La chambre n’est pas assez insonorisé : bruit de travaux extérieurs toute la journée + bruit des voisins et des animaux.

It was not very clean, definitely the towels need to be replaced .

Close to everything. Very peaceful, located up alley from street can’t hear traffic. The small breakfast was included and tasted really nice too.

Hôtel idéalement situé au centre d'Ubud, sur une rue quasi piétonne. Tout peux se faire à pied. Beaucoup de commerce à proximité Belle chambre, lit très confortable Bon petit déjeuner

Vous devriez changer la porte de la salle de bain (très jolie) : manque d'intimité (notamment les toilettes) et une des chambres était pour 2 ados qui ne s'y sentaient pas à l'aise à cause de cela.

Super Lage: direkt im Zentrum und trotzdem wunderbar ruhig. Sehr schöne, saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Jedes Zimmer hat eine große eigene Terrasse, sodass trotz des gemeinsam genutzten Gartens viel Privatsphäre gegeben ist. Der wunderschöne Garten wird von allen Gästen genutzt und ist nachts wunderschön beleuchtet – eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Tägliche Reinigung auf Wunsch. Frisches Trinkwasser steht jederzeit zur Verfügung. Eine wahnsinnig tolle und entspannte Atmosphäre – man fühlt sich eher wie bei Freunden als in einem Hotel. Sehr nette, herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber – ein echtes Familiengefühl. Beim Frühstück gibt es mehrere Angebote zur Auswahl, sodass für jeden etwas dabei ist. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Insgesamt eine Unterkunft mit sehr viel Charme und Persönlichkeit. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Für uns gab es tatsächlich nichts Wesentliches zu bemängeln. Wer ein klassisches großes Hotel mit vielen Einrichtungen und einem anonymen Hotelbetrieb sucht, wird hier vielleicht etwas anderes erwarten. Genau die persönliche und familiäre Atmosphäre ist für uns aber der große Pluspunkt.

La ubicación es ideal para recorrer el centro de Ubud caminando. Es muy funcional.

Nous avons aimé le fait qu’il soit placé en plein centre de Ubud, tout en étant dans un environnement, calme et paisible! C’était très propre. Le lit et les serviettes étaient changées chaque matin. Et nous avions également des bouteilles d’eau tous les jours. Les gérants sont soucieux du bien-être des clients.

So cheap for the heart of Ubud. Wayan and his family have thoughtfully based the comfort and facilities of the villa like a hotel, with a bar fridge, toothbrushes, comfort of the bed and it is set in beautiful surroundings.

Tissues would be a great touch. The property doesn’t have a pool but you can head to folk pool gardens or other pool facilities in Ubud. Also it can be noisy at night but that is the trade off for being in the heart of Ubud.

Clean cute and intimate. Not noisy, very relaxing.

Everything. Owned by a humble owner and surrounded by garden which was well maintained. People are so friendly and accommodating. I loved this place. Will come back ❤️

但隔音不好（取決于是否有好鄰房客），半夜隔壁小孩大叫，爸爸雖嘗試制止，但家人被吵醒後，難以入睡。

La camera troppo piccola e la colazione: le classiche opzioni nasi goreng e mie goreng a pagamento, che ci può anche stare, ma essendo che ho già la colazione inclusa, almeno avrebbero potuto farli a prezzo un po' più ridotto per compensare la differenza, anziché a prezzo pieno.

早餐好吃 選擇多，環境優美 種了很多植物~陽光灑下 綠意盎然。 附近走路就有連鎖的換錢所，餐廳商店等等 很方便。 淋浴蓮蓬頭是手持式，可以換自己濾心式蓮蓬頭比較安心。

早餐準備時間較久，第一天等超過半小時，因為接著有預定行程，原本跟管家說不用了，最後有給我們外帶盒，建議可以提早點餐，甚至前一天先問問看預定。 植物伴隨著一些蚊蟲(但問題不大)。 浴室是編織門 很美，但往裡面看得一清二楚，幾乎沒有隱私，我覺得是這間住宿最大的疑慮點。

It is close to the main streets in UBUD

Hmm it is like four rooms sharing in the courtyard. So for honeymoon it can be a bit lacking in privacy. Nonetheless the staffs were amazing.

非常乾淨又溫馨。地理位置非常好。問民宿老闆可以直接門口租機車。早餐簡單卻很美味。

There is nothing not to like. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is in the middle of the action but still back enough from the street to be quiet. Exceptional!

Too many geckos. It was hard to find someone on the property to help you out. The rooms were not as clean as mentioned. And towels seemed like they weren’t freshly washed. Room was too dim and bathroom was see through

Two of the rooms i viewed had alot of mould and another room had slightly less.

Mr Wayan and his family are incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe staying here. The location is superb — within walking distance to many restaurants and shops around Ubud. The accommodation is nice, comfortable, and great value for money. Overall, it’s a warm, family-friendly place and I would definitely stay here again.

The homestay is located along a small lane, so traffic can get quite heavy during peak hours. Ride-hailing cars like Grab may not be able to enter the lane directly, so you’ll need to walk out to the main street for pick-up. However, the walk is short and manageable.

The location is good. The staff is excellent. Quiet and peaceful.

The room is not a soundproof.

I like that it’s peaceful and homey, enjoyed the breakfast a lot too — it reminds me of home

From the moment I arrived to the time I left (approx 22hrs) there was a poor dog tied to a 1.5m piece of rope. WTF is the point of having a pet if you're just going to chain it to the wall all day and night. I would say he was moved to go to the bathroom but looking around him I don't think so.

The location is unbeatable, you step right out the front door and find yourself in the heart of a lively market street. The garden is beautifully kept, creating a peaceful atmosphere, and the staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ubud.

De rust midden in het centrum van Ubud. Erg schoon en fris met super vriendelijke mensen. Naast het verblijf zit ook een scooter verhuur, erg nieuwe/nette scooters. Ook weer super vriendelijke mensen.

The wonderful homestay gave us great opportunities to know the culture of local people, including their daily rituals, and their daily life. The room design is unique based on the harmony of nature and people. For example, a surprising gap between the roof and the wall of the bathroom provides sufficient day time lighting and ventilation. You are living with the three generations of the owner, as well as pretty golden fish, wild birds, and many plants. There is an AC unit but in most of the time you don't need it because the breeze will do the job. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. You can walk to Ubud Palace in less than 5 min, and there are so many restaurants to choose.

Since it is in the heart of Ubud, traffic tends to be heavy almost all the time. You need extra time if you hire a car to go to far away places.

Great new room, funky and functional design. Tucked down the back of a compound, quiet and peaceful but in amongst the action of Goutama St.

The property is situated just of from one of the busiest side streets in Ubud. It was like returning to a little private Oasis every day. Utterly amazing, and very quiet. The staff and the owner Wayan where tremendous. The garden where our bungalow was, is groomed and absolutely immaculate.

Prime location for food and shopping, you can step right out the front and your in the heart of a beautiful street full of wonderful shops but not loud at all from the rooms! No need for bikes or cars to get anywhere!

Nothing at all! Only downside is there is no pool if that is something you are seeking but with all the beautiful plants surrounding the villas it stays nice and cool regardless!
