Finns inget att klaga på. Rekommenderar detta boende.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Freundliche Nachricht vom Besitzer, Parken direkt auf dem Hof möglich, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, zentrale Lage und saubere Ferienwohnung.
Das Bett war für uns große schwere Menschen leider viel zu weich und das Geschirr war, vermutlich von den vorherigen Gästen, teils nicht gut gespült worden

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Check-in und Check-out war problemlos möglich. Lage zur Altstadt - Simrishamn kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Großes und bequemes Bett. Küche gut ausgestattet, haben sie allerdings nur zum Frühstücken genutzt.

Einziger möglicher Kritikpunkt bei längeren Aufenthalten, der uns aber nicht gestört hat: Das Auto steht praktisch auf der „Terrasse“, trotzdem ist noch Platz für eine gemütliche Sitzecke.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern ausgestattet und befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, in einem Wohngebiet von Simrishamn. Von der Unterkunft aus ist alles schnell erreichbar: Supermarkt, Meer, Restaurants und Cafes sowie Naturparks zum wandern und spazieren. Die Eigentümer wohnen direkt nebenan und sind sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereit. Auf dem Grundstück leben ein paar Hühner, die uns immer nachmittags besucht haben. Das war sehr lustig :-)

Tyvärr satt köksskåpet för glas högt upp på väggen. Skulle ha behövt en mindre köksstege. Det fanns heller inget gatunummer på huset.

Super clean and only a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. Beautiful park and walking path just steps away. The Villa had a separate entrance and was super quiet.

Reviewed Feb 4, 2025The facilities are all in the accomadation for 2 people more than that might be a little difficult in my opinion as there is only one bedroom. It is easy to self cater as there is a good fridge freezer, stove and equipment. The accomadation is warm and easy to control but it is hot air so there is a constant fan blowing. Good TV options and WiFi. A nice walk to the town via a small park and close to shops and cafe's etc.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2024This is a very nice small accomadation, the bedroom is an excellent size and has all the facilities needed, the bed even has electric risers and is 2 mattresses and seperate bedding. The bathroom is very good and the shower even tells you the temperature of the water. The living room, Kitchen & entrance are good, 2 small sofa's which I think converted to beds. TV is good once I got used to the controls. All types of cooking equipment is available and there is Electric Hob, Oven & Microwave, together with Toaster, Kettle and Coffee maker. It is a short walk to all local shops, restaurants and amenities and is a nice quiet residential location. The hosts lives in the house as does a flock of 5 chickens that wander around the garden. Off road carparking. As a regular visitor to Simrisham I hope to stay her again.
I cannot think of anything of any importance.
