I was staying in the ground floor next to the kitchen. Around 5am it’s starting to get pretty loud. Next time it’s better to take a room in the upper floors. It’s a good 10 min walk to the tram…

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The room was way too hot, due to the heavy sun light directly sent to the whole window all afternoon, and with just one fan available, it was very painful even to stay in the room. A/C is a definite need and some protection against the direct sunlight will help too.

I expected what was in the pictures, but it just ended up being even better, the quality of service, cleanness of room and the very welcoming staff was just 10 out of 10. Location was good in sense that it was quite private area, so very calm and no city sounds; from the hotel is a Lidl grocery store (8 minute walk) and bus / metro station to get to the city center is 16 min walk away. It was really great experience and I can only recommend.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen . Oller abgenutzter Teppichboden, Handtuchstange die nicht fest ist und eine defekte Duschstange. Aber die Krönung sind die Zimmer die den ganzen Vormittag die Sonne auf den Fenstern stehen haben. Temperaturen von 40 Grad keine Klimaanlage geschweige denn Sonnenabweisende Rollos es war die Hölle . Netter weise hat man uns zwei Ventilatoren im Zimmer platziert natürlich mit mäßigem Erfolg. Der Fluglärm ist auch nicht ohne die Lage in keiner schönen Gegend.

Die Lage ist etwas ungünstig. Zum öpnv läuft man gut 10 Minuten. Dann hat man aber ne sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung

Reviewed May 24, 2026Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und das Babybettchen war liebevoll hergerichtet mit einem kleinen Kisschen und einer kleinen Decke. Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war lecker und definitiv ausreichend.
Meine Sohnemann hatte etwas Einschlafschwierigkeiten, weil man das Zimmer nicht abdunkeln konnte, aber das war echt kein großes Problem, weil ansonsten alles gepasst hat

Es war durch den Flugverkehr ziemlich laut, und die Nachbarschaft ebenso. Mir fehlte eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer und noch andere kleine Bad Accessoires.

Двойная кровать - это две кровати стоящие вместе. Для пары не совсем удобно. Местоположение - 15 минут от метро. Любого из двух на выбор.

Reviewed May 11, 2026The hotel is not central but still quite well reachable, ca 15 min walk to different public transport options. The price level was good considering that it is a bit further away. The room was very spacious and clean, quite comfortable. You could open the window for some fresh air. The breakfast was very good! All essentials from cold selection plus a little extra and additionally you could order eggs tailor made. Staff was very friendly.
The only thing we missed was a coffee machine for public use for 24 hours. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room nor in the lobby. And there were no cafes quite nearby.

Es war sehr laut. Wirklich sehr laut. Keine Besetzung der Rezeption nachts. Wenn hier mal was ist ... ist man verloren. Und das Umfeld dieses Hotels ist echt gruselig. Nur Dreck und Müll, egal wohin man schaut. Fühlt sich hier keiner zuständig?

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026We stay here regularly as it's ideally situated for visiting family locally. We are well-known to all the staff who are always helpful and welcoming. Excellent breakfast, as always, and we always have the same large room at the back.
The only slight criticism is that the mattresses on the bed are too soft for our liking, but that's often a subjective topic. We always stay here if we can but as the hotel is used by business visitors to exhibitions at Cologne's exhibition centre we can't afford it if there's an exhibition taking place.

Auch erhielten wir Informationen über die Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, inklusive einem Wegeplan. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es war nicht so überladen. Von Allem eine Kleinigkeit, aber total ausreichend. Egal ob süß, herzhaft oder vegetarisch. Für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Das Baugerüst vor dem Fenster. Wir waren an einem Wochenende dort. Ich weiß nicht ob in der Woche Arbeiter auf dem Gerüst sind.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Zimmer für ein drei Sterne Hotel sehr geräumig und sauber, das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut, hat alles, damit der Tag gut anfängt, in ca. 10 Gehminuten kann die Straßenbahn Station erreicht werden, den Weg dorthin wurde uns von den Mitarbeitern gut erklärt, Tageskarte um 9 Euro, Stadtplan sowie Netzplan der Öffis bei Ankunft erhalten, alles in allem würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen, hat uns sehr gut gefallen, nochmals vielen Dank an die tollen, hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter,

Neben war gleich die Autobahn, das Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen. Man hört ständig die Flugzeuge, die nächste Haltestelle ist zu Fuß Minimum 10 Minuten entfernt.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Due to circumstances we had to stay unexpectedly in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they stayed a little longer to let us check in and help with the car. They arranged gluten free bread for me and my son loved the rest of the breakfast. Rooms were spacious, clean and convenient. Dog friendly. Parking available.
I think carpet is not really suitable for a hotel, since it is not as hygienic. The pillows were not comfortable, but that’s my personal opinion.

Nicht gefallen hat mir der Zugang zum Hotelparkplatz. Das wollte nicht so recht funktionieren, da waren wir aber nicht allein mit dem Problem. Auch ist der Nachtzugang ungünstig gelegen und für gehbehinderte Gäste nicht gut zu bewältigen
