Reviewed Sep 4, 2026La petite rue est calme, le lieu est joli. Nous n'avons pas pu consommer deux petits-déjeuners prépayés, et ils nous ont été remboursés sans souci.
La chambre est très petite et ne possède pas de rangement. Elle est globalement propre, mais le ménage pourrait être plus poussé. Nous n'avons jamais vu le gérant, uniquement échange des messages via WhatsApp.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The accommodation was in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood, which made the location peaceful and pleasant. It was also self-service, so the check-in and stay offered a good level of independence and convenience.
Limited space. Room was small. I originally booked because my friend who is a daily sauna user, would have benefited from the sauna, but it was broken. There also seemed to be a problem with the drain in shower - we needed to be conscious of it incase it overlflowed. Not ideal for carrying suitcases up the narrow stairs. Was just a bit uncomfortable compared to other stays

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026El alojamiento está bastante bien ubicado (a unos 10-15 minutos caminando del centro), es moderno y estaba limpio.
Durante nuestra estancia de una noche no funcionó ni internet, ni el aire acondicionado. Al comentarlo con el dueño, tuvo buena predisposición para contestar mis mensajes, pero realmente ni pudo solucionar nada, ni tampoco lo compensó de ninguna manera, por lo que pagué 120€ por una noche en la que acabé teniendo menos servicios que en algunos hostels… El parking que se ofrece cuesta 11€ extra y es al aire libre, no tienes opción de sacar el coche de 20.30 a 6.30hs y se especifica que no es vigilado, por lo que si algo le pasa al coche, la responsabilidad recae sobre quien aparca.

So natürlich auch kein offenes Fenster oder Blick aus Fenstern möglich Habe mich damit sehr unwohl gefühlt und hätte das einfach gerne vorher gewußt. Nach diesbeüzglicher kurzer Info an den Vermieter keinerlei Reakton oder weitere Nachffrage. Sonst war das Appartment sauber und für eine Nacht ausreichend ausgestattet.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Appartement tout à fait pratique propre où nous avons pu dormir à sept sans problème. La clim fonctionne très bien ce qui est appréciable lorsqu’il fait chaud et le parking à moins de cinq minutes à pied est très pratique.
La situation n’est pas en hyper Centre de la ville, mais 10 petites minutes à pied

La restituzione del tagliando del parcheggio è un po scomoda. Non è possibile mettere una cassetta delle lettere all'ingresso del parcheggio, in cui riporre il tagliando prima di andare via senza dover tornare a lasciarlo in camera? Inoltre 11 euro per una notte in un parcheggio esterno non custodito mi sono sembrate un pochino eccessive.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026The location is perfect, very close to all landmarks. Very quiet and cozy spot. The apartment is big enough for 2+3 families and perfect for a few nights. If you are looking for a value for money safe place for your family in Verona, this is definitely a good choice. If you are by car (even an SUV like a VW Tayron), the host offers a parking lot very close to the apartment's - you can park the car for a while next to the apartment to take your language. The host, by the way, is very helpful and responsive. There is air conditioning, Bialetti coffee machine (with capsule's ), microwave, small fridge, hair drayer and a TV in the room.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Ausgezeichnete Lage in der Nähe der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war mit einer Erlebnisdusche ausgestattet, die wir jedoch "nur" zum Duschen genutzt haben. Da es sehr heiss war, waren wir froh um die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die Betten waren angenehm, und besonders gefallen hat uns das Bad. Insgesamt war das Zimmer liebevoll ausgestattet. Es gibt einen kleinen beschatteten Innenhof mit schönen Pflanzen, wo es Tische und Stühle zur Verfügung hat. Der Parkplatz liegt in der Nähe und ist gut zu erreichen.
Durch die sehr umständliche Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber verloren wir einen halben Tag, weil wir vor der Unterkunft warteten und stundenlang niemand zu erreichen war (die angegebene Telefonnummer war falsch, wie sich hinterher herausstellte). Erst der Kundenservice von Booking.com konnte uns weiterhelfen. Offenbar waren wir nicht die einzigen, bei denen es nicht klappte. Aufgrund der engen Strasse gab es als einzige Parkmöglichkeit den Eingang des Nachbarhauses. Dementsprechend genervt reagierte der Nachbar, weil anscheinend häufiger Leute ankommen, vor verschlossener Türe stehen und alles blockieren. Der Inhaber reagierte nicht sehr sympathisch und schob die Schuld auf uns. Für mich ist klar, dass ich aus diesem Grund die Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen werde. Obwohl das Zimmer schön war, gibt es auch hier einen Kritikpunkt: Leider gab es ausser einer kurzen Stange mit fünf Kleiderbügeln keine Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit für Kleidung. Diese musste in den Koffern bleiben, die dadurch immer irgendwie im Weg standen. Je nach Zimmernachbarn könnte es etwas laut werden. Gespräche im Nebenzimmer konnten wir problemlos mitverfolgen. Wer das Risiko eines verspäteten Check-in auf sich nehmen will, findet eine Unterkunft vor, die vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her sehr ok ist.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Sehr schöne kleine Unterkunft mit Innenhof. Gastgeber schnell erreichbar und sehr nett, hat versucht eine Reparatur unseres Bikes zu organisieren, sehr bemüht. Bikes wurden im Haus sicher eingeschlossen. Wenn wir wieder in Verona sind, buchen wir wieder die Unterkunft. Zentrum zu Fuss gut zu erreichen.

Veldig harde senger, men ser ut som dette er en standard i Italia. Fint med de små putene, slik at man kunne bytte på! Litt dårlig å markedsføre tyrkisk bad, også må man betale 30 euro for å bruke den i 30min. Sengeteppe var ikke helt rent.

On the day of our departure, he tried his best to get us a taxi on a day where all taxis were booked and we were able to make it on time for our departure from Verona. Very clean property and had everything we needed.
Perhaps the mugs could be a bit bigger so that we could make tea! That’s the only thing that I would have loved to have. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay so much.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Ubytování je na úžasném místě, všude po Veroně je to kousek. Pan Andrea s námi komunikoval přes WhatssApp a domluva byla perfektní. Nejdřív jsme měli přijet přímo k ubytování (pozor na úzké uličky, ale nebojte se zajet přímo do "dvora" u domu). Vyložili jsme zavazadla, pan Andrea nám dal mapku a další prospekty a doporučil nám místa, která navštívit. Pak s námi zajel osobně k nedalekému parkovacímu stání. Dům je nádherný s dlouhou historií, pokoj malinký, ale na přespání to bohatě stačí. Všude čisto.
Nemáme žádné výtky :-)

Direttamente su strada (niente marciapiede ne zerbino) e anche per questo è rumoroso (seppur zona tranquilla senti tutto), i proprietari gentilmente propongono tappi per le orecchie. Colazione non è servita in struttura ma in un bar/panetteria a 7-8 minuti a piedi (gestito da una signora veramente carina e disponibile). Di solito leggo con attenzione i commenti delle altre persone ma questa volta questi due aspetti per me chiave mi erano sfuggiti. Il sistema di check in/check out non è dei migliori.

La colazione: solo una pasta+cappuccio o salato+succo. L'appartamento è a piano terra, c'è un piccolo marciapiede che lo separa dalla strada ed è poco isolato acusticamente, quindi la sera è difficile prendere sonno. Lo staff mette a disposizione dei tappi per le orecchie

L absence de vrai lit bébé...le lit existe mais pas de matelas adapté ...la cuisine annoncée n à pas tout le matériel requis pour ....y cuisiner ! Heureusement ce n était au final qu une nuit. Le petit déjeuner inclus est un bon pour un croissant et un café dans une boulangerie du coin qui n est pas forcément heureuse de nous voir arriver !

Das Zimmer war definitiv zu klein, keinen Platz für Koffer , keinen Schrank. Das Frühstück war ausgelagert , Fußweg ca. 10 Minuten. 1Kaffee und 1 Croissant. Es gab aber die Möglichkeit auf eigene Kosten etwas dazu zu kaufen. Der Parkplatz war Kostenpflichtig!!!

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Die Lage ist sehr nach im Zentrum von Verona und man hat kurze Wege sowie direkt die Busstation um die Ecke und eine kleine Pizzeria sowie bars. Das Appartment hat sehr gute Austattung, sodass es an nichts fehlt.
meiner freundin hat der Lärm von draußen etwas gestört sowie das helle Licht nachts von draußen. Leider sind die Türen überhaupt nicht dicht, aber Der Gastgeber bietet direkt im Appartment Ohrenstöpsel an.

Un poc sorollós, en estar a la planta baixa d'un carrer molt transitat es sentia la gent passar i el tràfic. Hi havia taps per les orelles. Fins i tot en això van ser detallistes.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Posizione ottima per spostarsi a piedi e raggiungere comodamente il centro storico e i principali monumenti della città. I proprietari sono estremamente disponibili e gentili. Ti danno un sacco di informazioni utili e di indicazioni. Il bagno turco in camera è fenomenale. La colazione presso il Pan Caffè (struttura convenzionata con Romeo e Giulietta apartments)è molto buona. Peccato ci siano pochi posti a sedere. Essendo un bar molto frequentato, spesso si fa colazione in piedi al bancone.
La stanza è abbastanza piccola e il letto è davvero scomodo. Due materassi nel letto matrimoniale si aprono e fanno dormire malissimo.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Modern ausgestattetes Appartement in zentraler Lage. Sehr sauber. Originelles Frühstück im italienischen Café. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Ganz besonders toll ist der Hamam (Türkisches Dampfbad) im Appartement. Funktioniert gut und entspannt total.
Aufgrund der Lage in der Altstadt und den engen Gassen sind Autos oder Mopeds (in der Nacht) laut zu hören
