Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Francis nos recibió muy amablemente y ni bien llegamos nos brindó una serie de recomendaciones para que nuestra estadía sea más placentera como por ejemplo lugares por dónde pasa el colectivo y ubicación de almacenes y supermercados. También nos recomendó excursiones y lugares para visitar. El departamento es muy lindo y sobre todo la cama es muuuuuuy cómoda.
No es tan cerca del centro pero para nosotros no fue un problema porque nos gusta caminar y en pocos minutos llegamos. El barrio es muy tranquilo con vecinos muy amables.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Nuestra estancia por dos noches fue muy cómoda. Estaba todo limpio. Lo mejor la disponibilidad y amabilidad de Francis en todo momento.
Tiene cocina con hervidor y nevera. Pero no tiene fogones ni microondas. En nuestro caso no fue un inconveniente pero esta bien saberlo.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Gostamos muito, a localização é ótima, perto de mercado, farmácia e o melhor das diversões, a poucos passos da 9 de julho, o anfitrião é super gentil e educado, sempre pronto a ajudar, responde ao ZAP sempre que solicitado rapidamente, gostamos muito voltaremos com certeza.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum,auch nicht weit zu Fuss zum Dreiländereck,picobello sauber, Art kleines Haus,ich war zufrieden und würde wieder dort wohnen,Bushaltestelle für Bus nach Iguazú sehr nahe, so dass man nicht extra zum Busbahnhof laufen muss. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit Besitzern

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026The owner is the best!!! She doesn't know english but while communicate via whattsapp you can use english and she will translate everything and make the convo run. In person she is so loving and penitent so using google translate is the best! When we arrived she explained to us all about the area. where is the bus stations, the times and price, stores near by, some tips for the trip. And we were out of cloth because the no laundry place was open. So she help us (ofc for payment but thats so not obvious) She rly is the best
The kitchen doesnt have much facilities, but we knew that. Is was enough for us to make some sandwiches and drink stuff. I will say the place is slightly far. And at night can be scary to walk alone as a woman (just the vibe there, i think its safe but i didnt felt like doing so) When it rains you hear it out loud which is kind of cool, but at night it can be litlle annoying

Reviewed Mar 19, 2024Everything. This was a brilliant stay. I’m getting fed up of places firstly trying to be something they are not and secondly charging too much for what it is. Argentina is ridiculously expensive in places for what is very basic accomodation but I guess they screwed up the economy so this is what happens. Anyway this place is brilliant. Spotlessly clean. Decent WiFi. Good value for money. A comfortable bed and a location while not bang central is no trouble to walk to in 5 or 10 mins. Also the owners are very nice and extremely helpful

Reviewed Mar 11, 2024The host lady was very nice, caring and helpful. Attentive. Quick respond to our inquiries. Good shower. The place was very clean and beddings had nice smells. 17 - 20 mins walk to the bus station.
Upstairs the second bedroom was too hot even with the fan. We had to open the main bedroom(there is an air conditioner) door to let cool air get into the second bedroom. It would be nice if add a fan/air conditioning unit, microwave on the ground floor.

Reviewed Feb 4, 2024The owner is very nice, it was extremely clean. It is really good value for money. 20 min on foot from the bus station. The bus to Iguazú falls costs 3000 ARS for one way.
The mattresses and the pillows are not very comfortable. But it was ok for our one night stay.

Reviewed Dec 1, 2023The property was very clean and Theresa was excellent and very helpful although she didn’t speak English we used a translation app and she was very accommodating. It was our birthday while there and she was super kind giving us a birthday surprise.
Unfortunately the neighbours had a party in Saturday night but there was nothing more could be done. Theresa apologized and let us know what had happened.
