Alle faciliteiten voor kinderen: het zwembad, speeltuin, de activiteiten. Kwaliteit van het eten was zeer goed. Kamer werd iedere dag opgeruimd en schoongemaakt. Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen vanuit de kamer. Goede ligging tov activiteiten in de buurt.

Das Hotel hat ist genauso wie beschrieben und hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Renovierung u.a. im Essbereich war ebenfalls sehr gelungen. Die Kletterwand ist sicher einer der Highlights für die Kinder.

Im Dorf selbst kann und darf der Hund nicht von der Leine oder an der langen Leine gehalten werden. In den Wanderregionen ist es kein Problem. Kann das Hotel nichts für, aber für Touristen ggf. relevant, wenn man nicht in die Höhe geht.

Tout était au delà de nos attentes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la pataugeoire, la mise à disposition des poussettes, le fait qu’il y ait toujours un buffet à disposition l’après midi - pratique avec deux enfants en bas âge !

Hôtel surchauffé, heureusement nous l’avons lu dans un commentaire et sommes venus avec qq habits légers notamment pour les repas.

Les repas étaient vraiment très bon et variés. Les enfants peuvent aussi avoir des plats des menus d’adulte. L’espace piscine / spa est super, et les salles de jeux au top (mur d’escalade, écran interactif, structures de jeux, baby foot, billard). Nous avons skié et utilisé les navettes de l’hôtel.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Auch wenn die Kinder etwas herumrennten hat das niemand gestört. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Essen war hervorragend. Das Frühstück hatte es ein riesiges Angebot. Das Personal war stets aufgestellt und sehr hilfsbereit. Der SPA Bereich war einfach herrlich.

Durch das ausgeklappte Sofa im Zimmer fehlte etwas die Sitzmöglichkeit für die Kinder. Der SPA Erwachsenen-Bereich sollte etwas länger als 20:00 offen haben.

Hotel perfetto per famiglie. Servizi per bambini completi, tante attività, menù adatti. Spa splendida con vista. Seconda volta qui e torneremo sicuramente!

Essen, Zimmer, freundliche Mitarbeiter

Wir wollten ein bisschen länger die Spa Bereich benutzen ( bis 13 Uhr) und dafür sollten wir 80 Euro bezahlen. Für 2 Stunden total übertrieben.

El hotel está muy bien. A destacar las cenas y el spa.

El único inconveniente es que hay que ir a las pistas pero bueno, te ofrecen un minibus gratuito.

Einfach alles, es war sehr herzlich, Wellness & Essen hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Am besten gefiel uns, dass die Kinder überall spielen und rumlaufen können und es hat niemanden gestört.

La struttura è comoda a tutti gli impianti , ha un parcheggio per le macchine , molto attrezzata per i bambini super piscina con scivoli , una bella temperatura e svariati giochi , staff super gentilissimi e molto veloci .

La stanza era piccola , la vasca da bagno anche , letto era scomodo duro e i cuscini troppi morbidi , La colazione era buona ma in rapporto a molti hotel 4 stelle a Neustift mancava di : un spremiagrumi? Una centrifuga ? Del miele naturale nella casseruola ? Del salmone affumicato alla mattina ? Anche la cena non era rapportata al prezzo .

Het (meeste) personeel was zeer vriendelijk, ook voor kinderen. Het eten was prima, de gasten krijgen een eigen tafel aangewezen voor het totale verblijf, iets wat heel fijn is. De tafel was ook keurig opgedekt en voor kinderen stond een kinderstoel, eigen kinderbestek en servet klaar. Het hotel biedt van alles voor kinderen zowel binnen als buiten (binnen: verschillende speelmogelijkheden en zwembad, buiten: speeltuin en kinderboerderij). Er zijn 'sneeuwproof' wandelwagens te leen, diverse soorten sleeen en draagzakken voor op de rug. Het adults only wellness complex is fantastisch mooi. Zwembad en wellness complex is alleen maar te bereiken met een pasje. Het hotel is overal super schoon. Fijn dat je de hele dag door (lekkere) koffie en frisdranken kan tappen.

NIet echt een negatief punt, maar een tip voor gasten: neem t-shirts mee want het is overal warm in het hotel. Het viel ons op dat de stopcontacten op peuter hoogte geen cover hebben. Wij vonden de kamers erg gehorig, niet iedereen houdt rekening met het feit dat het een familie hotel is en lopen 's avonds laat hard praten door de gangen en houden er geen rekening mee dat kinderen soms al om 19.00 uur slapen.

Sehr grosses und modernes Hotel, wunderschöne Lobby, wunderschönes und ruhiges Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht, leckeres Essen (Frühstück, Kindermittagessen, Jause und Abendessen), freundliches Personal, wunderschöner Badebereich mit super tollen Indoor-Rutschen und ausreichend und sehr bequemen Liege-Nischen. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, tolle Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder (indoor und outdoor): Trampolin, Bouldern, Kletterwand, grosser Wii-Monitor, Töggeli-Kästen, Spielzimmer mit Parcour, Kinderbetreuung, ein grosser Aussenspielplatz. In der Nähe hat es Ponnys und Kaninchen, die man ab und zu mal sieht. Man erhält die Stubaicard, mit der wir auf der Fronebenalm waren. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Die Zimmertür musste man immer mit sehr viel Energie zuziehen, ansonsten konnte sie gleich wieder geöffnet werden.

Für Kinder egal welchen Alters absolut traumhaft! Die Lage ist für Spaziergänge, Gassi-Runden und natürlich für Wintersport perfekt! Auch das Tram vor Ort ist wirklich top top top! So gut geschult, das spricht sich fürs Management. Weiter besonders gefreut habe ich mich über eine Kaffee Maschine mit Hafermilch, sowie über moderne vegetarische und veganen Optionen. Wirklich hervorragend!!!

Gar nichts. Aber: ich habe frischen Saft beim Frühstück vermisst. Bei Nachbarn gibt’s da tolle Gerätschaften für sowas. Und ich persönlich mag es, wenn Schlappen, conditioner, Nagelfeile usw schon im zimmer vorhanden sind und man diese nicht extra ordern muss. Ich verstehe aber natürlich den Umwelt Aspekt dahinter, sprich weniger Weg-Werf-Artikel. Aber Lotion & Conditioner ginge auch im Pumpspender :-)

Moderner, neuer Pool und Kinderspielbereich. Ideal für ein paar Tage auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Hotel bietet viele Alternativen und stellt Kinderwagen, Schlitten und weiteres bereit.

Teilweise ältere Zimmer. Mahlzeiten eher durchschnittlich.

Ein wirklich wunderbares Team! Ihr seid ganz toll, jeder Wunsch wird sofort erfüllt. Unser 3jähriger hat besonders den Kinderclub genossen sowie den Pool mit den Wasserrutschen und natürlich die Zaubershow! Vielen Dank für alles!

Hotel przerósł nasze oczekiwania. Nastawiony na zapewnienie atrakcji i opieki nad dziećmi. Nasza córka miała zapewnioną opiekę, a my mieliśmy czas by korzystać ze stoków we dwoje. W sali zabaw były panie z Czech i Słowacji więc udało im się porozumieć z córką, a ona bardzo chętnie tam wracała. Ścianka wspinaczkowa, basen ze zjeżdżalniami - strzał w 10! Przechowalnia sprzętu- nowoczesna i świetnie zlokalizowana, tuż przy wyjściu z hotelu, bez konieczności korzystania ze schodów. `Wyśmienite jedzenie, duży wybór posiłków dla dzieci. Bardzo pomocna obsługa! Łącznie z pomocą z pozostawioną walizką!

trasa na stok zabiera trochę czasu 20-30 min, ale hotel staje na wysokości zadania i zapewniał transport jeśli tego sobie życzyliśmy.

Das Personal war extrem freundlich, dass Essen herausragend, die Angebote für Kinder sehr gut und vielfältig. Die Ausstattung des Hotels war super: Es war alles da. Von Pony bis Pool blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist für die ganze Familie ein Erholungsort. Besser könnte es nicht sein. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es ist immer und überall sauber. Der Wellnessbereich einfach top. Das essen war einfach nur fanstastisch. Es waren die dritten Ferien in diesem Jahr und endlich auch die schönsten und erholsamsten des Jahres 2025 für uns. Wir werden das Hotel Kindl bestimmt im nächsten Jahr wieder besuchen. Danke dem ganzen Kindl Team ihr seid fantastisch!!!

Heerlijke week gehad met voor zowel de kinderen als de volwassenen veel leuke dingen. Hoogtepunten: de adults only sauna, het zwembad en de happy club. Ook een leuke speeltuin/kinderboerderij.

Super Hotel für Familien vor allem mit kleineren Kindern. Angenehmer warmer Poolbereich, sehr freundliches Personal. Vicky im Service ist ein Goldschatz! Sie übertrifft den Servicebereich nochmal um eine Stufe.

Die Preise an der Bar sind ein wenig überzogen. 2 Cola 15€, eine Pina Colada 17,40€. Das ist selbst für Österreich sehr teuer!

The perfect place to travel with children. Staff is very friendly, facilities are great, and there are loads of activities for the kids. At the same time, the place is beautiful, elegant, the spa is great and the food is very good. They offer shuttles to pick up guests from the airport and to take them to the glaciers to ski. I have been in this hotel twice with my husband and two children and plan on going back again next winter.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! There are plenty of activities available for both children and adults, which made our vacation unforgettable. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. We especially appreciated the kind gesture when, due to our own mistake, we booked a one-bedroom room instead of two — and the next day, the hotel upgraded us to a family suite completely free of charge! We were pleasantly surprised and very grateful. The highlight of our stay was the kids’ club — our children spent almost the entire day there and kept asking to return. Special thanks to the amazing childcare team — they are doing an outstanding job. We would love to come back again!

We enjoyed everything

We traveled with our 2-year-old granddaughter, so I booked this hotel. It completely exceeded all my expectations. There are plenty of attractions for such small children, but older children also have enough activities. The hotel operates a kindergarten with a babysitting service while parents can go skiing. Although we didn't use this service, we could also stay in the kindergarten with the child. Our granddaughter was thrilled. The children could ride tiny horses and feed animals, and the playground was opposite the hotel. Older children used, for example, the climbing wall and a water slide that measures your speed. I also liked the possibility of tapping drinks and coffee from the machine whenever we needed it. The empty ski bus left the hotel at 8:20 and 8:50, which we used with the older grandson. Another well-thought-out thing was the food. The lunch snack was from 12:00 with a children's lunch option, and for dinner, there were children's meals available from the buffet and on order – for example, schnitzel with fries. We often ski in the Stubai Valley, so I know what the other hotels offer. If you are traveling with very young children, choose this hotel :) It has no competition in the valley. Most hotels have a children's playroom somewhere in the basement; this hotel is really focused on children :) We all enjoyed this vacation.

Great place for vacation with kids

Spa, children’s club, swimming pool and mini water park, climbing, dinners and breakfasts. The staff is very responsive.

the food wasn’t great, in fact it was awful. we ended eating out although we had dinner included. For such an expensive stay, the food and drinks could have been 100 times better.

An awesome place for kids and to ski. We had a lovely time. The hotel is well equipped and perfect for kids. The owner is nice and the restaurant staff is trained well. We will come back for sure.

The kindergarden staff are not too friendly and most of them do not speak English.

Everything was perfect! The hotel exceeded all our expectations except one minor thing.

There isn’t a towel dryer in the room. We were lucky with the weather, and our entire holiday was full of sunshine! After a rainy day, it would have been a complete disaster. Even so, every day we wanted to wash and dry our swimsuits and ski underwear. The staff suggested sending our swimwear to the laundry to get it dried, but we felt misunderstood. It seems as though people there don’t dry their swimsuits.

The kids facilities were incredible and the area great.

Great layout and the apartment was in a separate building from the main hotel, which was good. Great facilities and plenty for the kids to do as well

Shame there isn’t an outdoor pool as the indoor one was quite small when busy and would of been great to swim outside in the lovely weather

The hotel is super! We have been there 2 times and will come again! The food is very delicious, a lot of things to do for children, the swimming pool is very nice, everything is very clean, people are very friendly and helpful! There are also a lot of things to do out of the hotel. Highly recommended!

We like there everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It is fantastic for families and children. The hotel has a wonderful spa area for adults, but also water slides for kids. The food was good and also adapted for the kids. The staff at the reception was very friendly and willing to help. There is also a baby club and the staff was great!

I love the view of our 2 bedrooms apartment . It’s peaceful and serene . About spa we didn’t use as much as swimming pool for kids and adult . There are many diversity and fun pools . Kids love a lot . Breakfast is quite plenty and delicious.

The outdated of elevator and self service to bring all the luggages to our own rooms . The elevator one is fixed and one was too small

The spa is amazing, unlimited options for kids to play and the kids club is really a great addition. Food is also excellent. The afternoon snacks are always well prepared. Outdoor activities and hiking options are beyond beautiful!
