Reviewed Nov 28, 2024The bed was comfortable
the shower didn't work and was only trickling cold water from the tap not shower head, the whole floor stank of smoking from late at night to first thing in the morning which as a non smoker wasn't pleasant. the area seemed a bit dodgy too and the night porter wouldn't let me leave (I had an early bus to catch and heavy backpack on!) because there was no record of me paying, which I had on arrival.

All the staff are fraud and lier. Specially a old man manager at first welcome to their property and tell us to wait in front reception. Then he said he have a branch of bal gopal and he make accomodation for us trere. We go and see it's another third class lodge named lobkush and there are no securities of ladies at all. The old man tring to convence us that it is another Bal Gopal and room price same as booking.com 1200INR. I asked the man of that property he told us the room price only 600NPR. Full scam.

I didn't like the part where i was informed by a reception guy to keep clean and tell us how expensive the bedsheet was coz ofcourse we will keep on mind about the cleanliness,we are grown ups😒 and i felt disrespected for the guy to mention us about the bedsheet and all we pay to stay there and according to my customer service experience the comments he gave us was unacceptable..even before seeing the room itself.😒
