Amazing location, yet quiet. Very nice staff!

フロントの方がとにかく優しかったです。まずチェックインするのに、フロントにスタッフがいるのが22:30までらしく、それをメールで教えて下さり、遅れる旨連絡してもすぐ連絡を返してくださいました。あと、2泊したので間で清掃の方が入ってくれたのですがタオルが全て片付けられて新しいものがなかった時も持ってきてくださいましたし、ヴェネツィアに着くフライトでスーツケースが壊れて新しいものを買い直したのですが、古いものも相談してみたら無料で、しかも二つ返事でOK捨てとくよと言ってくださいました。私は英語力もなく拙かったと思いますが真剣にお話を聞いて下さり、わかりやすい英語で伝えてくれました。本当に優しい方で、またヴェネツィアに行ったらここに泊まりたいです！

虫がいたのが気になりました。コンセントに刺して使うタイプの虫除けが設置してありましたがそもそもコンセントがベッドの上に1つずつしかありません。浴室には小さなありがいることが多く、見つける度に取ってトイレに流しての繰り返しでした。

Un gioiello a Venezia! In una posizione perfetta per visitare la città di giorno, vicinissimo alla stazione e con la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli per godersi sia le ore pre check-in che post check-out prima della partenza. Personale gentilissimo , pulizia e acqua di benvenuto in ogni stanza. Davvero consigliato

The location is excellent. A short walk from the train station without crossing any bridge.

The first room had mould. They changed our room the next day after we requested. The shower was tiny. And we had no kettle in the room which we needed for baby milk.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, muy cerca caminando desde la estación y la zona ideal cerca de las calles de los restaurantes y los canales y puentes … El personal muy atentos y cordiales , nos ayudaron en todo un trato de 10 y el desayuno nos gustó mucho , completo y delicioso!!

Sería perfecto si cambiaran el aparato de aire acondicionado de la habitación, es muy antiguo y hace mucho ruido por la noche . Pero al menos funciona y dormimos fresquitos en pleno agosto.

The stay at the hotel was lovely, starting from the staff, they were all very nice and polite and always helpful. Is near the train station so walking with the luggage wasn't that bad, only 5 min I would say and very easy to find. Is located in a lovely alleyway, very peaceful and quiet. The hotel has a boutique style, very nicely decorated. The bedroom had very good size, the bed was also big and very comfortable, it came with a nice closet and the decoration was very pretty and very "Venice style", also our room had a private balcony that made it even more special. The bathroom had a good size as well, shower worked perfectly with hot water as well. They helped with extending the stay one night and other requests like steam iron. The neighborhood is very nice as well, you can walk everywhere and it's a good starting point for your daily adventures.

In general all was lovely. I would improve the breakfast, wasn't the best to be honest, eggs were cold and the selection was just super small, but we made it work. Also the bathroom in our bedroom had a sliding door that wouldn't really close properly and it had a big gap in the bottom, so when you are staying as couple and need to use the toilet is a bit uncomfortable, if they fix that would have been perfect.

El personal, el trato, la limpieza y la ubicación. Las camas super cómodas. Una calle en plena zona comercial, pero muy tranquila. Hay muchos bares y restaurantes a buen precio.

Πολύ καλή θέση, δίπλα στο σταθμό τρένων και πολύ κοντά στο τέρμα λεωφορείων. Πολύ καθαρό. Πολύ καλές παροχές. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό κι εξυπηρετικό.

Расположение просто супер, прямо у жд вокзала и около одной из станций лодок, которые приезжают из аэропорта. Номер был с устаревшим дизайном и плохим видом из окна, но мы были в Венеции всего 1 день и нас мало волновал вид из окна :) Персонал отеля очень приятный и готов помочь с любой проблемой. Особенно понравилось, что персонал отеля заранее охладил комнату к нашему приезду и было здорово войти в прохладный номер после 30-градусной жары. Завтрак был простым, но было все необходимое: свежий хлеб, йогурты, мясное и сырное ассорти, свежие фрукты. Было бы здорово добавить еще овощей.

Excelente estadia! O hotel tem uma ótima localização, é muito limpo e confortável, e os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestáveis. Não tenho nada de negativo a apontar. Recomendo vivamente e voltaria a ficar aqui sem hesitar.

Dobre śniadanie,miła obsługa .Hotel jest zadbany i świetnie położony . Dla mnie to ważne ,bo podróżuję sama . Blisko przystanków wodnych Ferrovia i dworca Santa Lucia . Można chodzić pieszo po Wenecji we wszystkie ciekawe miejsca i dodatkowo łatwo dopłynąć na sąsiednie ciekawe wyspy .

Mój pokój był czysty ,bardzo zadbany , niestety okna wychodziły na mur w odległości 2 m . Gdyby tam były krzewy w donicach nie byłoby to tak przygnębiające . Na szczęście hotel jest bardzo zadbany i świetnie położony .

The photos show beautiful rooms, but the listing does not mention that there are two buildings. If you stay in the main building (where the reception and breakfast are), it seems those are the rooms shown in the photos, and they are truly lovely. There is also an annex building, which is still beautiful and very well located. However, it can be quite noisy at times, and you can hear everything from the rooms next door.

Great location, really close to train station and vaporetto stop. Staff very helpful and kind. The room was pretty, comfortable and clean. No complaints really, except maybe the walls are quite thin, but earplugs can easily fix that issue. Really liked this hotel and I would come back!

Lack of elevator access / No elevator facilities on-site. Highly limited wardrobe and storage space. Absence of standard bathroom amenities (no bidet). Complimentary bottled water restricted to arrival only, with no daily replenishment. Substandard breakfast selection featuring basic, store-bought items rather than freshly prepared options.

Gli aspetti migliori sono stati la vicinanza sia alla stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia sia all’Università Ca’ Foscari, insieme alla precisione e alla cordialità dell’addetto alla reception durante il check-in. Per questi motivi soggiornerei ancora visto che la posizione per me era l'aspetto più importante

Il prezzo mi è sembrato troppo elevato rispetto alle dimensioni della stanza, al livello di pulizia e ai servizi offerti. Sarebbero state gradite un paio di ciabatte usa e getta oppure una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia del pavimento. La colazione era piuttosto scarna e poco varia, anche se comprendo e apprezzo la volontà di evitare inutili sprechi alimentari facendo in modo che prima venga consumato tutto cio' che è disponibile prima di portare altro
