Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Rien Le personnel n'est pas serviable du tout La propreté nulle Le service nul Jetait déçu par leur comportement Ni shampoo ni savon ni gel Si be demande les serviettes la nuit en rentrant on me demande d'attendre le lendemain même si j'ai le droit à un change par jour j'étais obligé d'utiliser des serviettes sales Les moteurs des climatiseurs même celui du voisin se trouve dans notre soit disent " balcon" si j'éteins le mien je peux pas ouvrir la fenêtre la chaleur du moteur du voisin entre dans la chambre si j'ouvre la fenêtre j'entends la goûté harcelement Petit déjeuner moyen Salle de bain pleine de moisissure Sa sentais la cigarette dans la chambre très mauvaise horreur On peut même pas accéder à soit disant balcon La fenêtre cassé Dans l'ensemble j'y reviendrai jamais et je le recommande pas

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026My experience was great! The location, the breakfast, the staff… everything was perfect. The reception staff were so professional, respectful, and kind, especially the young man with the colourful eyes. He was always smiling. During our vacation, we had a personal problem — which had nothing to do with the hotel — and he tried to help us find a solution. He showed genuine empathy and support, and I really appreciated that. I’m leaving this special thanks to him. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever get the chance to come back to Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again!
The only negative point was that the bed linens were not changed during our stay

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Завтрак все 7 дней был предсказуемый и неизменный: зелень, оливки, 2 вида сыра, помидоры, огурцы, вареные яйца, сосиски, картофель фри и очень прикольные трубочки с творогом, хлопья с молоком и шоколадом. из десертов - 2 вида халвы, из фруктов - только арбузы. кофе, чай, вода, соки типа нектаров. Все свежее, столы чистые, адекватный персонал. Номер на 3 человек: 2 взрослых и ребенок. Мебель и кондер старые, сантехника новая, полочка в ванной сломана и фен допотопный, но все работает, претензий нет. Номер крайний по коридору, соседей почти не слышали, только воду в душе. Полотенца меняли каждый день, постель - ни разу. Локация - обычная не шумная улица, до метро 6 минут, оттуда куда угодно. До больших торговых улиц тоже минут 5, до мечетей-базаров-классного пляжа - минут 30. Трансфер на все экскурсии из этого района забирает бесплатно, тут без проблем. Мы бронировали за дней 40 до даты заезда, цена в 2 раза ниже чем перед заездом. В целом за эти деньги - хороший вариант.

The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and many attractions. I also loved the breakfast and the food—it was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety. I would definitely stay here again

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Mi-a plăcut locația unde este situat hotelul.Poti merge pe jos către centru și spre atracțiile turistice cum ar fi Moscheea albastra, Grand bazar,chiar și pana pe faleza Bosforului.Asta dacă nu ai probleme cu mersul pe jos 😊.Dar sunt și mijloacele de transport aproape de hotel.Eu am.preferat sa merg pe jos!
La micul dejun,nu este un meniu variat precum se specifica în descrierea hotelului,,cat am stat o săptămână am avut același meniu,nu foarte multe de ales,ca sa ai din ce manca.La fructe a fost doar pepene.Pe de alta parte nu mi-a plăcut ca se umbla prin camere, de ex: intr-o și când fiica mea a preferat sa stea în camera pana mai pe seara, 2 bărbați au verificat camerele,au deschis ușile iar când fiica mea i-a văzut au spus doar ok.Nu am înțeles care e treaba cu verificatul camerelor.Si nu mi se pare normal.Asta a fost cam ce nu mi-a placut!

Booked a triple room and got a tiny place with three beds placed tightly without a minimum place for walking. Everything was so cheap/outdated even the doors couldn’t be looked properly.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Отель хоть и уставший, но в целом все прошло хорошо. Не помешало бы сделать косметический ремонт в номерах. Завтрак хороший. Все сытно и вкусно. В номере убирались каждый день. Рядом автобусные остановки, метро и трамвай в 7 минутной длступности.
Расположение. Расположен как будто бы в гетто фатиха. Грязные улицы.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The bedsheets were not changed at all during the 4 days we stayed, which was disappointing. Also, the staff were not welcoming or friendly; their attitude felt very serious and unapproachable, making the atmosphere uncomfortable rather than relaxing. Overall, the service and hospitality did not meet our expectations.
What I didn’t like about the property was the lack of attention to cleanliness and guest service. The bedsheets were not changed during our entire 4-day stay, which was unacceptable. The staff also seemed unfriendly and not welcoming; their attitude felt too strict and made the environment feel uncomfortable. The overall level of hospitality was below what we expected.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό, αλλά ήταν καθαρό, είχε ωραίο στρώμα και ήταν πολύ ήσυχο. Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής, σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Es war nicht, Handtücher die benutzt wurden und entsprechend im Badezimmer auf den Boden zum wechseln gelegt wurden wurden einfach wieder aufgehangen und nicht ausgetauscht mit sauberen Handtüchern! Es war viel zu laut und die Betten waren extrem unbequem und durch! Das Frühstück war sehr arm gestaltet und sah auch nicht besonders appetitlich aus! Nicht zu empfehlen.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026Le petit-déjeuner était varié, mais identique chaque jour. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. La salle de bain était également propre, avec une douche bien chaude. La chambre était chauffée et l’emplacement est idéal, proche de tous les moyens de transport (métro et tram).
Le personnel du petit-déjeuner avait une attitude déplacée, notamment par des regards insistants, en particulier le serveur et la femme blonde. De plus, les horaires du petit-déjeuner sont limités, de 7h à 10h.

Zona este murdară, gălăgie,micul dejun același in fiecare zi și au blat cu un vas de croazieră care este dezamăgitor .Evitați să mergeți pe acel vas ,luați mai bine de pe bouking.
