שומעים את השכנים מעבר לקיר, את הטלויזיה ומה שקורה שם. היה לי מקק על השיש, למרות שיש רשתות איטום בכל החלונות.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The property was heavily infested with huge roaches: I squashed two and saw many more. Morever, the owner didn't reply to me messages and calls about that issue. I moved out after the first night, but still haven't gotten a refund.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Nice apartment in a midcentury not too fancy apartment house 15 min drive from the town center. It is in a quiet neighborhood but prepare to see a wild boar in the garden eating food left-overs during the night... It was a groundfloor apartment so it was rather cool, I hardly needed to use the aircon that also worked perfectly and quietly. The kitchen was well equipped I liked the nespresso coffeemachine but there was no coffee pods provided (I brought mine). The bed was comfy and the whole place was cosy.
The apartment is ok, although it would need some refurbishment (windows, bathroom shower). Shower was leaking, the bathroom floor got wet. The cleaning was not perfect (some smelly food remained in the frigde).

ניקיון. במבט כללי הדירה נראתה נקיה אך כשחיפשתי משהו התברר שמתחת למיטה ולספה לא ניקו הרבה זמן והיה מלוכלך מאד, במקרר נשאר אוכל של הדייר הקודם ופעמיים בחמישה ימים נתקלתי בג'וקים.

השימוש במקלחון גורם לשלולית על כל הרצפה בחדר האמפטיה והשירותים ומגיע עד לסלון. ברמה שזה הגיע למזוודה באמתע לסלון. התחלנו בתוך סלון רטוב עם שלויליות. אין פתח ניקוז בשום מקום. התקרות במטבח ובמקלחת מתקלפות. כמובן לא צולם בתמונות. ובמקלחת עובש.

There is no good showerpad in restroom and there is no drain in restroom, so because of it all the time floor was wet, and it made my experience alot less comfort then it could.

Las escaleras de acceso al depto estan rotas en mal estado. Me dieron miedo. 2 el colchon esta vencido y undido. Y estas fueron las razones que ya ayer volvimos a nuestro hogar.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026חששתי מאוד כי זו פעם ראשונה שלי ביחידה ולא מלון וזה היה מושלם המיקום מושלם העיצוב מושלם היה נוח וחמים וההערה הכי חשובה שלי זה להתקין שעון שבת לבוילר היינו בלחץ כל הזמן שלא נעבור או נשכח אותו דולק וכשהתקלחנו המים נגמרו מהר. אז שעון שבת פותר את זה פשוט לכוון מראש שיעבוד שעה בבוקר שעה בערב ויש מים תמיד. חוץ מזה פשוט היה מוצלח ונעים ונקי ורומנטי . ועוז היה מקסים ענה מהר כשיצרנו קשר לשאול שאלה.
אז לשיפור שוב רק עניין שעון השבת לדוד חימום מים. לכוון שעה בבוקר ושעה בערב ויהיו מים חמים תמיד לאורחים.

Be prepared that the bathroom window is broken and doesn’t close fully, which can let huge cockroaches crawl in — just like it happened to us. The room itself was dusty. If you’re planning to get some sleep, forget about it. You’ll hear your neighbors’ conversations and coughing. And if this is a business trip, nobody will give you an invoice so you can report it as an expense.

יש בעיה לפתוח חלונות כי חסרות חלק מהרשתות. אבק על שולי החלונות . נס קפה מגורען דרוש להחליף המלצה: לתת מידע על כתובת ווואי פאי בהודעה הראשונה עם הפרטים.

Quite old equipment, minimum tea bags, No coffee or coffee machine. Equipment need to be maintained and small repairs can make a great difference.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2024Price is exceptionally low for Aug 24. Haifa is a beautiful city with plenty of quality locations, restaurants, shops, etc. The size was bigger than usual (40m²). Clean, quiet, has a nice backroom on the windows. Service was responsive and explained/ answered/solved all our questions. Bed was ok. The location has a good frequent bus connection to the city. In short, it is a decent accommodation with a perfect price quality relation.
The bathroom was slightly uncomfortable. The house is not new (I liked it but not for those that prefer all perfectly new). One light and socket missing near one side of the bed.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2024The place is extremely cute and clean and very big, seems to have been recently renewed, the wooden floor and the entire place is very nicely put. Silent, calm, perfect for resting. My girl joined me later and it was heavenly. We had all the utensils we needed in the kitchen. Host/owners are really polite and very welcoming. Will try to be back soon ! Thanks you guys! Really cozy and with some cute style.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2024We liked the apartment, it was small and not new, but very cozy with all necessary appliances in the kitchen, good wifi and a nice balcony. The host was in touch and always helpful and friendly. The location is also convenient and neighborhood very quiet.
Maybe it would be good to have a kind of mosqitto netting on the balcony to open the balcony door at night. And also a small amount of tea and coffee for your guests would be fine)

Pillows were very uncomfortable. In my opinion the pillows must be changed. They are not good for a neck. Mattress was just OK, it would be more comfortable if the mattress was better.
