The community itself was quiet and peaceful, creating a restful atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff were welcoming and attentive, which added greatly to the overall experience. Paradise Heaven is an excellent choice for anyone seeking comfort, accessibility, and a warm, inviting environment near Ocho Rios.
Suggestions for Improvement A television in the bedroom would be a welcome addition, as currently there is only one in the living area. On Booking.com, it would be helpful if the available payment methods were clearly shared in advance. This would better prepare guests for making payment upon arrival. I was not aware that cash was required, so I had to leave to obtain cash before completing payment.
