Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Localização maravilhosa, andei tudo a pé! Poucos passos do Mercado do Bolhão e da Praça da Liberdade, além de ter estação de metro pertinho! Gostei muito do prédio. Moderno e seguro. Muito silencioso também! Tem cafeterias ótimas ali perto. Uma bem ao lado do prédio e uma outra em frente! Sobre a acomodação: encontrei tudo limpo e exatamente como nas fotos. Cama confortável, bom chuveiro e bom ar condicionado. A cozinha é ótima: com utensílios, cafeteira e o mimo de capsulas que deixam para nos. Foi uma experiencia ótima! Eu voltaria sem duvida!
A única coisa que eu senti falta foi de uma cortina com bloqueio de luz. O apartamento tem janelas belíssimas de um canto ao o outro da parede (de frente para a cama). As cortinas são transparentes: a noite o quarto fica demasiado iluminado. Dessa maneira, seria mais confortável para dormir se houvesse possibilidade de uma cortina tipo blackout.

Communication was very good, they got the room ready a bit before the usual check-in time because I really needed it so super happy and grateful they managed to get me access beforehand. Quite comfortable and nice stay :)
The is no door key, just a code, sometimes it didn't work so it was a little bit stressful to leave the place without a key and no garanties the code will open the door again. Sometimes it was struggling and only opening at the third or four time. However the communication with host was on top and they were very very attentive at this problem. Also, no common areas, just rooms, so no option to leave your luggages or to access. Otherwise, great. Thank you!

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026This was right in the city centre so no matter how late I was exploring Porto, figuring out that this property was in the city centre was comforting. It was also spacious, and inside the property smelled fine. It was clean too.
It was on the top floor so when arriving at night, I had to use my torch to see where I was going. It was only until my second day that I discovered there were lights on each floor to help with vision.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The apartment is spacious and in a great location, right in the city, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. The large windows are a lovely feature and bring in plenty of natural light.The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you might need. Check-in and check-out were very easy and convenient thanks to the access code system.
The room decor could have felt a little warmer and more welcoming, but this was really a minor issue and didn’t affect our overall stay.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026O quarto era muito bom, confortável e bem equipado, com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia agradável. A localização também foi excelente, facilitando bastante os deslocamentos e os passeios pelo Porto.
Tivemos alguns problemas com a porta, que funciona através do telefone. O sistema é bastante prático, mas algumas vezes demorava para confirmar o trancamento e ficávamos alguns minutos em frente à porta esperando. Fora essa questão, a experiência foi muito boa.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Wszystko super. Fajne mieszkanie na kilka dni. Ładny widok z okna. Lokalizacja dobra bo w centrum, ale w cichej ulicy. Wifi dobre. Cicho. Aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony, ekspres do kawy, mikrofala. Płyta indukcyjna mała, więc nie na duże gotowanie.
Może trochę mało miejsca na blacie w kuchni.

Ho avuto problemi con l'accesso attraverso i codici.alle 23.30. Ho ricevuto assistenza e sono riuscita a entrare. Per Il giorno successivo ho richiesto che qualcuno venisse a controllare di persona alle 9.00. Il tecnico e' arrivato alle 10 e dopo aver verificato il problema finalmente mi ha dato le chiavi. Ci sono un po' di formiche ....

A large bottle of water was left, which is a nice touch. The instructions for accessing the apartment were clear and easily understood.
There is not an elevator. This is just something to note for someone with mobility issues.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Das Appartement war sehr schön und auch sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine sehr große Terrasse. Das Bad mit Dusche war super. Die Lage zum Zentrum ist super und trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Das Bett war im Vergleich zu anderen Appartements die wir hatten etwas kleiner für 2 Personen aber trotzdem bequem.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026This was a roomy apartment with a great terrace overlooking the city. Every thing was top notch from the room, the kitchen, the bathroom, furniture, and kitchen accessories. We had a slight problem with the refrigerator but it was handled quickly. The location was good and accessing the apartment was easy.
Everything was as promised and it even had more than we expected so nothing not to like.

De elektriciteit was niet goed aangelegd, waardoor je elektrische schokken kreeg zodra je de keukenapparatuur aanraakte (ijskast, broodrooster, gasfofnuis, vaatwasser etc.) Je verblijft op de bovenste verdieping waarbij de lift maar tot de etage eronder gaat, waardoor je het laatste stuk met de trap moet, onhandig als je een zware koffer met je meesjouwt. Je hebt een plat dak waar meeuwen op landen die regelmatig midden in de nacht ruzie met elkaar maken wat je heel goed hoort en behoorlijk lawaai geeft.

Spazi ridotti al minimo con tutti i servizi, ma... 3. Appartamento super pulito, ma... 4. Buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ma...
1. ...camera era al 3° piano senza ascensore. Di per sé non sarebbe un problema ma per una famiglia con un neonato (e relativo passeggino) lo diventa. Basta dirlo prima, così chi prenota può scegliere. 2. ...la macchinetta Nespresso va pulita, ogni tanto, altrimenti si calcifica e il caffè non scende; il telecomando del televisore va controllato, perchè se non funziona la smart tv è inutile; il wifi è una bomba, ma se vi si può accedere; se la stanza accetta tre ospiti, sarebbe bene che venissero forniti 3 asciugamani e 3 sedie. 3. ...sarebbe meglio togliere la muffa dal piatto doccia. 4. per 100 euro a notte, i tre punti di cui sopra dovrebbero essere garantiti.

Die ersten zwei Tage ließ sich die Hauseingangstür erst beim dritten oder vierten Versuch mit dem Zugangscode öffnen. Im Treppenhaus gab es meist einen unangenehmen Geruch.

Los problemas que tuvimos con los códigos para acceder, el sofá cama no era especialmente cómodo, además no hay persiana y dormir ahí es incómodo. El estor de la puerta del salón que da a la terraza estaba roto y no se podía subir, por lo que no podías ver el exterior. Además, el ascensor suena mucho dentro del piso.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026L’appartamento (se così si può chiamare perché trattasi di un sotto-tetto) è ben ristrutturato ed accogliente, nonché dotato di vari accessori. Si trova nel piazzale della fermata Trinidade del treno, questo è comodo per chi deve spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici.
L’indirizzo dell’appartamento non è quello indicato sul sito (si trova infatti a Rua de Camoes, invece che a Rua Do Bomjardin) ed essendo una zona più fuori dall’area turistica e più vicina alla stazione , sotto al palazzo erano accampati vari homeless. C’erano alcune cose non funzionanti (una tapparella che non si alzava, la tenda della cucina rotta, la culla che non si apriva bene, una mattonella del terrazzo completamente rotta che lo rendeva pericoloso ed inutilizzabile).

Reviewed May 31, 2026So very close to Bolhão Market, Aliados and Trimdade metro station. A very pleasant and easy walk from everywhere. Clean, comfortable and modern, I loved how peaceful the evenings were despite being so close to everything. Easy check in if you read instructions properly before arrival.
There isn’t anything not to like! Just a suggestion: I bought an umbrella and left it there since I visited during the rainy season. It would have been nice if one had been provided by the apartment.

L’approccio dell’host nei nostri confronti è stato piuttosto scortese. Avevo richiesto la possibilità di avere la camera intorno alle 11:00, poiché arrivavamo da un viaggio con una bimba piccola che aveva bisogno di riposarsi e cambiarsi. Nonostante le numerose sollecitazioni, nessuno ci ha comunicato quando la stanza fosse pronta: abbiamo scoperto autonomamente alle 13:30 che era già disponibile, aspettando inutilmente per strada per diverso tempo. Inoltre, una volta entrati e dopo aver preso possesso della camera, l’host è entrato senza preavviso per controllare se fosse tutto in ordine, cosa che abbiamo trovato poco rispettosa della privacy. Anche la posizione non era così ottimale come descritta nell’annuncio, e soprattutto la struttura non è adatta a una famiglia con una bimba piccola. Non viene specificato che gli appartamenti sono sprovvisti di ascensore: con un passeggino è stato praticamente impossibile raggiungere il terzo piano.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Pour info, nous étions dans l’appartement avec 2 chambres situé au dernier étage (avec ascenseur) : parfait pour 4 personnes. (À 6, cela peut sembler un peu plus juste.) • Appartement extrêmement bien placé, à deux pas du centre-ville et juste en face du métro Trindade. Emplacement vraiment idéal pour visiter Porto à pied ou en transports. • Juste en bas de l’immeuble, il y a tout ce qu’il faut : petite supérette Auchan, cafés, commerces… très pratique au quotidien. • Appartement très propre, moderne et très bien conçu. • Très grande et belle terrasse, vraiment agréable. • Appartement très bien équipé : serviettes, équipements de cuisine, kit de ménage à l’arrivée, trousse de secours… tout est pensé et bien organisé. • Chambres grandes, literie confortable, appartement très bien agencé.
• À notre arrivée, le code de la boîte à clés n’était pas le bon. En revanche, il y a un support téléphonique disponible 24h/24 et le problème a été réglé en environ 30 à 40 minutes. • Il y a un problème électrique/de mise à la terre sur certains équipements électroménagers. Nous avons reçu plusieurs petites décharges électriques en touchant notamment le frigo, le grille-pain ou certains appareils. C’est un point qui mériterait clairement d’être vérifié.

Reviewed May 14, 2026The apartment was well situated in the heart of Porto. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was adequate for my needs. During my three night stay I had no problems sleeping as it was quiet, even though the building was located in the city centre.
Not an issue for me, however I was on the top floor (4th), and it was 70 steps to get to my room as there is no lift available. Anybody who doesn’t climb stairs needs to be aware.

Reviewed May 13, 2026The property was amazing. The location is perfect, I recommend a cute Ukrainian restaurant nearby. The check-in was easy. The appliances were new. Extremely spacious!
The only downside was the absence of elevators but I’m fine with that.
