Reviewed Sep 7, 2026I can’t describe how lovely this place is! It’s warm and welcoming, with help available whenever you need it. The place is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and has a great kitchen and eating area. They even let me change the date of my stay at the last minute because of my knee injury, which I really appreciated. And there’s a cat who is very talkative! They say you meet good people on the Camino, and the gentleman responsible for this place is definitely one of them. I’m very grateful I had the chance to stay here!

The bed was awful. Like sleeping on a hillock. I spent the whole night on the edge between the lump in the middle of the mattress and the wall. Max 2 hours sleep. The general room was clean but the silicone in the shower was rotting. The bathroom door handle was broken, basically it was €50 for a night with a shower and a bed. No kettle, no hooks in the bedroom to hang anything up, no bed lights, one plug and told to get out by 8am. At this price it's double that if decent alberges that provide comfortable facilities for half the price. Finally, no I would not use your dirty kitchen with food all over the place. It was rancid. Not a winger, this is a honest report.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026There was no ventilation and the heat was stifling hot. No one could sleep because of the heat and the bunk beds creeked so much I was afraid they would break. They were strongly built but popped when the person above me moved. Mosquitos were a problem in the room as well.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need, It was so convenient for pilgrims . Supermarket just need walk 8-10 mins. Definitely worth staying here.

There were a group of young folks who came in 1230am after a night of partying - clearly not pilgrims - and woke us up unnecessarily. So disrespectful. In the future, those can be separated from those doing the Camino.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Check in was swift and efficient and the whole place has such a lovely quiet atmosphere. There's the basics in the kitchen to cook pasta or microwave something. The ground floor was cooler than the bedrooms during the day but no problem at all to sleep during the night. You're right on the Camino too, which is practical.

Clean and modern. Huge kitchen. Great garden with fruits in may-June. And a wonderful feline friend

La cocina , está vieja y no tiene nada así como el salón para desayunar, una pena con el dinero invertido en reformarlo y no acordarse de la cocina Además pensaba que habría capuchinos y no hay ni uno por tanto tampoco misas...

Reviewed May 29, 2026We had to walk thorugh the town to the far end to reach this albergue. On arrival I could see it was clearly extensively refurbished in recent times. Looked fresher than the pics I had seen. Very modern. The male receptionist was not very welcoming tbh. We had walked 5 days in heat and he deffo lacked the charm of other albergue receptionists. We got to our twin room and it was simply fantastic. Spotless beds, shower and toilet facilities. Towels and bed linen supplied was a welcome treat. It felt like we were in a hotel. Beds so comfy we both slept well that night. We used clothes wash facilities which was welcome. We later walked into town to see the running of the bulls, grab a dinner and met fellow walkers. All easy 5 min walking distance.
The male receptionist could have had a little more charm about him. This is my 9th Camino and a little effort goes a long way to welcoming tired pilgrims.

The owner was volatile & angry when we quietly alerted him to bed bugs and then he evicted us. I understand that bed bugs happen but his behaviour was aggressive & I believe he evicted us so we wouldn’t tell others about the bugs
