Tam coc Newway Homestay

I recently stayed at this homestay for a few nights and I enjoyed my stay. My room was huge, with a big balcony and desk. Aircon worked perfectly, and fridge and kettle available too. It is located on the main road towards Tam Coc center and only 20 minutes walk away. Plenty of restaurants and shops just a few steps away. Friendly and helpful hosts too

All new and clean. Nice breakfast, the owner allow us to use the shower after long day even after check out and help us to get a motorbike

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. They even gave me a ride to the bus station last minute at a discounted rate. Super lovely people. The room itself did the job. It's very plain but the bed is comfy and the shower works. The aircon also worked. Bicycle rental available from the hotel - this is much needed as it's a 20 minute walk into town. I think you can also rent motorbikes but I only used bicycles.

The window didn't close fully. The lighting is a little clinical.

The hotel room was very nice and spacious with a nice balcony. What really made this place stand out was how friendly and helpful the hosts were. They organised tours for us as well as transport to the next location.

The location was good however about a 25 minute walk from the town.

The husband and wife that own this place are the nicest people you will ever meet! I was really unwell and they brought me ginger tea, Lipton tea and toast up to our room to make me feel better! They also went out on their bike to get us some bananas to help us feel better and this was all free of charge!! They even offered us to change rooms towards the back so it would be quieter away from the road! Honestly cannot recommend this place enough, the room is clean and comfortable and the hosts are just 10/10! We also checked in at 4am and they let us in and made our whole experience in Ninh binh the best it could possibly be!

Really good value for money ! We went for the most basic room so it was a bit outdated but for what we paid it was expected. It was pretty cold so they gave us a little heater which made it cosy. Staff are really friendly and helpful and bike rental was reasonably priced. They let us store our baggage until we left in the evening. Location was good !

Check-in was smooth and quick. We arrived at 4 am and the host managed the check-in really good

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to a fault. Room was modern, very clean and comfortable. Tasty breakfast available every morning.
