The apartment was a great location close to the beach. It was clean, nice swimming pool and gym downstairs.

Only thing id suggest was maybe a safe in the room and a large mirror in bedroom

The location is nice

There was a bat in the pool I had tossed and there was no TV and not much toiletries, lots of potential if it has the right care, and I was on the lower half if I ever book again I'd be upstairs and the platform bed was way too low.

the house is new and very beautiful, some details are missing, but this is due to the fact that it was recently completed Top swimming pool and equipped gym, has parking inside the courtyard excellent location two minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from Oistins where there are shops, bars and places to dine On the main road there are mini vans that take you along the entire southern Cosat, a car is not necessary the host, named Set, is very kind and helpful

LOCATION. It was not accurate directions, so we ran up and down the hills in 30 degrees for an hour until we found it. We did not have data so it's extremely hard to find it. No actual address or indications that it's Sanctuary Villa. PROPERTY. the property is new but it's not finished to rent out, no surfaces to put stuff, mini fridge, kitchen, mugs or anything, simply naked walls with a mattress. After a shower I would recommend to slide out from it as it is slippery and a bath mat is not provided. LOCAL ROOSTERS CACAPHONICAL ORCHESTRA. If you are light sleeper the place is not for you.

Nothing.

The room was filthy. The room was not clean. Is as if the beach was in the room. The toilet didn’t flush. I needed to use the shower to fill the tank to flush. The scammer of a host was washing his clothes at the property while giving a tour. The bed is so low I woke up with neck and back pain. The door does not close all the way. A huge gap and air is seeping through the door. The room smells like fresh paint and wood. It’s an incomplete property that was rushed to completion. The other guest advised he placed them in that room and then apologized and moved them. He agreed to refund then is not answering his phone. I am sharing the entire nightmare along with his information so no one ever gets trapped like this. Please do not rent this property. I am working with authorities and Booking to get this listing removed.
