Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Vše bylo perfektní, ubytování bylo velmi moderní, přesně dle fotek. Pokoje byly čisté, s pohodlnými manželskými postelemi a v horním patře i přístupem na balkon s posezením. Není nic, co bych vytknul. V případě dotazu z naší strany, jsem využil komunikaci přes booking.com a odpověď přišla během pár minut.

The induction cooker for cooking works every now and then, the shower overflows and floods the entire bathroom, and in my subjective opinion, if there is no washing machine in the room, charging 15 euros for washing is too much.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Apartmán je pěkný, nový, moderně vybavený. Kuchyň dobře vybavená, postele pohodlné. Pan domácí ochotný, příjemný. V dojezdové vzdálenosti je spousta turistických cílům.
Bohužel jsme se nikde předem nedočetli, že apartmán je na rušné silnici, kde denně projedou stovky aut. Při sezení na balkoně s výhledem na hory, hluk a světla aut působili dost rušivě. V pokoji byl v noci docela klid, když byla zavřená okna. Také poplatek za psa 20 € za noc, který se platil na místě, se nám zdál celkem vysoký.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026De accommodatie was van alle gemakken voorzien en de hygiëne was over het algemeen goed op orde. De badkamer was zeer comfortabel met een goed onderhouden en ruime inloopdouche met een regendouchekop en ruime opbergmogelijkheden. De keuken is schoon en heeft werkelijk alles wat je nodig hebt; van een uitgebreide servies-, kookgerei en pannenset, tot aan een uitstekend werkende inductiekookplaat, oven en vaatwasser. Daarnaast zijn ook een koffiezetapparaat, magnetron, elektrische mixer en broodrooster aanwezig. In de woonkamer is een zithoek aanwezig om aan te dineren, een comfortabele loungebank met verstelbare leuningen en een elektrische functie en een grote flatscreen televisie. De slaapkamer heeft een heerlijk bed met een comfortabel matras en goede kussens. Daarnaast is er een ruime kledingkast aanwezig met een hanggedeelte en een schoenenkast. Verder is er een goed wasrek en een stofzuiger aanwezig in de accommodatie.
De accommodatie grenst direct aan een luidruchtige 80 kilometer weg, waardoor buiten zitten oncomfortabel is. Daarnaast vroeg de verhuurder oorspronkelijk 30 euro per nacht om onze twee kleine honden mee te nemen, zonder daar faciliteiten of extra service voor onze honden tegenover te stellen. Daarbij moet ik opmerken dat de eigenaar zo vriendelijk was om ons een korting te geven toen we dit hebben aangekaart. Verder zou ik als tip meegeven om extra handdoeken en theedoeken ter beschikking te stellen als iemand 5 nachten verblijft, peper en zout in de keuken te zetten en daarnaast een ongebruikte afwasspons en een nieuwe handzeep in plaats van een restje aangelengd met water. De dekens waren ook wat kort voor langere mensen.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025It was a new appartment, not far from the highway, with nice views from the balcony and parking.
The road outside the property is a noisy one, so you cannot really relax. If you are at the balcony you get blind from the lights of the cars coming from the mountain towards Radstadt. There is no living room. Only a kitchen (with a table) and bedrooms. No English spoken by the host. No path or pavement outside the property for dog walkers.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025Wir könnten glücklicher nicht sein, über den Urlaub den wir hier verbringen durften. Spontan gebucht, nachdem unsere erste Unterkunft ein totaler Flop war, durften wir gegen 23 Uhr anreisen und waren einfach überglücklich und zugleich erleichtert über diese wunderschöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten das Apartment 3 gebucht und sind mit unseren beiden Kindern ( 3 & 5 ) angereist. Man kommt herein und fühlt sich direkt wohl und wie zu Hause - angefangen von der stilvollen Einrichtung, über kleinste Details, wie die Deko, die einen einfach heimischen fühlen lassen. Das große Bett im Schlafzimmer durften unsere Kinder beziehen 😉, es ist einfach super bequem. Auch die Schlafcouch (welche elektronisch ein-und ausgefahren werden kann) war mit Bettlaken & Bettwäsche vorbereitet. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Dadurch dass sich Apartment 3 als Einliegerwohnung im Keller befindet, hört man auch von der Hauptstraße absolut keinen Lärm, schlafen mit offenen Fenstern war problemlos möglich. Was noch super gewesen wäre, wäre Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, die Mücken waren zahlreich im Apartment vorhanden. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau und tut der absolut wundervollen Wohnung keinen Abbruch. Ute, welche die Vermieterin/Chefin ist, haben wir leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt (nur über schriftlichen Verkehr), dafür aber ihren Mann. Beide sind so herzliche Persönlichkeiten und haben sich immer wieder erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung sei. Auf Anfragen oder Nachrichten wurde umgehend geantwortet und man hat sich einfach rundum wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder - es wird nicht unser letzter Urlaub hier gewesen sein. Vielen Dank für alles ! ♥️

Reviewed May 4, 2024The house has 3 apartments, the one we lived is semi-underground, but with floor-heating and windows, we did not feel uncomfortable. The other 2 apartments have better view, if you want to enjoy the views, maybe better to pay a little bit more and book the ones upstairs. The rooms are clean and morden, kitchen is well equipped, suits all our needs, the owner is helpful, we called 3 times to him for questions and favors, he always answered quickly and provided answers or helps.
The hotel is located on the main road to Obertauern, not many restaurants in walking distance, but we have a car and also cooked ourselves, not really a problem.
