Disappointed that there was no milk provided to make a cuppa tea although tea and coffee making facilities were provided. We got very little sleep due to the high winds that prevailed throughout the night.

Bring logs and fire lighters and matches… milk.. bread.., coffee… wine… beer … barbie… gas… steaks… garlic bread… etc… Wifi is 5 bars so u can stream netflix if u need to… we did not… 😁 The beach was…. Wow… 10 out of 10
Drive to the property was long… access road was narrow… and then some.., nearest pub was 1 miles down hill and 1 mile uphill back again.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Loved the beautiful, quiet location. The views were amazing! Great place to visit when you need rest and relaxation.
The shower did not drain well and the shower pan was not high enough to hold much water, so had to turn the water off in the middle of my shower to let it drain before spilling out onto the floor, then started the water again for a quick finish. There were signs of wear on the floor next to the shower, so I think this has been going on for a while. This was our one and only issue at the property.

The owner was not there to greet us and communication was difficult; the phone numbers as given on their booking.com page were not answered. Lack of extra toilet paper.

El bungalow está bien equipado pero la cama es un poco pequeña (1,35 m ?) y además está colocada al lado de la pared lo que hace que sea difícil entrar o salir de ella si sois 2. También hay un sofá cama pero es un poco incómodo.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025The location is superb, the view is just amazing, beach is in a walking distance or a quick ride. Edward was very welcoming and communicate well regarding check-in, he also gave nice suggestions about things to do and places to visit in the area. The cabin is a bit campy but has everything for a comfortable stay.
I think the design in the cabin might have been a bit different to make it more comfortable, but that's to my personal taste. Other than that, there was nothing that we did not like!

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025The views are exceptional, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful (they even drove us to the nearby town where we could catch our bus when we left). Our bed was comfortable and the hot shower worked well. We loved having the cosy cabin to ourselves!
Two pillows instead of one per person would be great! There’s not a lot of storage space (due to the nature of the cabin with its slanted roof), but our suitcases fit under the bed.

Beautiful islands only a short trip away.. The best digital detox I've ever found and totally dog friendly, a win win!

The pods were clean, cozy, and well-equipped—perfect for a comfortable stay close to nature. Communication with the host was excellent—clear, friendly, and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for a relaxing break in Donegal.

The road up to the pods are very bad and would cause havoc on your car , could be a little better . The Nearest pub is a good 15 min walk and road is narrow so need to be careful , not many shops nearby , a good half hour driv. Only place to eat is the local & the food is not great

The views from the site are fantastic too and the local town has lovely spots for dinner and breakfast. Ideal for exploring this region of Donegal so close to Errigal, Glenveagh, Tory Island The host was so accommodating and kind would highly recommend
