Palatial Suites

Rien à dire a part exceptionnel

The room is beautiful and the bed is comfy. It has a high end expensive feel to the hotel the bathroom is gorgeous. Breakfast was lovely but not much choice. I think they must waste a lot of food as the hotel was so quiet.

It was so quiet during our stay only 2 other rooms booked out in there. No clear signs for the hotel or check in. It just had a weird vibe as was so quiet. The biggest downside for us was there is no fridges in the room so when you're staying for 4 nights like we did, we couldn't keep any drinks cold or food which is really annoying and defiantly would put me off returning again especially for a 4 night stay. The location is not good you're far away from everything and it's on a busy road. Ubers are cheap and arrive with in minutes so that's a bit of a plus. But wouldn't have booked this hotel if I knew the location. Upon arrival at the hotel there was food in the cupboard left from a previous guest and I took it straight down and the lady did apologise. Overall lovely hotel but just a strange atmosphere. Somedays they didn't make the bed they just changed the towels and replaced toilet roll. Didn't empty the bins for the whole of our stay.

Tout

Super great hotel, perfect for a short stay. The staff are absolutely lovely and really helpful too. The breakfast was delicious, it was a very quiet hotel which is exactly what we needed. Although it is next to a busy road, the rooms are very quiet and it feels very peaceful.

Absolute perfect stay! Everything very clean! The bed is outstanding! A very warm welcome with awesome staff ♥️ I will be back very soon🫶

Muita simpatia

Da limpeza e da simpatia da funcionária

O pequeno almoço é uma decepção 😔

Do atendimento

Tot molt nou. Uns acabats i mobles de qualitat. Una excel.lent feina. L’esmorzar increible. Personal molt atent. Molt ben insonoritzat.

Verdadeiramente 5*. Obrigado.

Simpatia da colaboradora. As instalações. Óptimo pequeno almoço.

Gostamos de tudo.

Do conforto do quarto e diversas comodidades. Da simpatia e gentileza dos funcionários.

Ultra clean and extremely comfortable.

Nothing.

Pobre e pouco variado

O pequeno almoço

Everything about this hotel has attention to detail. The impeccable decor, the design, down to the smallest detail of the silverware on the table.

No complaints

Very clean, modern and new with an excellent restaurant and lovely pool. The restaurant seems a bit detached from the hotel , but the staff could not be nicer. Fantastic for business travellers, and location isn't so important when Ubers are so cheap!

Not the most glamorous location on the ring road near car dealerships

Sonia, Fernando and the rest of the excellent restaurant staff were supremely professional and welcoming. The hotel and our room was very creative and well designed and appointed.

Fantastisch, luxueus en modern. Michelin ster restaurant onderdeel van Palatial.

Niet dichtbij centrum, aan drukke weg gekegen.

Gostamos de tudo! Um lugar simplesmente SOBERBO. Nota mil os funcionários maravilhosos. Com certeza voltaremos.

Nada a acrescentar. Pois o lugar é simplesmente maravilhoso.

Beautifully finished creative hotel with excellent staff

Sónia was an exceptional host. Very attentive. Rooms are large and modern. Breakfast was wonderful. Everything was perfect.

Limpeza Empregados Comida Tudo excelente

Nao tenho nada acrescentar

The hotel is a perfeft boutique hotel. One person did everything from registration to breakfast service, and room cleaning. We loved the feel of the hotel.

Amazing hotel, we will be booking to go back again. The staff were amazing, the hotel comes with a host who offers a personal experience and can’t do enough to ensure your stay is perfect. Each morning we were served breakfast by Manwel who offered an outstanding service. He went above and beyond and nothing we asked for was too much. Every member of staff we came into contact with from cleaners to receptionists were amazing. The facilities where first class and the size of the hotel offered an intimate romantic holiday ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️would highly recommend.

The staff and space was incredible!!!!

Hotels can be made by their ambience, fixtures and fittings and food, but what really matters are the staff. This hotel has just about everything. Every hotel should have a Sophia, who was front of house and utterly charming. The restaurant staff were so very helpful, breakfast was fantastic and our room superb. A 5 Euro Uber/Bolt gets you into the old town in ten minutes.

Hospedagem perfeita. Equipe atenciosos, roupa de cama de qualidade. Certamente voltarei em breve. Recomendo.

This location is luxurious and staff very friendly and helpfull We enjoyed every minute!

Sara Fernando and Sindi were wonderful host. They were helpful and kind. Loved the pool.
