There was issue in getting hot water. The technical staff came late, but resolved the issue.

The facilities are complete and the hot water response is rapid. The surroundings are relatively quiet. Employees are able to provide timely assistance.

Chinese tourists need to bring their own chargers as the charging equipment is incompatible.

It was an amazing experience, we ask for non spyce food and they did a great job.

For us everything was great, amazing customer service.

El personal es super amable y atento. Mantienen las instalaciones limpias. Pero lo que más me gusta de este hotel ha sido el completisimo gimnasio que tiene en el último piso. Excelente! Todo tipo de máquinas, Incluso plataformas vibratorias que usamos las mujeres.

Shower was very good and Late Check out was excellent. Receptionist was very helpful.

The foods, breakfast was average, need hash browns, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, fried eggs. We had dinner, fish and chips. The fish was a bit over cooked and chicken was very bony.

Staff services were excellent.

The rooms were too dark.. no mirror... birds poo on the windows.. too much citronel perfume everywhere. No value for money

Upgraded from deluxe room to a suite which had more space and better room conditions as I was staying for 10 days. All the staff service were 10/10, very helpful and accommodating.

There was a glitch during check-in due to booking errors. Deluxe room looks outdated.

Restaurant, Gymnasium and staff all excellent.

The hotel is clean and nice, the staff are really good and welcoming. Breakfast is also decent. About a 15-minute drive from Thamel, which is the main center in Kathmandu.

The staff were so friendly and the restaurant was opened 24/7!! They had the best Chicken Sizzler! Room was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfy. I also used the gym which had everything that I needed. I also paid extra to have a very late check-out because my flight out was close to mid-night.

The hotel got busy with tour groups from Thursday nights to Sunday morning. The breakfast got very crowded. But that was manageable - I sat outside instead.

One feels like he/she is the most important person in the world - the service in the hotel was THAT good.

Good value for money. Breakfast was OK. Not much diversity, but had few different Indian food types to chose from.

The room and bathroom was spacious. Comfortable bed.

The water from the shower leaks into the bathroom floor as the shower floor was not too low.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and polite. Especially receptionist Nikitha and duty manager Ujjwol Shrestha made our stay more comfortable by giving right directions and helping out time to time.

it was my second stay , i 'm quite impress with staffs they were amazing , the restaurant is bit expensive but fresh and delicious ... in one word is Perfect ! oh yea don't forget to try Thakali khana once you there !

Great hospitality and unrivaled level of various services. Breakfast was splendid. Bar was very comfortable. All staff were truly professional.

Staff at the front counter specially SADANA very very helpfull, we had problems with our Australian bank cards but they helped us out all the managers as well. Morning breakfast at the restaurant the manager their she was wonderful ticked every tick in our book for service. Thank you again From @advenduo our youtube channel we will be putting a review definately on our channel.
