Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Me encantó lo acogedora que fue la cabaña, muy bien equipada y súper climatizada. La atención de César, el dueño, fue excelente. Siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. Además estábamos muy cerca del supermercado La Anónima.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Jan.26. Hotel um pouco afastado do centro da cidade, em rua de terra batida, sem asfalto. Casa simples de madeira, limpa e bem cuidada. É possível estacionar em frente à porta de entrada da casa, em local descoberto, mas no interior do terreno. O interior da casa possui um único ambiente, sem privacidade, com 1 cama casal e 2 solteiro em andar superior acessível por escada. Dispõe de 1 única TV flat. Não há ar-condicionado, armário ou móvel para roupas. A cozinha e banheiro são muito simples e não servem café da manhã. Ademais, não há energia fornecida por uma concessionária local e, por isso, a energia para a iluminação, tomadas, geladeira e aquecimento de água é fornecida por um gerador à óleo instalado no quintal.
Para economizar combustível, o proprietário desliga o gerador à noite! Em consequência, pela manhã não havia água quente para banho e os smartphones não tiveram suas baterias carregadas! Tivemos que chamá-lo ao celular com a pouca energia que restava!

We had a language barrier when I was checking in, but that's on me--I speak very little Spanish and don't expect the world to cater to me. We sorted out all out with Google translate. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Hicimos la reserva tarde (después de las 20h) y llegamos tarde (cerca de las 23h) e igualmente nos recibieron de la mejor manera. Las cabañas son limpias, cómodas, calentitas y tienen todo lo necesario para pasar unas noches disfrutando la tranquilidad de Tolhuin entre flora nativa.
Para nosotros no fue un problema, pero vale la pena mencionar que el sitio es autosustentable respecto a servicios (agua, luz, gas) y no tiene heladera.

It was secure for storing our bicycles on the deck, and our kids loved the swings in the shared area with the other cabin. The owner was responsive and helpful. The cabin is only a short walk from a grocery store, which was much appreciated.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026+ die Anlage ist von aussen sehr gepflegt und schön (mit Sitzplatz und Grill) + Parkplatz nahe Unterkunft + bequemes Bett + Frottierwäsche wurde zur Verfügung gestellt + gute Heizung + Der Mann vor Ort (Cesar) war freundlich und erklärte alles
- sehr spärlich eingerichtete Küche - Hundehaare auf der Überwurfdecke; allgemein eher schmuddelig - mehrmals Stromausfall - die Kommunikation mit Federico fanden wir sehr mühsam. Er meldete sich nicht von sich aus betreffend Check-in. Man musste sich richtig darum bemühen und bekam nur sehr spärlich Antwort. Wir hatten keine Adresse und der Gastgeber antwortete lange nicht auf meine Frage betreffend Adresse. Wir mussten eine Zeit lang suchen und fanden alles etwas frustrierend.
