Ganduvaru Villa

Výborná lokalita blízko pláže, hezká zahrádka s dostatkem stínu a hlavně mimo velká staveniště, milý a ochotný personál, cokoli jsme potřebovali, bylo vyrešeno okamžitě a s úsměvem.

Velmi často zapáchala voda ve sprše.

Excellent emplacement. Chambre grande et confortable. Petit déjeuner très correct.

L’accueil du personnel très froid

The rooms were spacious and clean. The apartment for 5 people was the ideal accommodation for our family. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast in the accommodation was a Maldivian menu, for dinner and lunch we went to local restaurants.

We had a nice stay at Ganduvaru. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the port and accompanied by the friendly staff, which made us feel welcome right away. The breakfast was a decent size (we chose the Maldivian style, which we highly recommend!).

A few minor cons: - The walls are a bit thin, so light sleepers might find it slightly disruptive if there’s noise from neighboring rooms or the street. - The bathroom and some of the towels could use a little updating, but overall, everything else was fine.

Everything was perfect!

Staff were fabulous. Omar organised the speedboats and trips. The shark/manta trip was awesome. The room was comfortable and clean. Location good too. Snorkeling off the beach is also good. Plenty of beach space. I would stay again.

The chalets/huts are a bit on top of each other. There's no outside privacy. Unfortunately Ukulhas is in the middle of a building boom. I feel it might change the islands personality. That would be a shame. It could become over crowed.

Small gueathouse near the beach . Ahmad and his colleague did everything they could for us to have a good time. All the best to you guys.

The bedsheets had some stains ,but nothing too bad. Also,if you are a fan of hot showers, you will need to be happy only with warm water. For us it was ok.

Great location , very good and comfortable rooms. Staff was excellent. They prepared early breakfast for us as we had to leave for diving everyday early in the morning. They changed our beach towers multiple times a day. All small issues like door locks etc were attended promptly.

Breakfast options could have been more as I felt it was very limited. But just about enough to start your day.

Ganduvaru, meaning "Palace," perfectly encapsulates the experience at Ganduvaru Villa on the charming local island of Ukulhas. This enchanting getaway truly makes you feel like royalty, whether you're a King, Queen, Prince, Princess, Duchess, Duke, Sir, or Ma'am. My recent week-long stay here felt nothing short of a dream, thanks to the extraordinary hospitality of Shifaz and his incredible team. From the moment I booked my stay, I was treated with genuine care and attention, beginning with the seamless organization of my speedboat transfer and culminating in a warm, personalized meet and greet upon arrival that made me feel like part of the family. I was blessed to stay in villa 105—an incredibly spacious haven featuring a queen-size bed and a single bed. Each night promised restful slumber, allowing me to wake up rejuvenated and eager to start my day. Every morning, a delightful breakfast awaited me on the balcony, always served at my requested time. For a true taste of Maldivian culture, I recommend indulging in the local Maldivian breakfasts. They are a delightful and refreshing way to kickstart your day with nourishing ingredients. The villa itself was immaculate, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful local flowers, making every view a treat. Ganduvaru Villa also felt like a home away from home, offering safety, comfort, and exceptional service. Daily, I was asked if I needed any housekeeping services or fresh towels, and having my laundry washed and ironed added to the convenience of the stay. Just a one-minute walk away, the bikini beaches provided a perfect escape to enjoy the sun and sea. A unique highlight of my stay was the bathroom lighting—a feature that unexpectedly captivated me. With three settings—white, yellow, and my favorite, blue—the lighting transformed the room into a calming oasis. The blue light in particular created a serene ambiance perfect for unwinding or, as I found, having a spontaneous blue-light disco.

The Mosquitos - but that's just nature and all throughout the Maldives especially after it rains. Make sure you spay insect repellent

The sliding glass door offers direct access to the room, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Inside, the room boasts a warm and earthy color palette with wood paneling along the walls and soft lighting that enhances the ambiance. The room setup features comfortable bedding with decorative pillows, giving it a plush feel. The design suggests an emphasis on both comfort and style, making it appealing to guests looking for a tranquil and cozy stay. The air conditioning and ceiling fan ensure a pleasant climate inside the room. Comfortable outdoor seating area Well-lit, cozy interior with stylish design elements Convenient indoor-outdoor access via sliding glass doors Good use of space for relaxation and dining

The location as well as personnel were amazing. The villa is located next to beautiful (also bikini) beach, restaurants and small shops.

Mosquitos, but these were outside property’s control. :)

Location was perfect with the serinity of tree shades & waves from the sea. Quite & isolated Breakky Reyyan, he is amazing host with his buggy ready to travel you around the island (pick & drop) anywhere. He booked Manta Ray private cruise tour on very cheap rates :))))) Newly constructed accommodation ready for the busy season...

Short stay :(

Its a brand new guest house, everything is nice and clean and its located very close to the beautiful beach. You have many Shops and Restaurants close by and when you need anything the staff is always there to help you. I will definitly come back:)
