping for nightlife it's a bit far out. Breakfast was great, Area to play for kids,

We really enjoyed our stay at Greenmount. The host is lovely and could not do enough for us, she even dropped us into town for our dinner reservation. The beds and facilities were super comfy with loads of gorgeous attention to detail , she even had sleeping masks for us. There was a lovely selection of breakfast bits for the morning - tea coffee, yogurts fresh fruits cereals and bread and jam. I would highly recommend . I stayed with 2 friends and there was plenty of room for us al and very easy to get a taxi out from Westport town after a night out - it’s about a 5min drive from Westport centre.
