The staff was friendly.

The lack of electricity when we checked in, that lasted for 2 hours, which was why we had to leave. There was also a leak from the ceiling that went on for a couple of hours. Staff provided a mat and more towels for the inconvenience.

נחתנו בשעה מאוחרת ומישהו חיכה לנו בקבלה עד השעה 3:30 לפנות בוקר. הצוות מקסים וחייכן ורק על זה העלינו את הניקוד מבחינת מיקום, הוא נמצא כחמש דקות משדה התעופה אז מי שמגיע רק ללילה בין טיסות המיקום מעולה

הזמנו חדר אחד וקיבלנו חדר אחר, אם לא היה ככ מאוחר הייתי גם מתקנת אותם אבל כל מה שרצינו היה להיזרק על המיטה ולישון כמה שעות לפני הטיסה. המלון בכלל לא נקי, עובש במקלחת ועל האסלה וריח לא נעים בכלל. אפילו על המצעים של המיטה היה כתם שחור. בקיצור אם אתם מחפשים מקום זול ללילה רק להיזרק זה מקום סביר אבל אל תצפו למעבר

Room was so old compared to pictures. It was close to the airport. Hallway to the elevators look like horror movie.

First impressions the buildings look run down from the outside, but when we got to the luxury condo, it was a big surprise because the condo we stayed in was amazing, and everything looked brand new .

The flat was well furnished with good ambience and good lighting and nice AC.

External aspects of the flat itself were quite basic and unappealing. The Lift to the apartment has heavy metal doors that close very quickly with high force- with just one night there we had multiple bruises!!. The Second bed is just next to the main double bed so minimal privacy.

Very close to the airport, they have friendly staff and helpful service.

The swimming pool is dirty and unusable.

The space is wide and the place is fancy. The price is reasonable and the staff are extremely nice.

For an advertised "luxury" apartment a few basic things are missing from the kitchen. No tea spoons, no cutting board, no toaster, no kettle, only a fry pan and one large saucepan, no dish washing deterent. These items are basic not luxury.....

Second stay each time staff very helpful and always available to assist. Unit was clean, secure had everything we needed as a party of 7. Location is good and everything you. Red is within a short tricycle ride. Food drinks available from breakfast to evening meals attached to the complex. Great start to our vacation

It had balcony and jacuzzi and 2 aircons it was great overall The guard is so nice his English is so perfect

We Had to wait in the lobby for more then 20 mins to check in They have water pumps in the balcony it was so loud Just a suggestion if you guys can have central water pump so it going to be quite in the balcony

Everything!!!! 2 A/C units are so cold we only used one. Jacuzzi was amazing! Blue LED Mood lights were awesome extra! Full kitchen. Amazing restaurant downstairs. Close to all shopping, dining, and the Mall!

Did not provide a bath mat. And I slipped in the marble floor and ripped out my big toe nail!! Requested a bath mat and received one immediately. So where was the original bath mat? Our one extra towel we used wasn't enough. Need 2 bath mats in the CR. One at the jacuzzi and one at the 3" step down into the bedroom that's where I slipped when using baby steps and holding the wall. The provided disposable slippers were too small for a big American!

Old dilapidated building pool not open and empty corridors are dirty and smell of dogs jacuzzi did not work and I booked the room especially for the jacuzzi this place is no wear near worth the price at night the grounds are not well lit and scary.Very dissatisfied with this stay

I love the concept of this hotel. From the outside, the building has a charming old-European style, but once you step into the room, you’ll be amazed by how modern it is. The room was super clean and felt like a well-equipped studio apartment. The bathroom even had a jacuzzi, which was a wonderful bonus. Our stay as a family visiting from Paris France was perfect, thanks to the lovely staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and smiling. I would definitely recommend this place and will surely come back again.

Nothing really. The pool was down fir maintenance and a few items in the room needed repair but that's typical of many places.

Comfortable bed. Nice place overall, cozy, and with plenty of space.

Water pressure is quite low. The handheld sprayer needs either a new gasket or a new filter; water is coming out the end of it. I don't know that this entirely accounts for the low water pressure, though. Also, only one small tube (each) of body wash and shampoo were provided (and no other soap for the bathroom sink). That's clearly not enough for 2 people for 2 nights. To their credit, they did ultimately provide an abundance of additional soaps after I requested them (though even that took multiple requests via the app). For a place that's marketing itself as high-end, this sort of thing isn't something guests should have to spend time on.

the room was very nice, fancy and clean. Plus the bath was very nice.

the food options were a little limited. There was also no airco in the restaurant, so a take away was a must go.

We always like the convenience of being close to the airport. Also the laundry place, sari sari store and the restaurant is great. Service is always great. The price is also good.

My toilet ran alot but they did fix it as soon as I asked them. Some of the backlighting in the rooms weren't working. Some bath fixtures were loose. The chair on the patio was broken. Not enough seating in the living room.

The room is so big and there is a balcony, that is very comfortable to feel fresh air.

There is only bed sheet in each room. and the. and bad, it's not clean, it's a little bit dinic which is not quiet nice.

The air conditioning was good. It had a pool. There was laundry and a restaurant on property that had decent food. The room had 2 tv sets and good wifi.

The room looked half finished. Exposed piping and raw concrete probably going for a “shabby chic” aesthetic, but it just looked like it needed to be finished. The shower worked but had a lot of leaks and water sprayed everywhere when you turn it on. The area outside the room smelled very much like sewage. It was quite unpleasant.

De kamer was fantastisch. Super design. Heel groot, met eigen keuken, een hippe grote hangstoel, twee grote televisies. Super luxe. De lokatie is dichtbij diverse shopping malls op korte loopafstand. Ik kan het iedereen aanbevelen. Heerlijk verblijf. De prijs kwaliteitsverhouding is super. De badkamer is groot met heerlijk ligbad en grote inloopdouche met glazen wand.

Het zwembad is heerlijk om in af te koelen maar aan de kleine kant om in te zwemmen.

Great apartment. Comfortable bed with a big screen in the bedroom and a spa bath. Apartment was well furnished and had style. Really liked the lighting and the industrial outdoor feel. Quiet location close to some diving spots and the airport. Half hour from Cebu city depending on traffic.

Building the apartment is in is a bit rundown, and the hallways could use a clean with some maintenance. Pool outside can get dirty quickly.

Great 1 night stay, very close to the Airport, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Troisième fois à cet endroit. Toujours satisfait de l’emplacement, la propreté et de la gentillesse du personnel. Un établissement bien géré.
