Hieno sijainti. Tunnelmallinen paikka.

Loistava sijainti ja tunnelma vanhan kaupungin sisäpihalla. Hyvät yöunet saatu (ilmastointi, mukava sänky).

Perustoiminnot onnistui muutoin, mutta vedenkeitintä jäin kaipaamaan. Tarkempi siivous pölyjen pyyhinnän suhteen olisi tarpeen.

Modernia yöpymistä keskellä vanhaa Raumaa. Auton sai sisäpihalle.

Vedenkeitin puuttui. Pideessä jäykkä ja lyhyt suihkuletku.

Idyllinen majoitus kauniissa luhtiaitassa.

Mustan Pitsi yönä täysin mahdoton sijainti kapakkakeskittymässä. Terassilla ohikulkijoita jjuomassa kaljaa ja kiljumassa illalla. Basson jytke esti nukkumisen pikkutunneille saakka. Unet ja lepo jäivät haaveeksi.

Vierailimme viime kesänä tässä ihanassa kohteessa ja suunnittelimme kesäretken Raumalle, jotta pääsisimme tällä kertaa nauttimaan majoituksesta pidemmän kaavan kautta. Omistaja oli ilmeisesti unohtanut vierailumme, sillä paikka oli siivoamatta, sängyssä edellisen vieraan lakanat ja likaiset pyyhkeet kylpyhuoneessa. Majoittajaan ei saanut yhteyttä, mutta saimme tuttavan kautta sovittua yöpymisen majoittajan toiseen kohteeseen keskustan ulkopuolelle. Onneksi siis yösija löytyi, inhimillisiä virheitä sattuu mutta matka ei valitettavasti ollut sitä mitä odotimme viime kesän perusteella ja miksi Raumalle lähdimme.

Oikein hyvällä paikalla pieni siisti majoituspaikka. Plussaa siitä että auton sai sisäpihalle parkkiin sekä ilmalämpöpumpusta. Hyvä sänky. Siisti paikka.

Naapurissa sijaitsevan pienen puodin äänet kuuluivat hyvin majoitustilaan.

Vanhan kaupungin miljöö oli viehättävä. Vuode oli hyvä.

Suloinen pieni aitta! Erittäin toimiva kokonaisuus aivan vanhan kaupungin ytimessä.

Kahvipannu oli särkynyt, mutta onneksi viereisestä kahvilasta sai oikein mainiot kahvit.

portaat yläkertaan pikkasen vaaralliset(tälläisille vanhoille eläkeläisille) alastullessa, etenemät vain 150mm, pitäis lain mukaan olla 220---250mm korjausehdotus; L-porras, joka lähtisi oven reunasta

Sijainti oli paras mahdollinen minun tarpeisiini. Alakerta oli vähän liian viileä,pumpun lämpö vaikutti vain yläkertaan. Koska itse olen sähkön kulutuksen suhteen todella pihi(pörssisähkön käyttäjä),en malttanut laittaa pattereita isommalle. Jotain häikkää taisi olla myös kylpyhuoneen lattialämmityksessä,sekin oli tosi kylmä(24 astetta). Kesällä ehkä parempi asustella😊

Ihanan sympaattinen paikka, tykkäsin kovasti! Voisin yöpyä uudelleen! Parkkipaikka löytyy sisäpihalta, asunto oli siisti, sänky kuin hotellista ja kahvia löytyi talon puolesta <3 sijainti oli mitä parhain, pääsi heti keskelle vanhaa kaupunkia.

Viereisestä suutarin liikkeestä kuului äänet selkeästi läpi päivällä, mutta onneksi vain sen aukioloaikana. Ei muuta huonoa sanottavaa :)

Sijainti oli hyvä ja vaikka asunto oli pieni se oli hyvin kompakti. Ihana sisustus ja tunnelma.

kokovartalo peili olisi ollut plussaa sekä hella, jotta olisi voinut tehdä itse ruokaa.

Todella mahtava lokaatio ja ihana tunnelmallinen majoitus. Koira oli myös tervetullut ilman lisämaksuja.

Viestit ei oikein kulkeneet mutta ongelma taisi olla itse booking.com. Ja kun soittelin niin sain ohjeistuksen heti ja pääsimme sisälle majoitukseen.

All, It is perfect!!!

Tämän majoituksen sijainti on huippu! Erityisesti pidimme sitä, että autolla pääsi helposti perille ja pihassa oli ilmainen pysäköinti. Sänky oli tosi mukava ja nukuimme erittäin hyvin. Majoitus on hiljainen, kaupungin äänet eivät kuuluneet lainkaan. Tässä on huippusijannilla pienessä tilassa kaikki mitä tarvitset!

Jäimme hiukan kaipaamaan vedenkeitintä.

Sijainti oli aivan täydellinen ja huoneisto todella viihtyisä ja kompakti! Varustelutaso huippuhyvä. Sängyssä sai makeat unet ja makuuhuone pysyi sopivan pimeänä.

Ilmalämpöpumpun käyttöohjeita kaipasimme kun emme ole tottuneet sellaista käyttämään. Nyt meni paljon aikaa illalla sen kanssa säätäessä. Shampoo puuttui, samoin talouspaperi vaikka teline oli tasolla.

Tolle Lage, mitten im Zentrum von Rauma. Sehr liebevolle, besondere Ausstattung. Die Gastgeberin war gut erreichbar und ermöglichte kurzfristig einen früheren Check-in. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen! UND: entgegnen der Angabe hier bei Booking gibt es sehr wohl Wifi!

Perfect location to explore Wanha Rauma. The owner gave some nice tips for local restaurants which was great.

Just one minor detail: would be handy to have a light switch for the upstairs ceiling lamp also upstairs, rather than only downstairs.

A wonderful charming wooden house ideally located in Rauma center. Very clean and well decorated. The owner was very flexible and let me drop my luggage in before checkin.

Horrible experience. The house has everything to be exceptional due to its location and is really beautiful. But upon arriving we noticed a hum coming from a generator literally attached to the house, a noise that can be heard from inside the house (the generator is installed on the ground so it has always been there), it gets into your head, even Using earplugs you could hear it, not favoring rest. It's a noise that was already in the house when we got there, so the owner must have heard it while she was preparing it for us. We didn't sleep a wink all night, we woke up devastated. Everything idyllic about the place went overboard. We spoke with the owner, she offered us money and we thought it was humiliating because she should have worried about keeping the place in good condition. We don't care about money, what we want is to rest when we travel. We accepted the tiny amount of money because no other solution was offered to us. We do not recommend this place since you have the possibility of that infernal noise appearing and spoiling your stay. If we find out, we'll go to a hotel. The house is also not 10: in the bathroom the toilet and the shower are together. Everything gets waterlogged, it's terrible. The bathroom is right next to the living room with a door that does not close completely, with consistent odors in the living room and no privacy. The stairs that lead to the second floor are very steep and once we almost fell. The second floor does not have a switch, you have to turn off the light from below, if you forget you have to go down and up the steep staircase again. And what is more, the lasr dat we wrote to the owner to express we had not rest at all and to say goodbye. But she did not answer. What disrepect and lack of sensitivity.

Everything was clean, nice and cosy. Thanks to the small windows, you can get a good night's sleep without being disturbed by the light. The housing is right in the historic center. At night it was perfectly quiet. In the morning you can hear the hustle from the shop and the restaurant next door, but we didn't mind. A very pleasant experience!

Charming apartments in the heart of the city. The opportunity to be in the most beautiful part of the city with everything at your fingertips.

This is a cute little cottage in a small courtyard right off one of the main historic streets. It's a great location - absolutely in the heart of that district and you're just a couple of minutes' walk from anywhere you would want to go. There's also a nice bakery/cafe next door. It's quite small but the space has been used in an ingenious fashion with the bathroom nipped out of the main living area downstairs. The main photo of this in the listing is quite alarming but in reality the glass is frosted over so you won't be flashing your bits to anyone in the living room. That said, you can hear everything so make sure you're comfortable with going to the loo a few feet away from whoever's sitting in that armchair. There's a small, well thought out kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker etc. Enough to create breakfast and a few snacks. The bedroom upstairs is nicely done out and the bed is a generous size and extremely comfortable. It's worth knowing that the stairs are very steep and the switch for lighting them is downstairs - you can't switch it on from the bedroom. We didn't find it a huge problem but others might. Overall, a good option and a nice chance to stay in the historic quarter at an affordable price.
