Benim Odamın balkonu bina içine bakıyordu. Bu nedenle balkonda rahat oturamadım. Klima yatak odasında idi ve klima motoru da yatak odasına yakın olduğu için sessiz bir oda isteğimi pek karşılamadı. Klimayı kapatınca sıcak, açınca da gürültü oluyordu :( Bazen internet kopuyordu. Ama tesisi yönetici hemen müdahale etti.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026We had a wonderful weekend staying at this apartment in Athens! We were three people, and the apartment was perfect for our stay. The location is close to plenty of great bars, restaurants, and a metro station, making it very easy to get around and explore the city. It’s also just one stop away from Monastiraki, which was incredibly convenient. The host was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Athens. We’d definitely stay here again!

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Εξαιρετική διαμονή, πραγματικά όλα ήταν υπέροχα! Το Luxury Technopolis Apartments ήταν μια εξαιρετική επιλογή για τη διαμονή μας. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο, προσεγμένο και πολύ όμορφο, με όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι για να νιώσεις σαν στο σπίτι σου. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική και πολύ κεντρική, κάτι που μας βόλεψε ιδιαίτερα, καθώς είχαμε πάει στην Αθήνα με την κόρη μου για μια συναυλία και το διαμέρισμα ήταν σε απόσταση αναπνοής από τον χώρο της συναυλίας. Αυτό έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο εύκολη και ξεκούραστη. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ και στον κύριο που μας υποδέχτηκε. Ήταν ευγενέστατος, εξυπηρετικός και πραγματικά φιλόξενος. Μάλιστα, είχε φροντίσει να μας βρει θέση πάρκινγκ ακριβώς μπροστά από το διαμέρισμα, κάτι που ήταν τεράστια διευκόλυνση, ειδικά για εμάς που ήρθαμε με αυτοκίνητο. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει μια καθαρή, άνετη και άψογα τοποθετημένη διαμονή στην Αθήνα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία! ❤️

The apartment is close to Monastiraki — it's only one metro stop away (which was very convenient since we were traveling with a young child), or just a few minutes' walk. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. Since we were on the top floor, we had access to a spacious roof terrace that we really enjoyed. On top of that, the owner saved a parking spot for us right in front of the building, which was a huge plus!

The apartment was spotless and equipped with every comfort, making our stay very enjoyable. Although it's a little outside the city center, the location is still excellent thanks to the metro station just a short walk away, making it very easy to reach all the main attractions in Athens. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Πολύ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος ο οικοδεσποτης. Το διαμερισμα μικρό αλλά ανακαινισμένο με μικρό μπαλκόνι. Κοντα στην τεχνόπολη στο Γκαζι όπου γίνονται πολλές εκδηλώσεις. Ο οικοδεσπότης φρόντισε να βρούμε parking σε δημόσιο χώρο ακριβώς έξω απο το διαμέρισμα. Υπάρχει κοντα μετρο και εκει υπάρχει και καλο εστατοριο με μαγειρευτα φαγητά. Υπάρχει σε απόσταση 150μ φορτιστής ηλεκτρικών αυτοκινητων με θέση parking. Το στρώμα πολύ καλό!
Η περιοχή είναι κάπως υποβαθμισμένη. Το μπαλκόνι βλέπει κυρίως σε εσωτερικό χώρο και όχι έξω (σε εσωτερική σκάλα). Το διαμέρισμα είναι σχετικά μικρό και δεν έχει αρκετό φως. Η τηλεόραση δεν λειτουργεί εύκολα και αρχικά εδειχνε μενου σε άλλη γλώσσα (μάλλον πολωνικά).

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Der Vermieter hat für uns ein Parkplatz vor der Türe freigehalten. Zu Fuß waren die Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Das Viertel ist abends eher eine Partyszene. Alles hat super geklappt, obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht hatten.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Πολύ κοντά στη στάση του μετρό Κεραμεικος. Καθαρό και άνετο διαμέρισμα. Εξυπηρετικός ο κύριος που μίλησα. Με βοήθησε πολύ λόγω ενός προβλήματος υγείας που αντιμετωπίζω.
Η περιοχή έχει αρκετή κίνηση και φασαρία το βράδυ. Εγώ έμεινα τέταρτη βράδυ οπότε ήταν σχετικά ήσυχα.

The area is very lively with lots of restaurants and bars. City center is just two stops by metro. Metro station Keramikos only five minutes by foot away from apartment. We certainly recommend this venue.

Très bien placé: à 2 pas de l'arrêt du métro (direct depuis l'aéroport), pas loin de plein de restos et bars sympas, 1-2 arrêts de métro ou 20-30 minutes à pied des principaux quartiers touristiques. Super hôte : sympathique, arrangeant et communication claire et rapide. Si je devais revenir seul ou en couple, je n'hésiterais pas à revenir dans ce logement.

Difficile arieggiare l'appartamento: le uniche due finestre affacciano sulle scale interne della casa e non c'è molta luce naturale. Molto ridotta l'attrezzatura per cucinare e mangiare in appartamento.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Lokatie was top; vlakbij metro, vlakbij allerlei leuke eettentjes. Binnen 2 metrohaltes ben je in midden van het toeristische centrum van Athene, Agora etc. Dakterras was lekker chill. Appartement wordt met veel zorg gemanaged door Teos. Onze auto konden we voor de deur parkeren, met hulp van Teos. Erg lekker bed! Koffie, thee, suiker etc was voor gezorgd.
Meerdere dagen met z'n drieën kan op een gegeven moment wel te krap voelen qua ruimte. Maar voor 2 personen is het perfect! (Voor 3 personen is het ook nog steeds wel prima) Verbeterpuntje; misschien kunnen de handdoeken automatisch gewisseld worden na 2 dagen voor nieuwe, schone. In deze hete stad douche je toch wel 2 tot 3 x per dag. (Om schone handdoeken vragen vind ik teveel gedoe)

Reviewed May 12, 2026The apartment is located in a trendy part of town but also walkable to the major sites, as well as having the blue metro line nearby. The apartment is modern, compact, very well appointed and spotlessly clean.
There is nowhere to put a suitcase, so it had to be stepped over.

A bit noisy street during Saturday night until early morning due to surrounding bars and clubs.

The location is highly convenient, close to the metro and the city center, with everything within walking distance. The host was very welcoming and accommodating; despite my late check-in after 10 PM, he personally met me and assisted with the check-in process. If I return to Athens in the future, I would definitely choose to stay in this apartment again.
