Costando molto poco bisogna un po' stare alle regole dei proprietari che abitano al piano di sotto e che ad esempio ti dicono di togliere le scarpe. Ma sono comunque gentili.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Die gute Lage nahe am Flughafen, die schöne Aussicht, die Küche, die guten Betten, die gute Heizung. Die Vermietrin war über WhatsApp sehr gut zu erreichen und hat uns sehr freundlich bei der Ankunft alles gezeigt. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung zu einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Η οικοδεσποινα παρολο που ηταν ευγενικη μας επισυμανε πολλες φορες να κανουμε ησυχια απο την πρωτη στιγμη που φτασαμε.αυτο μας εφερε σε δυσκολη θεση καθως το σπιτι ειναι ξυλινο και ακουγονται ολοι οι θορυβοι.

Per nostra grande fortuna siamo riusciti ad ammirare dal cortile dell’abitazione lo spettacolo dell’Aurora Boreale. Appartamento pulito, spazioso e ben fornito.

La casa ha mura sottilissimi che lasciano passare ogni suono...noi sentivamo i passi e le porte sbattute delle persone sotto. Non è un problema in sé...solo che avevamo un volo alle 4 di notte e volevamo andare a letto presto il pomeriggio... ma nelle normali condizioni con orari più normali di sonno non è un problema.

Verdunkeln im Sommer kann verbessert werden durch dunklere Vorhänge. Die steile Stiege mit Gepäck ist etwas schwierig für mich gewesen

Reviewed Feb 24, 2025The close proximity to the bus line was very convenient. The bus runs until 11ish and comes about every 10 mins. The host was on site when we arrived, showed us around, and was helpful throughout the stay. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was perfect for what we were looking for.
Of note are two steep hills that you must walk down and up between the bus stop and the apartment. We visited in February, so it was quite icy and snowy. If you have mobility issues or anxiety about falling on ice, this is not the best location for you. Also, my friend and I got locked out after our northern lights bus tour. Another guest had locked the mud room door (which we used to get to the apartment), and we were not given a key to open this. At 3 am, after calling and knocking, the host thankfully heard us to let us in. Lastly, the freezer in the apartment was full of food (I’m assuming of the host’s) including a few whole fish fillets. At times, the fridge and kitchen smelled like fish as a result. And the washer and drier were inoperable.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2024We had a wonderful stay! Although we arrived after midnight, Olga was incredibly accommodating and made the check-in process seamless. Communication was easy, and she greeted us warmly upon our arrival. The room was spotless, with a lovely view. The location is great, with a bus stop conveniently nearby for easy access to the city. Olga lives on the first floor, and our room was on the second. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

Nothing, it was fantastic! Only thing to recommend is a key to the front door so we don’t have to wake anyone up if we arrive late at night :)
