L'accoglienza. Non si capiva dove recuperare le chiavi (l'indirizzo indicato non esiste). Appartamento consegnato in ritardo e non pulito. É venuta una persona dopo che ha pulito 5 minuti lasciando tutto sporco. Nessuna indicazione su come gestire l'appartamento. La host non é neanche salita con noi. Un disastro su tutta la linea.

Appartamento spettacolare all’interno del residence Almresort Nassfeld. L’appartamento viene gestito da privati quindi è indipendente dal resto della struttura. L’appartamento è fornito di posto auto in garage con a disposizione deposito sci e bici e accesso diretto all’appartamento tramite ascensore. L’appartamento è molto spazioso con un ampia cucina con lavastoviglie e un grande salotto. Ma la cosa spettacolare è la vista sulle montagne della vetrata del balcone, e da tutte le altre finestre. Vengono fornite le capsule del caffè (noi ne avevamo 4 per due notti) e carta igienica e pastiglie per la lavastoviglie. Ci hanno fornito anche gratuitamente un lettino da viaggio per la nostra bambina di 7 mesi. La posizione è fantastica, direttamente sulle piste da sci d’inverno e d’estate è un ottimo punto di partenza per molti sentieri.

Nelle indicazioni del check-in c’era scritto di chiamare 30 minuti prima dell’arrivo. Ma nonostante abbiamo fatto così, abbiamo dovuto aspettare 45minuti prima che si presentasse qualcuno. Il check-in è stato molto sbrigativo e con pochissime informazioni, potrebbe essere migliorato. La pulizia dell’appartamento può essere migliorata, c’era molta polvere in giro. Le stoviglie della cucina erano sporche, nonostante la presenza della lavastoviglie, e le padelle erano talmente rigate da essere inutilizzabili.

Výborná kvalita ubytování, moderně vybavený apartmán, čistě uklizený, kryté stání v budově, perfektní umístění domu přímo u sjezdovky, v těsné blízkosti kvalitní a cenově příjemná restaurace, velmi dobrá komunikace (česky) s pronajímatelkou.

Přímý přístup na sjezdovku, parkování v podzemní garáži, úžasné výhledy, čisté ubytování.

The apartment has everything you need and expect, but the most exceptional are the location and private heated ski storage. From the storage to the ski slopes is literally 10 metres. Amazing.

View was wonderful and ski-in/ski-out is perfect!

Would be good to have a small shelf in the shower to put shampoo

The appartment is completely new, right on the slopes. It was spotlessly clean and spacious with a bit patio and mountain views. Furtniture is new and comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. Location is great for skiing and hiking. Parking is in the garage directly beneath the building. Check-in process was smooth and we were able to arrive quite late, which was appreciated. Host was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect, but it would be great to have some towel hooks in the bathroom and outside seating on the patio. Also it would be great to have curtains on the windows, as neighbours can see inside the appartment. There are bars and restaurants close to the building so during weekend you can hear some noise in the evening, but only until 9.30 PM, so it was not a problem for us.
