Die Lage , die Wohnung, das Bad.?

Die Angabe 2 Zimmer, Wohnzimmer habe ich so anders verstanden . Es war ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch.

Nothing special, the apartment was clean on occasion and that's it.

After traveling from 8:00 a.m., we arrived in front of the apartment around 7:00 p.m. I received instructions via email that I would find the keys in the box. When I opened the box, it was empty. He called the landlord several times or did not answer, so I was left alone at night and in the middle of Vilach without accommodation. Then I called the police, who came to meet me and called the owner of the building, who somehow got in touch with the landlord, who only after 2 hours sent a message to open the second box where the keys are. I mostly wasted 2 hours waiting to get into the apartment, not to witness how many calls I made while roaming. A big shame

Einfach aber voll aussreichend. Lage o.k. und vermutlich sehr ruhig wenn kein Harley Treffen am Faaker See stattfindet.

We stayed at Cara Apartments in Villach for one night on our way to Croatia and were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a comfortable overnight stop and was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The property is not far from the autobahn, making it ideal for travelers in transit, and there are several supermarkets nearby for stocking up on supplies before continuing the journey. We experienced a small issue with the Wi‑Fi upon arrival, but the host was quick to respond and resolved it promptly, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with a helpful host. We would gladly recommend it to other travelers.

Geen ontbijt service

Dat er iemand op de locatie is die de gasten naar de kamers kan vergezellen. Er lagen 2 enveloppen met sleutels in kluis. Vervolgens komt er iemand savonds onze kamer ongevraagd naar binnen om te vertellen dat wij naar een andere kamer moesten terwijl duidelijk op de boeking staat appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Wij hebben hierdoor slecht kunnen slapen en waren opgelucht om onze reis verder te vervolgen

L' appartamento è in un grosso complesso immobiliare ex struttura alberghiera. In un contesto prossimo al degrado, avulso dall'ambiente circostante. Wi-fi insufficiente attrezzature al minimo.

Na přízemí bez plotu s volným přístupem k pokojům z venkovních prostor.

Für 1 Nacht als Durchreise ist es in Ordnung

Es war alles ziemlich heruntergekommen und muffig. Für den Preis und für eine Nacht ok.

Vše v pořádku, podzemní parkoviště, pokoj čistý

Jediným negativem byli lidé z pokoje nad námi, kteří pouštěli hudbu velmi nahlas i v nočních hodinách. Po upozornění sice na chvíli přestali, ale pak zase začali. Sousedy si člověk holt nevybere.

Gegend ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und nicht liebevoll eingerichtet.

Parking podziemny, cisza spokój

Sehr schönes Appartement mit Küche und Bad sowie Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Vier einen Zwischenstopp, sprich eine Nacht, ausreichend.

Am Tiefgaragenparkplatz stand ein anderes Fahrzeug. Die ausgezogene Couch im Wohnzimmer war unbequem. Die Terassentür kann über Nacht nicht gekippt bzw. offen gelassen werden, da es draussen viel zu laut ist.

In the summer, it gets very hot. At night, it would have been fine to open the windows, but since the neighbours were so loud, we couldn't. As a result, we didn't sleep very well.

Silikon in der Dusche war nicht mehr schön. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war locker

Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen und ausreichend groß.

Das Apartment wirkt heruntergekommen. Die Möbel sind teilweise kurz davor auseinanderzufallen. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche hing nur noch lose an der Wasserleitung. Internet hat nicht funktioniert. Insbesondere die Küche und das Bad waren nicht sauber. Wir haben uns hier nicht wohl gefühlt.

Pěkný apartmán s předzahrádkou, kávovar s kapslemi, pěkná koupelna, prostorné. :), čisté, vybavené.

The apartment is clean, garden view is a pleasant option. Good place to stay with a family for a couple of days.

It would be really helpful to provide your guests with detailed information regarding accommodation right after booking confirmation/payment or at least 1 hour before check in time. We waited several hours to know key box location and code and had to ask it separately via booking application and WhatsApp. We were pretty tired due to long travelling and prefer to check in quickly instead of guessing specific apartment location (a building number, an apartment number and the floor, how to reach a parking slot etc). Wi-Fi did not work. No complains about other conditions.

Apartament na parterze. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia razem z pralko-suszarką. Dobrze działająca lodówką i zamrażalnik. Świetne miejsce na 1 noc i aby pozwiedzać Villach. Właściciel bardzo pomocny - szybko odpisuje. Zgłosiłem, że przyjadę samochodem ze skibox na dachu i bagażnikiem na haku. Właściciel przydzielił mi miejsce na zewnętrznym parkingu gdyż nie zmieściłbym się do garażu podziemnego.

Dość miękki i mało komfortowy materac w głównym dużym łóżku

A little bit far from the city center.

Czystość, duże pokoje, nasz z małym tarasem, wyposażona kuchnia, ładna duza łazienka. Dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem.

Der Boden war sehr schmutzig. Mit Baby und Kleinkind nicht so optimal. Im Badezimmer war der Schrank kaputt.

La disponibilità degli accessori di cucina molto completa. Il letto matrimoniale comodo. Il bagno comodo (salvo il wc)

Il divano letto non confortevole. La posizione della tazza del wc molto scomoda.

Wir haben die Unterkunft schnell gefunden und sie war geräumig. Badezimmer gut ausgestattet, Doppelzimmer war sehr bequem und der Zugang zur Terrasse noch ein extra Vorteil! Tiefgaragenplatz natürlich super und der direkte Aufzug / Zugang zum Wohnungsflur ein weiterer Vorteil. Man hat gesehen, dass man sich Mühe gab, manche Möbel waren älter, aber die Küche wirklich gut ausgestattet und anscheinend so gut wie neu.

Leider war das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer nicht ganz so bequem und der Platz am WC etwas beengt. Die Tür zwischen Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer lässt sich nicht richtig schließen, sie klemmt. Aber sicher lässt sich das von einem Schreiner leicht beheben und da wir als Familie unterwegs waren, war es nicht störend

Für unsere Zwecke völlig ausreichend.

Dva prostorné pokoje , opravdu malá kuchyň, ale dobře vybavená, kávovar, varná konvice, lednice. Jenom nepraktické umístěné WC, je tam prostor pro osoby malého vzrůstu, jinak velký problém se posadit, pro osoby s handicapem nedoporučuji

Restliches Apartment sehr in die Jahre gekommen komischer Geruch, Bad nicht wirklich sauber. Für die eine Nacht war es für uns ok

Sleutel in leveren ging niet ,hostes paar keer gebeld maar geen gehoor Wij hebben de sleutel in de appartement achter gelaten

Schlafzimmer groß und schön eingerichtet. Küche alles da was man braucht . Nespresso Kaffeemaschine vorhanden

Leider sind die Möbel im Wohnzimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten mal getauscht werden .

Sie war großzügig und hatte alles was wir für eine Übernachtung mit Kind gebraucht haben. Die Küche war unheimlich praktisch. Sogar ein Kinderbett wurde für uns liebevoll vorbereitet. Der check-in und checkout war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage, perfekter Ausgangspunkt um Villach und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Check-In unkompliziert mit Schlüssel Box ( Infos zur Handhabung vorab erhalten). Personal der Unterkunft ist jederzeit telefonisch zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartamento grande, possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente in un parcheggio sotterraneo. Presente il necessario, struttura grande ma comunque silenziosa. Non lontano dal centro di Villaco e da attrazioni in zona.

Appartamento ampio con camera da letto e un ampio soggiorno con divano letto, un terrazzino, polso auto nel garage sotterraneo e un bel bagno e una cucina super attrezzata

Unkomplizierter Check-In, große, halbwegs moderne Küche

Fotos sind von irgendeinem Appartement, aber nicht von dem zur Verfügung gestellten. Gebucht waren 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Einzelbett, bekommen haben wir ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Wohnzimmer mit Ausklapp-Couch. Das Badezimmer war alt und abgewohnt, unter den Deckenlamellen hat es kleine schwarze Schimmel Flecken gegeben. Kommt wahrscheinlich vom Alter und dass der Lüfter manuell einzuschalten ist, was wiederum nicht alle machen. Duschvorhang okay, aber keine moderne Lösung. War auf dem Bildern ganz anders.
