The location and set up are great. Very comfortable and easy.

The aircon filters were not clean. This is very common in summer in Greece. We cleaned them ourselves. It really is a 5 minute task

Μου άρεσε το design του διαμερίσματος, η καθαριότητα και η τοποθεσία

Το αρνητικό που βρήκα στο διαμέρισμα ήταν η έντονη μυρωδιά απορρυπαντικού/μαλακτικού, μόλις μπήκα νόμιζα ότι ήταν αποσμητικό χωρου (τη χρήση του οποίου βλέπω πολύ αρνητικά γιατί είναι σαν προσπάθεια να καλυφθεί έλλειψη καθαριότητας), αλλά διαπίστωσα ότι ήταν από τα κλινοσπεπάσματα. Ήταν σαν να έχει γίνει υπερβολική χρήση απορρυπαντικού/μαλακτικού και η μυρωδιά ήταν ενοχλητική και δεν βελτιώθηκε παρόλο που άφησα ανοικτά τη μπαλκονόπορτα να αεριστεί το διαμέρισμα.

Η τόσο ευγενική και καλοσυνάτη οικοδέσποινα. Η τοποθεσία. Η αισθητική του διαμερίσματος. Το ότι υπήρχαν φρυγανιές, μαρμελάδες, βούτυρο, καφές, ροφήματα.

Είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο κι αυτό ενώ είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό, ταυτόχρονα υπάρχει σχετική φασαρία, όχι όμως σε ενοχλητικό βαθμό. Εντελώς διαχειρίσιμο.

Είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης. Τα πάντα είναι δίπλα και δε χρειάζεται μεταφορικό μέσο για να γυρίσεις την πόλη. Η Υακίνθη γλυκύτατη. Να επισκεφτείτε οπωσδήποτε το οικογενειακό τους εστιατόριο Villa Incognito.

Η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια, βγαίνεις από την πόρτα και είσαι στο κέντρο, οπότε αυτοκίνητο δεν χρειαστήκαμε καθόλου. Το κατάλυμα είναι πεντακάθαρο και το πιο δυνατό του σημείο είναι ότι έχει ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστείς σε amenities, ειλικρινά περισσότερα απ’ όσα βρίσκεις σε πολλά ξενοδοχεία. Νιώθεις ότι έχεις ένα “σπίτι” και όχι απλά ένα δωμάτιο για ύπνο, κάτι πολύ βολικό αν ταξιδεύεις με μωράκι. Η Υακίνθη ήταν πολύ ευγενική και φιλόξενη. Μας υποδέχτηκε με καλούδια για πρωινό, χριστουγεννιάτικες λιχουδιές και είχε στολίσει και χριστουγεννιάτικο δέντρο, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο όμορφη και γιορτινή. Το προτείνουμε χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη, αν ξαναβρεθούμε στην Τρίπολη σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνουμε εκεί.

Καλαίσθητο και καθαρό σε όλους τους χώρους. Επαγγελματισμός, ευγένεια, χαμόγελο και άμεση ανταπόκριση σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε.

Κεντρική τιποθεσια, πεντακάθαρο, το σπίτι είναι εξοπλισμένο για τον πλέον απαιτητικό. Vfm

Very cute looks to be newly renovated apartment. Owner was very responsive, we booked last minute late at night and owner was still very responsive. Amenities in the apartment were great.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό, με όλες τις ανέσεις. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για να περπατήσεις στην πόλη και να μην χρησιμοποιήσεις αυτοκίνητο. Οι οδηγίες για την πρόσβαση, το σπίτι, την περιοχή, τη στάθμευση κ.α., ήταν κατατοπιστικότατες. Η επικοινωνία από τους οικοδεσποτες ήταν συχνή για να βεβαιωθούν ότι όλα ήταν καλά και είχαμε ό,τι χρειαζόμαστε. Η Υακίνθη ήταν πρόσχαρη και ευγενέστατη και μάλιστα, μας αναβάθμισε το δωμάτιο χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση. Τα παιδιά είχαν την καλοσύνη να αφήσουν κάποια νόστιμα πράγματα για πρωινό. Δυστυχώς, δεν προλάβαμε να φάμε στο εστιατόριο αλλά επιφυλασσόμαστε για την επόμενη φορά. Σίγουρα θα προτιμήσουμε το NYX Guesthouse όποτε διανυκτερεύσουμε ξανά στην Τρίπολη!

Καθότι η διανυκτέρευση ήταν Σάββατο βράδυ και το κατάλυμμα είναι στο κέντρο, υπήρχε λίγη φασαρία από το δρόμο. Σε καμία περίπτωση όμως δεν ήταν τέτοιας έντασης που δε μας άφησε να κοιμηθούμε.

Πεντακάθαρο κομψό διαμέρισμα στην καρδιά της πόλης. Οι ιδιοκτήτες μας ειχαν αφήσει σπιτικά προϊόντα για το πρωινό μας! Εξαιρετική συνολική εμπειρία, συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

The property is extremely clean and well equipped, has everything you need. It is also in a great location. I have travelled a lot, Yakinthi is one of the best hosts I’ve ever come across. She is extremely organised, positive, kind and a great communicator.

Property was easy to locate and entry instructions were perfect. Twenty minute walk from the bus station dragging a bag. Wonderful tidy clean modern apartment with all the amenities plus some. Excellent gracious host. Convenient to everything. On a pedestrian street that can be a bit loud in the evening but not a big problem. Closing the doors significantly reduces the noise. Large terrace table with awning for eating outside. Comfy beds.

The location is superb, right in the center of Tripolis, and the property was very comfortable, with new furniture, and fully equipped both in the kitchen and the bathroom. I strongly recommend it for your visit to Tripolis.

The only challenge might be parking as the property is located at pedestrian area (beautiful by the way), so you will need to park few meters away, but really not a big distance.

Excellent place, very cozy, we felt like at home. The owners are very helpful and contact was very fast. The place was equipped with all the necessary facilities. We also received homemade products as a warm welcome gift.

Both Yakinthi and Sotinis were fantastic hosts very friendly Full of information regarding nearby parking and anything else you needed to know about they were willing to help, they provided goodies to cover breakfast was very nice. The location was excellent the apartment was very clean and had great facilities

Very nice apartment, well equipped, excellent beds, lots of lovely details. And the house restaurant is the best in town!

Due to the central location, it can be a little noisy at night, but it's bearable.

We really liked the apartment’s design and especially Yakinthi’s hospitality and warmth, helping us with making plans and with toys for our baby. Also the family’s restaurant was very nice and welcoming.

Cosy, well equipped room in a great location. The hosts were exceptionally warm and welcoming. And their gifts of honey and jam were divine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully remodelled room in the center of town. The room was beyond our expectations which along with a very comfortable bed included a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and living room space. The hosts were super nice and helpful and surprised us with a gift basket with homemade jams and honey.d

Beautiful apartment on a pedestrian street in a lively neighbourhood. Attention to detail meticulous with everything provided. Beautifully furnished, beds comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Centrally placed next to Areos Square and all the shopping streets in central Tripolis. Owners of the apartments and their staff in the restaurant were super efficient and service minded, nothing was impossible and questions on booking-app was answered instantly (beyond my expectations). The apartment 2 were newly furnished with JYSK furnitures and kitchen equipment, in nice colour combinations. Air-Conditions were both powerful. Balcony were all around the apartment and had table and chairs with view to pedestrian street and the square. The restaurant below had super food and wonderful wine-list. Security gate and elevator up to the apartment, also wide-stair-case. All the extra, freshly baked bread, home made marmelade, coffee, tea, bathroom supply for men/ women, I’m sure I have forgotten and the “goodies” offered. Next time we are in Tripolis we will book this apartment again. Cost per person per day is very good.

No parking, however, I knew before I arrived - I was well informed about free parking spaces and hourly paid places. One evening I went “early to bed” (before 22h00) - you can hear people talking outside on the street (from restaurants and bars just outside the building).

EVERYTHING! The standard of this apartment is what everyone hopes for but never quite achieves.The hospitality is excellent, all the little home comforts just make your stay even more pleasurable. We have been travelling for 7 weeks around Greece and the Greek Islands and it’s took until now to stay at the BEST of 22 guesthouses/rooms. The mattress and pillows are like sleeping on a cloud a rare experience as Greek mattresses are normally very firm. I could go on forever praising this apartment but you just have to come and stay and experience it for yourself. The best of all are the owners Sam and Yakinthi who go above and beyond to make you feel incredibly welcome and love a good chat! Their restaurant below the apartment is excellent and a must when staying here, there really is no need to leave !
