Atención y limpieza

Una muy buena atención del personal, buen desayuno, y lugar con buen confort.

La amabilidad y atención de Diana y Juan, la comodidad de las camas, el desayuno.

El sistema del ascensor hace su sonido normal, pero al estar muy cerca de las habitaciones, llega a resultar incómodo y más en la noche. Sugerimos que en un horario nocturno no se habilite el uso del ascensor.

La habitación que nos correspondió quedaba al lado del ascensor y realmente no tenía vista hacia el exterior. Adicionalmente el ascensor sonaba mucho y había mucho olor de aromatizante.

Excelente atención de parte de sus empleados, habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias.

Las habitación muy cómoda, la cama maravillosa, todo muy limpio, la presión del agua de la ducha genial, muy buen hotel muy moderno, sencillo, pero muy cómodo. La atención de todos fue excelente.

No fue facil acceder a una estacion de cafe. Los desayunos muy regular.

El desayuno bueno, pero es importante que lo varíen. Estuve tres días y Fuel el mismo Las instalaciones y habitaciones excelentes y muy asadas La atención de Diana excelente, que mujer tan preocupada y diligente. Sebastian igualmente excelente su atención.

La cama es muy comoda, la habitación estaba muy limpia y organizada. Muy cerca al lago. Desayuno decente que podria mejorar.

Al llegar nos cobraron un precio adicional al reservado en Booking, porque ese precio que muestra la plataforma no añade lo que ellos tienen que pagar en Booking por tener al hotel ahí. Uno escucha todo el ruido que haga la gente en los pasillos. Nuestra habitación tenía una ventana cubierta por una valla de publicidad, entonces no había luz natural en la habitación.

There is no elevator and 5 levels, we stayed on the 4th level below the dining area, the acoustic can be improved as there was loud music coming from the dining area and loud guests staying on the next rooms that made our stay uncomfortable

The staff at this location is one of the best. The manager and the hotel staff are super friendly, kind, understanding, flexible, and very helpful. Booking.com made a mistake on the pricing of the hotel for our stay which was actually way cheaper than the hotel would normally do, but the manager honored it because it was a mistake done on the Booking.com side and it needed to be discussed with them. So they get rave reviews just for that alone, I think many hotels would have forced us to pay more and if that was the case we would have left to find another hotel. But the manager didn't put up a fight and was completely understanding, professional, and sweet about it. 5 stars just for that smooth checkout interaction despite the huge error Booking.xcom made. I hope Booking.com gives them some perks for how well this situation was handeled. The included breakfast was simple but delicious, the cook was always on time in terms of when the food was ready. You need to inform the staff at least 20 mins before when you want your breakfast so it's fresh and hot. The room and beds were very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure too. We loved that there were blackout blinds too and a nice balcony. The staff also helped us with getting dinner delivered when there was a huge rain storm. The staff made sure it was easy to get our car in and out of the garage. The cleaning staff was great and they even made our beds and gave us fresh towels. Overall, they made our stay feel very welcome!

Just a few things to keep in mind but that didn't personally affect out stay. The hotels in that area do not have backup generators if a huge storm hits. The hotel had a 3 hour power outage. For us, we were calm and just relaxed in the dark chatting, but for others this may be a huge inconvenience especially if you need to work. I think for the original price of the hotel ($300,000+ cop per night) it should definitely have some type of battery for this occasion or at least be willing to give a discount cause it's a huge inconvenience. The hotel room we had did not have air conditioning and can get really humid, especially the bathroom. Luckily, we had the balcony and was able to leave the windows open which helped a lot but for the hotter seasons this could be super uncomfortable. The parking garage is small, and tight especially if the hotel is full. The staff were great at contacting the other guests who need to move their cars so that other cars can get out. But in the rare case, if the guests are not in the hotel and at a restaurant or shop nearby and didn't take the car, it could be an issue. Lastly, keep in mind that you are in the countryside. There is the occasional bug or beetle that we found sneaking into the hotel from outside. Again, it didn't bother us, but it’s something to keep in mind when leaving windows open etc.

Modern, comfortable rooms that are brand new. The location is off the main road a little, but is very close to the main attractions in Paipa and they have indoor parking for cars. The rooftop terrace wasn't finished yet, but when it is it will be a nice place to hang out.

There's no elevator, so difficult with small children. The showers need to be fixed as they spill water all over the bathroom. There's no food and beverage service in the hotel.
