We travelled for a wedding. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They researched the best ways to get from their location to the wedding venue and helped us to get there and get back.

The bar underneath, The rooms were spacious and spotless and well equipped, The staff were amazing and very welcoming

Heel gezellige pub beneden. Geen overlast van maar wel de gezelligheid. WK finale Argentinië Spanje gezien daar. Bedden waren goed, keuken geweldig, Spar met alles wat je nodig hebt aan de overkant. Perfect voor de ferry naar Engeland en omgekeerd. Wij komen terug!

There were events on both nights in the pub & with such good weather & all roof windows open in the pub the noise went on until almost 2 am…. otherwise had a pleasant stay!

The room & toilet was a great size, clean and comfortable. You are over a pub so do remember that if you are a light sleeper you may have issues with people outside having a smoke and chatting. Didn't bother us at all.

V ubytování je plně vybavená kuchyně s pračkou, byl zde i gel a sušák. Pokoj světlý, prostorná koupelna. Možnost parkovat přímo před domem. Naproti Spar.

Měli jsme okna do silnice a byl velký hluk. S tím se ale, pokud chcete hotel v centru, musí počítat.

Great communications with host before arrival and a very friendly welcome on arrival despite being late. The room was well presented and spotlessly clean. Kitchen is a huge bonus too. Would I stay again? Definitely yes!

We arrived late, following our arrival in Ireland from Spain on the ferry. Quite a comfortable place to stay, the shared kitchen is fabulous and well equipped. There's a great cafe / restaurant just down the road that serves an excellent breakfast.

Lovely little county village pub, the locals were warm and welcoming, our host absolutely lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend,y recommend The Cuckoo’s Corner to anyone looking for a taste of real Ireland, off the tourist track. (Excellent little Chinese takeaway around the corner too, absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced).

Our 3rd time to stay here and it gets better each time, from walking in the door to be greeted by Sean the barman who remembered our drink order from last year to checking out our stay was excellent

Really lovely clean accommodation. Sadly It was just a bed for the night. However I’d return in a heartbeat. Lovely host and friendly locals in the bar. Only went in briefly as I had an early start. Access to a brilliant full size kitchen. I had a delicious Chinese as the pub doesn’t serve food.

The owner's and locals here in this little spot make your stay so enjoyable. I enjoyed every minute. The bar was buzzing and the crack was 90. The local people in Taghmon are what make this little village so special and would make you want to return.

A beautiful old country pub with fully renovated ensuite rooms. Owners were very friendly and rooms were very clean. Excellent value for a short stopover.

The location was convenient with parking always available. The kitchen was well equipped. We used the accommodation as a base from which to explore Wexford.

There was nothing that we particularly disliked but there did seem to be a lot of drunk people hanging around the vicinity on the Sunday evening and making a mess with discarded takeaway wrappers, etc.

Not the fault of Cuckoo's corner, but the local young people were very lively into the night outside. They were just having fun, so not a problem.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Taghmon ! La chambre était très confortable et la cuisine est un vrai plus pour se préparer à manger, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Catriona qui était toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Rien à dire, tout était parfait, nous avons même prolongé notre séjour d'une semaine !

The room was lovely and the use of a very well equipped kitchen very much appreciated. I stayed on Saturday night and I was very noisy because of the pubs nearby. Great for people who are planning on going out but not so much for an early night. . The staff were very friendly. I would imagine its quiet during the week. Thank you 😊

Got a nice greeting from Sean clean bar. The bedroom upstairs is clean and comfy. Water to drink and use the kitchen if required.. The host was very nice and accommodating ... Highly recommend. Very quite at night ...good sleep...

Cuckoos Corner was the perfect spot for us for 3 nights. We went to Wexford for a wedding and the venue was not that far from Taghmon. I have to give a huge thank you to Cathriona, who gave us a lift to the wedding venue and also gave us the number of a taxi driver for our way back to the b&b. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen has everything you need for a meal, so I couldn't fault it. We didn't have enough energy to go to the pub downstairs, but that's another good option if you are staying over. We highly recommend this accommodation.

There are very few options of transportation if you don’t have a car like us and you can't rely on taxi apps. It's a small town, so dinner options are not great, but we managed to cook food at the b&b kitchen.

A perfect location for a night’s rest after the ferry to Rosslare at just a 30 minute drive. The staff were helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the live music!

We stayed here to go to a wedding at Murphy's Barn nearby. The rooms was very clean and comfortable and we had access to a kitchen to make a cup of tea. It was all very convenient for our needs. The host gave us a taxi number so we could get back during the wee hours and recommended a lovely nearby restaurant where we got a great breakfast. Great value for money overall.

My room was spacious and really comfortable. Everything was clean, it was close to a few shops and right in the centre of Tahgmon, which suited me fine. There was no breakfast but there's a kitchen for guests to use - and a little supermarket over the road if you need it.

Chambre au dessus du pub Même si nous nous y attendions, nous y étions un samedi soir et juste au dessous du pub donc concert dans la chambre jusqu'à deux heures du matin.... Le bruit des autres clients qui sont rentrés à 2 heures du matin en parlant fort Mal insonorisé

Simpatía de la anfitriona, cocina completa a disposición de los huéspedes, área con varios lugares de interés turístico a pocos minutos en coche, pueblo tradicional irlandés minúsculo pero con todos los servicios incluido restaurante, café, supermercado, farmacia, ferreteria, pubs.

Dos pequeños detalles: primero, que no hay zona específica para aparcar el coche en unas calles con gran tránsito de tractores, pick-ups y camiones. Segundo, en el baño faltan un ganchito para la toalla junto al lavabo y una repisa para dejar el neceser.
