The elevator was broken the first 2 days,, we had to climb 4 floors with luggage and every time we left the house. There was A LOT OF MOULD in the shower.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Дуже шарні умови. Ми були в номері 4.1. Є балкончик в норм.видом, він на ішу будівлю, але це вулочка, а ні стіна. В номері гарна белизна, куча техніки - три кондея, посудомийна машина, кавоварка, мікрохвильовка, чайник, холодильник не маленький. До моря десь 20 хвилин. Були ще 2 зонти для пляжу - це дуж добре. Покривал для пляжу нема, але ми купили на набержній за 7 евро 1.5х1.5м При заізді на першому поверсі є камера схову - ми приїхали рано, аоставили речі та пішли гуляти до 17-тої. Зручно зо немає ключа, двері відчиняються по коду. Вода гаряча була весь час. Є ліфт. Взагалі дуже приємні враження. Рекомендую.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Sucio,personal mal educado,el ascensor lo cierran por la noche y yo estando en la planta tres con un niño pequeño, tenía que bajar el carro del niño por la escalera todos los días y subirlo,mal servicio, no te dan ninguna solución, suben los automáticos del ascensor y los bajan cuando quieren. No repetiré nunca más con ellos. Nada recomendable. El baño sucio.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Dachterrasse war herrlich groß.
Leider funktionierte der Aufzug ein paar Tage nicht, was bei über 35° sehr anstrengend war, da wir per Treppe in die 5. Etage mussten.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Appartamento molto spazioso, pulito e ben attrezzato. Era presente tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima e tranquilla, comoda anche per spostarsi con i mezzi. Host molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare eventuali richieste. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, consiglio il soggiorno in questo appartamento.

WiFi details were missing, but we got it from the host same day.

Rumore purtroppo degli altri utenti degli appartamenti. Avendo l'appartamento praticamente attaccato alla porta di ingresso dello stabilimento, abbiamo passato diverse notte con risvegli continui. Consiglio solo due piccoli accorgimenti: una pentola in più e uno stendino. Essendo in 3 un pentolino piccolo ci costringeva a dovere preparare i pasti in modo separato. Inoltre, vista anche la vicinanza al mare, tornavamo con asciugamani e costumi bagnati. Ci siamo arrangiati con i vari mobili ma un appendino o un filo da stendere non guasterebbe!

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026L'appartamento in sè è molto carino, moderno, letti e cuscini comodi, pulizia impeccabile e kit utilissimi. Doccia grande e bella, aria condizionata sia nelle 2 stanze che nel salone, balconcino con sedie e tavolino, piccolo stendino, piccola asse con ferro da stiro, piccola lavastoviglie, grande frigorifero, microonde, tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Non manca nulla. Anche il rapporto con l'host di riferimento, Isa su w.app, è stato sempre molto veloce e soddisfacente. Non ti fanno sentire solo nonostante non ci sia una reception come in hotel. Consigliato!
Sinceramente pensavo fosse più vicino alle spiagge, non era lontanissimo ma visto il clima caldissimo purtroppo anche quei 20 minuti a piedi diventavano pesanti, ma questa non è un demerito, solo una constatazione mia. L'unico neo di questa struttura sono state le difficoltà nell'aprire portone da basso e appartamento col codice, che sarebbe di per sé molto comodo in realtà, se non fosse che spesso non funzionava benissimo, a volte dopo vari tentativi dovevamo chiamare il numero per le emergenze e comunque si trova sempre qualcuno pronto ad aiutarti. È stato un problema non solo nostro, ma anche di altri 3/4 inquilini di altri appartamenti, quindi consiglio una revisione del sistema. Oltre a questo comunque, tutto perfetto.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Lokáció, felszereltség, teljesen érintésmentes bejelentkezés, jó infrastruktúra (boltok, piac, éttermek, tengerpart) a közelben. A szállásadó nagyon proaktív, kedves, segítőkész volt.
Ágyak minősége, elsődlegesen a nappaliban lévő kanapéágy kényelmetlen volt, valamint körülményes volt az emeletes ágy használata, mert eléggé instabil, mozog. Az erkélyen a székek rozsdásak voltak, a zuhanyzóban a zuhanyzócső el volt törve. Kevés volt a wc papír és a mosogatógép tabletta.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Dobrze wyposażony obiekt, doskonale działająca klimatyzacja. Wygodne łóżka. Blisko do plaży, blisko do tramwaju. W czasie pobytu był remont lini 5 metra z którego nie udało nam się korzystać, a to doskonałe połączenie apartamentu z lotniskiem i centrum miasta. W obiekcie jest pralnia i przechowalnia bagaży w razie potrzeby można korzystać.
Obiekt nieco zużyty, są rzeczy, które wymagają renowacji zwłaszcza w porównaniu z tą ceną. Przydało by się więcej małych ostrych noży do przygotowywania posiłków. Przy dłuższym pobycie obiekt powinien odrazu dostosować ilość płynu do zmywania, myjek oraz papieru toaletowego.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026We visited during a very hot period and the fact that the living room and both bedrooms had their own AC, was very appreciated. The apartment looked like the photos and it was perfect for our group of 4. We were attending an event at the marina, so we were only a 10-min away walk.
There were just a couple things including to the appearance/state of the couch in the living room, to the fridge freezer door which was broken and impossible to open, and some water leaking from the shower onto the floor. Everything else was great.

De straat voelde heel onveilig. Lag afgelegen, mensen staarde ons aan. Mijn dochter van 17 werd stiekem gefotografeerd door de overbuurman, die bleef ook gluren als we er waren.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Wichtig zu wissen wenn man diese Wohnung bucht: An der Haustür funktioniert nur der allgemeine Code, aber nicht der Code für die Wohnung. Dieser Code wird sehr kurzfristig gesendet, erst 24 h vor dem Buchungszeitraum. Er erfordert eine Kreditkartenzahlung (es gab noch eine andere Zahlungsmethode die ich nicht kannte) von 200 €. Diese wird tatsächlich abgebucht und nicht nur (wie z.B. bei Autovermietern üblich) auf der Karte blockiert. Die Rückzahlung etwa eine Woche nach Auszug hat funktioniert. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und hat einen Außenbereich nach Osten. Von draußen blickt man auf gegenüberliegende Terassen und Balkone bzw. Gebäude. Technisch ist sie gut ausgestattet, die Küchenausstattung normal (eine Orangenpresse haben wir in Valencia vermisst). Wir haben bei Ankunft Salz, Pfeffer und 4 (3in1)Kaffekapseln vorgefunden - Essig, Öl, ein Wasser zur Begrüßung oder ähnliches gab es nicht.
Als wir zur vereinbarten Zeit eintrafen war die Wohnung nicht gereinigt - das Bett war benutzt und dreckige Handtücher lagen herum. Das kann mal vorkommen ist aber nicht professionell. Die angegebene Kontaktnummer war zunächst nicht erreichbar, weder per WA noch per Anruf. Das geht gar nicht. Schlimm fanden wir den Geruch nach Kanalisation, der regelmäßig und unabhängig vom Wind auf der Außenterasse und manchmal auch im Hausflur zu riechen war. Da macht draußen essen oder sitzen keinen Spaß. Die Matratze war bequem aber vom Bett nicht eingefasst, so dass sie regelmäßig verrutscht ist.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. We chose it because we wanted to be closer to the beach, and the location was very convenient for our purpose. The beach was within walking distance, and there was also a tram nearby, which made it easy to reach the city center and other areas of Valencia. We also found nice restaurants, supermarkets and places to get food close to the apartment. One special thing we really appreciated was the quietness. The apartment has windows facing the street, but the street itself is private/enclosed and closed to traffic at night, so it was very peaceful. Our first impression when we entered the apartment was that it looked even better than in the pictures, which is always the best feeling. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole apartment felt very well prepared for guests. The online check-in information was complete and very clear, which made everything easy. We also appreciated the luggage storage room after check-out. Since I had a late flight, it was very convenient to leave my luggage there for a few more hours and pick it up later using a special code. We were two friends: one of us slept in the bed and the other on the sofa bed. I slept on the sofa bed and it was honestly one of the most comfortable places I have slept in during my travels. So if someone needs to sleep on the sofa bed, there is no need to worry, it was very comfortable. We have nothing negative to mention and would happily stay here again.

Reviewed May 29, 2026De ruimte van het appartement! Zo groot, wauw! Echt fantastisch. Ook was alles aanwezig wat ik nodig had! En de communicatie met de host was super! Ik kon nog niet mijn appartement in, omdat ik te vroeg was, maar kreeg wel een tijdelijke toegangscode, zodat ik alsnog het gebouw wel in kon en mijn bagage kon achterlaten in de daarvoor bestemde kluisjes. Zo kon ik toch even op route, zonder dat ik mijn koffers overal naartoe moest nemen.

Cercavamo una soluzione di monolocale che non fosse direttamente su strada come per la maggior parte degli altri alloggi presenti a Valencia, e questa è stata la soluzione idelae.

Si sentiva un po' di puzza di umido nell appartamento. Attrezzatura della cucina scarsa. Mi ha infastidito che siano entrati in casa in mia assenza Senza avvisarmi. Ho trovato sul top dell cucina e nel bagno Senza finestra molti moscerini, ma l' host ha provveduto subito ad eliminarli e pulire, scusandosi dell inconveniente. Difficoltà a trovare la tastiera sul portone di entrata dell edificio e a digitare il codice di entrata per mancanza di illuminazione.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Eine sehr schöne eingerichtete Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Für unser verlängertes Wochenende mehr als zufriedenstellend, hatte alles, was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei über WhatsApp. Sehr nah an der U Bahn Station gelegen. Fußläufig ca. 15- 20 Minuten zum sehr schönen Strand. Die Stadt der Wissenschaft ist auch in ca. 20 min fußläufig zu erreichen. In die Altstadt dauerts fußläufig ca. eine Stunde durch den Jardin del Turia. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen und weiterempfehlen.
Das einzige Manko, wie aber in sehr vielen Unterkünften/ Hotels im Süden, war die Hellhörigkeit. Menschen mit sehr leichtem Schlaf sollten Ohropax nicht vergessen.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Локацията е извън историческия център, но с много добра транспорна връзка с автобуси, трамваи и метро до всички туристически обекти. Наблизо имаше магазинчета, кафенета и прилични ресторанти. Близо до плажа. Достъпно, лесно се влиза с код, както и добра комукация с домакините чрез мобилни приложения.
Чистотата не е на ниво - косми, прах и т.н. Парцала и кофата оставени в едната спалня, предвидена за децата. Прозореца в едната стая не се отваряше, заключен с железен болт. Обзвеждането беше вехто, захабено, олющено, някога обзаведено в модерен бохо стил, хилядократно изполвано и изключително захабено. Шумно - отвън, както и вътре в сградата - никаква шумоизолация. Неприятна миризма - в цялата сграда и в самия апартамент, още с влизането те удря миризма на застояло, непроветрявано и мито със стар мърляв парцал. Банята - захабена, с раздрънкани мебели и плъзгаща врата, през която всичко се чува в апартамента и се носи миризма навсякъде, с мърсотии по фугите и косми от предишните посетители.

Alcuni dettagli si potrebbero curare di più, come per es il soffione della doccia o alcuni pezzi della cucina che si staccavano. Nulla però di grave, da compromettere il soggiorno

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Everything inside the apartment was fantastic. It was equipped with everything and more. Dona, the maintenance lady was very friendly, helpful and a great host. Valencia, overall is a wonderful city.
Finding parking was a nightmare. I couldn't make use of the car to travel anywhere because of the worry of where to park the car once we were back in the evening. Walking to any attraction around the city takes ages, because of how large Valencia is. The location was too far from anything meaningful if you wanted to walk. Driving was also not a good option due to lack of parking at the apartment, afterwards.

Le wifi est un peu faible, très peu de couverts, pas de couvercles pour les poêles,

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026Местоположението на апартамента ни хареса, близо до метрото и на пешеходно разстояние от плажа. Наблизо има доста приятно ресторантче, където хапнахме вного вкусна паеля. Има и хранителен магазин съвсем близо, от който може да се вземе вода и някаква храна.
Двуетожното легло доста скърцаше.
