Good location.

As a woman travelling on her own and arriving late at night, it felt really unsafe and actually quite weird. No reception, long stairways with random cans of Heineken around the place, smelled terrible. Then the only way to access the room was through a door with a 1 on it, so it felt like you were about to enter someone's bedroom?! Really regretted booking this.

Very well connected with multiple underground lines, comfortable, clean. Supermarket nearby. Locks were working, we felt safe. The baby cot was nice and clean.

It’s hard to call this a hotel. Actually a group of apartments. No reception or a hotel entrance of any kind. Entry with codes and key boxes. No room cleaning for a 4 day stay. No staff to be seen, nobody to talk to. No luggage room available, amenities very limited. The entry and the elevator always smelled weed.

Loved the building. Loved the conversion, clever design. Loved sense of security.

Noise of fan in bathroom. Light over mirror didn't work. Couldn't get TV or WiFi to work. No functioning bath plug. Found key pads fiddly, quite hard for the elderly.

Der lugtede af skrald i entréen. Låsen på dørene i entréen var svære at fumle med, måske hotellet burde skifte til chip. Især i hoveddøren, da området føltes usikkert, og man potentielt ville skulle få brug for at komme i sikkerhed hurtigt.

Excellent location, right in the town centre and literally minutes walk from all the major transport links

Can get quite noisy with the windows open as tight in the middle of town, which is a double edge sword. Very convenient but you pay for the convenience with noise. Also completely self service to check in and check out but the emailed instructions are thorough and easy enough to follow.

Gefallen hat mir die Lage gegenüber der DLR-Station / in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station. Busse halten direkt vor dem Gebäude.

Das "Equitable Hotel" ist kein Hotel. Es gibt keine Rezeption, niemand ist da, den man ansprechen kann. Das "Hotel" ist eine Etage in einem ehemaligen Industriegebäude. Um zum Zimmer zu gelangen muss man an 4 (vier!) Stellen Codes eingeben - dann hat man einen Zimmerschlüssel in der Hand. Das Zimmer (13) hat keine Leselampen. Das Bett steht direkt an der Wand. Das lächerlich kleine Waschbecken ist direkt unter dem Badezimmerhängeschrank, d.h.man tropft sich ständig auf die Füße - sehr ärgerlich. Der Lärmpegel ist hoch, weil nachts Leute auf dem Platz vor dem Haus rumgrölen und die Altglasentsorgung des angrenzenden Cafes nachts erfolgt. Dafür ist der Preis viel zu hoch - nicht zu empfehlen.

No limpiaron la habitación, ni la recogieron en las 4 noches que estuvimos alojados. El ascensor no funcionaba los dos primeros días, hasta que dimos una queja. Red WIFI funciona a ratos.

Location was perfect. 2 steps away from tube station and very close to the car park

Loft was not operational for 2 days and our room was on 3rd floor and had to carry luggage with the child. Bed sheets were not properly washed. Fire alarm went off at 5 am in the morning and there was no commotion from the management. I had to call few times to check if there’s a fire or it’s a false alarm.

This should not be listed by any site as a hotel. It’s a deception and rip off. We paid for 2 days and ends up not stepping beyoud the stairways due to the smell and untidy look. We lost our money and hope your site will put such place down immediately so other will not fall victim. Calling it an hostel should I’ll makes no sense to traveller who wants a little comfort. I wrote o. Same day to cancel and booked another hotel with you I am shocked that my money was also taking

Wasn't as clean entering the hotel very noisy at night people constantly banging through the night and the door didn't feel secure unfortunately the TV didn't work very well either I didn't feel safe outside the hotel in the evening

Brak klimatyzacji, co na ostatniej kondygnacji i zysków cieplnych z dachu przy wysokich temperaturach jest uciążliwe.

Al reservar se comprometieron por escrito a que podrían hacerme una factura a nombre de la empresa. Les solicité la factura previo al checkin porque ya estaba hecho el cargo en la tarjeta, pero se negaron porque decían que la hacían al checkout. Desafortunadamente al finalizar la estancia, les reclamé la factura de la estancia y no había manera de que me la enviaran, lo tuve que reclamar varias veces y al final me enviaron la factura a mi nombre particular, en lugar de al de la empresa como les había solicitado desde la primera reserva. Argumentan que no pueden hacer facturas para empresa. De este modo no recomiendo a nadie en viaje de trabajo alojarse en el hotel, ya que no van a poder justificar el gasto y van a tener que pagarlo de su bolsillo, como me pasó a mí con las 200 Libras que me voy a tener que comer porque no se pueden justificar. Si me llegan a prevenir de que no hacían facturas para empresa, cancelo la reserva y me busco otro hotel. Al final me han redirigido a Booking para que reclame si así me quedo más tranquilo, o sea, que van de sobrados, porque está claro que Booking no me va a hacer ninguna factura por esa estancia, que es lo que ne Por otro lado destacar que se escuchaba claramente desde la cama un ruído como de música de discoteca muy fuerte que no cesaba hasta las 0:00, de este modo hasta esa hora no esperes poder dormir mucho. No tiene recepción, llegar a la habitación es una odisea la primera vez, desde la puerta de la calle hasta la habitación hay varias puertas codificadas y cada una abre el pestillo a un lado, el colofón es localizar el locker de la llave de tu habitación, ya que hay varios distribuidos por los pasillos, es como un escape room, la primera vez tómate tu tiempo para llegar.

The location was excellent, 5 min walk to Woolwich station and Woolwich Arsenal DLR was opposite the hotel. Plent of shops & places to eat within walking distance. The provision of a fridge was very useful.

The was no changes of towels or hand towels available. The apt was not cleaned on our 2nd day.

We booked here till Friday but we are very scared this place does not look like the photos we left two days later. The apartments and hallway constantly smell like drugs there are people running around the hallways all the time. The other guests seem to live in the building full time and it looks like a drug dealer and prostitution happening. The “owner” already had to change the door locks and didn't even tell us. The front doors and never actually locked. The reviews must be fake this is a nightmare. They have a scam where they have the "hotel" listed under other names

Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser. Es dauerte mehrere Minuten bis überhaupt, was kam, und das wechselt er sich immer kalt und warm ab. Es war sehr dreckig und staubig. Das Wasser lief überhaupt nicht aus dem Waschbecken ab. Und wir haben alles gehört, was der Nachbar gemacht hat. Dazu kommt, dass man die Fenster nicht verriegeln konnte.

On the one hand the location was great as it is right next to the station. But on the other hand I was on my own and the area was pretty busy so didn’t feel overly safe late at night. Flat itself was nice, clean, good bathroom and iron, hairdryer etc.

Would have been good to have the shower actually on the wall, and I couldn’t get the TV to work. I wouldn’t really describe it as a hotel - more of a flat.

The part we liked was leaving

We didn't like anything about this place, especially the people that live there and their guests. We had a shared balcony, and as soon as we got there, the people from the next room were walking outside or our room looking in. Around 10 pm, we were welcomed by a group of youthes who were in the room next door. What sounded like a party, we heard shouting smashing sounds banging of walls and doors. The youths were outside the windows of our room at this point. We felt anxious. We felt unsafe and were kept awake until around 4 am. once someone knocked on the door and threatened the police. You couldn't leave your valuables in this place and go off.the shared balcony could easily be open as it's insecure We left first thing in the morning after paying for 3 nights. No refund was given. The people who run/own the unmanned motel, I feel, didn't really care they refused a refund. And replied safe travels. That was it. If you want to have a safe, relaxing sleep. 100%, this isn't the motel for you..

Didn’t see any staff although it stayed 24hr reception. It was self check in. Room was fine except the smell. A mixture of sewage and something else I couldn’t put my finger on. The smell was even in the wardrobe we hung out clothes. I wouldn’t stay again for this reason.

Good value for money and great connections for tube/rail/bus

Rooms were clean but a little worn. Toilet roll holder in one room was super loose and will probably detach soon. One of the rooms didnt have a proper shower, it was a shower attachment over a bathtub that you had to hold yourself to use, quite awkward. The entrance to the hotel itself smelt like cat pee. Not sure if its a shared entrance for other things as once you get to the floor with the rooms there was no odour and the rooms and hallways upstairs were spotless.

I have never had a problem and I never had to complain before I like the hotel and it’s in a good location and all the other staff I met in the past are nice friendly people

I did not receive a email verifying my room and I was trying to call the hotel to get access to the building but had no answer at all

Locația, foarte aproape de stația de metrou ,de autobuze ,magazine, restaurante. Per total a fost foarte bine din acest punct de vedere.

Scria ca au recepție 24 /7 și....nu au ,puțin mai multă curățenie : nu vin decât la cerere și tot asa a trebuit sa cerem produse de igiena . De asemenea era bine dacă aveam și prosoape pentru față nu numai pentru corp.

No reception so we could not access the property to leave cases at 2pm. No key code given so could not access property. Decided to not risk returning later so booked another hotel, the Marriott by London city airport. What are booking.com going to do to reimburse ne having to pay for 2 hotels in one night?

The underground, train and bus stations are literally across the street. The self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room is well equipped with ironing board, water boiler and mini fridge. There was an issue with the extra bed in our room but the staff respond fast and fixed the issue. I totally recommend this property if you’re looking for a budget room with good access to public transport.

The extra bed was a sofa-bed and not too comfortable, but we were okay with that. Also the hairdryer was not powerful enough or there’s a malfunctioning, we didn’t ask the staff about it but I’m sure they will fix it too.

I made an arrangement to the property to leave our luggage at 10-11 am and agreed to it when we went there no one to talk to the entrance of the hotel unpleasant to begin with and across the street there were bystanders yelling

Die Lage ist direkt neben Woolwich Arsenal, mit guten Verbindungen in die Stadt oder zum Flughafen LCY.

Der Eingangsbereich hat einen komischen Geschmack, auch in den oberen Stockwerken ist der Duft nicht einladend. Das Hauptbild ist irreführend, es wird als Hotel verkauft, ist aber ein Airbnb. Die Sauberkeit im Hotelzimmer war o la la. Vor allem der Bettanzug war nicht sauber, den Blick unter den Überzug habe ich bereut. Die Fenster sind nicht lärmdicht, mein Zimmer lag genau über einer ziemlich lauten Lüftung.

I absolutely loved the room and the large bathroom. The kettle? What / Why Had to place it on the floor in order to reach a plug. Really we’d been travelling 4.5 hours arrived late and I was desperate for tea. One if th3 cups was v. Badly stained with coffee rings. The shower unfortunately did not supply hot water - mainly tepid water. Also-the toilet cistern dripped water all night. Really it could have been soooo good. A perfect room in our view.

Being someone who has indulged in many accommodation and resorts establishments from lower to premium tier hotels I am flabbergasted by how the equitable is overwhelmingly pleasing from the availability of rooms, ideal location, value for money and consistent quality staff service.

El colchón era cómodo y la habitación, dentro de lo que era bonita.

La habitación en general estaba bastante bien, pero no había toallas para las manos y a la hora de ducharse no había alcachofa manual, solo una grande. Te mojabas el pelo queriendo o no. En el edifico olía muy mal, a tabaco y humedad. La limpieza exterior era pésima.
