Le personnel n’a pas de monnaie lors ce qu’il vous encaisse. Cela nous force à ne pas pouvoir récupérer notre monnaie. OK c’est quelques roupilles ne valent rien en euros, mais le principe est de pouvoir rendre la monnaie.

I loved the breakfast. Since it was a business trip, the stay was comfortable and very relaxing after a busy daily schedule with clients.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The WiFi worked perfectly throughout my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The food was one of the highlights – both breakfast and dinner were excellent! There was a great variety of dishes, everything tasted delicious, and there was truly something for everyone. I also really appreciated how easy it was to order a taxi directly from the hotel – super convenient! All in all, everything was great. I couldn’t have asked for more. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!

This is my second stay at Mercure Hotel, and I am pleased to say it has exceeded my expectations once again. I must give special recognition to Kanchan Kumar, who exemplifies true hospitality and professionalism. When I mentioned my love for a great movie experience, he went above and beyond by upgrading my room to a higher floor with a cinema-style experience ,an incredibly thoughtful and memorable gesture. The food was nothing short of outstanding. I found myself indulging in nearly every dish on offer, as each one was full of flavour and beautifully prepared. The South Indian cuisine, in particular, stood out and left a lasting impression. The food service team deserves equal praise ,every member was courteous, well-mannered, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spotlessly clean and everything was maintained to the highest standard. At checkout, Keerthana from the front desk staff was warm, professional, and guided me through the process smoothly and efficiently. Leaving this hotel is never easy . it truly feels like home. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you to the entire team for yet another wonderful stay!

My stay at the Mercure Hotel was truly amazing. The room had a next-generation style that immediately impressed me. What really stood out was the in-room entertainment experience — the sound system was exceptional, and having OTT streaming services set up so seamlessly made it feel like a personal cinema. The hotel and the facilities overall are quite good, with a good variety of food at the restaurant. It's possible to eat Bolognese pasta and steak. The service is very good. It’s a very comfortable hotel and there are few options in that area, which is an industrial zone. It has a very good location for commuting to work.

Some days, the quality of the restaurant food is not consistent. It has a very convenient service to order food to the room using a QR code and an app; however, many times the order is forgotten or lost, and it is necessary to call to remind them that you placed an order.

This is a business hotel, in a business area, so there nothing around. The hotel was great, the staff was amazing especially Salvaki Mar, the manager of the restaurant.

Had a harrowing experience with the dinner..may be the chef was unhappy with me... he put all the cooking oil and all the chilli's of the hotel in my dish itself.

Everything, it was the perfect location, perfect service. I would stay here if I need to visit the industrial zone nearby in the future.

Breakfast was very good and elaborative. The food was tasty and restaurant ambiance was good. The staff was courtiers. ....

The rooms very small and smelly. The carpet laid in the room was very dirty and it was smelling. Looks like a lot of germs inside the carpet. The partition walls between the rooms were made of cardboard hence a lot of noises could be heard from adjoining rooms which is not good and disturbing. The Bathrooms were very small.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
