It’s a semi basement.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2025Convenient location, with good facilities. Our apartment was in the basement so no view but it had some windows with natural light coming in. Walking distance from town and station.
Was a bit difficult to find the actual entrance.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2025Nice flat with all facilities - oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.
Funny smell in the entrance zone - probably cooking fumes from the first flat - but not to my taste. The first ~24hr, the bathroom was very cold, my guess is that it had not been heated for a while.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2024Warm personal greeting from the owners . Extremely kind and polite. I felt reassured that if I needed anything at all I could just ask . The apartment was very comfortable with an amazing modern bathroom and comfy bed. I had all the facilities I needed. It was very central in town but a quiet location. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again.
