Finding out how to operate stove top and oven

Great location to sports stadium for the purpose of our trip. Easy to find and good location to all shopping facilities.

Washing on line for the 5 days we were here plus the drier was full with laundry.

Had everything we needed, location was perfect and it was comfy and clean.

Only trouble was putting in the code every time we had to go inside, however, it was reassuring for safety reasons that it isn’t easy accessible.

Great place, very clean, comfortable beds. Owners allowed us to put our Motorbikes into the garage, which was great.we all loved our stay. Would book again, if are down in the Nelson area.

The apartment was roomy, clean and comfortable, with two stories and all facilities that i required including a washing machine and outdoor drying line. Off street parking was available at the door.

I couldn't find a cutting board but that was a minor issue, and wasn't sure if it was OK to park in the garage, which could have been clarified beforehand.

Modern, efficient design, easy parking, convenient location. 5 minute walk to a large Woolworths (UK Waitrose equivalent) Massive TV and good appliances in general. Owner was very helpful as the Booking.com entry instructions went astray and my arrival was delayed by storms. Very good value for money

Maybe I didn't look hard enough but I couldn't find an iron or ironing board. Also, as seems the national rental norm, no eggcups or teapot! Not job-stoppers however.

Small thing but some instruction on the use of the Entry system on the door would have saved us some time. We figured it out but we had to ask a neighbour.

Living room and TV, great Kitichen, good size of fridge.

Could not find hair dryer. Fence gate is broken, it would be better to get it fixed so there is a better sense of security.

Location was perfect, easy to get to, great parking. house is a great setup

Could do with a basic house instruction sheet, as all power points had been turned off at wall, so couldn't figure out how to work oven, found the clock had to be set for the oven to work.

Crumbs on the table .. needs to be vacuumed or the crack inthe table filled. Glad that boxes of new pillows arrived , which we put inside,as the old ones definitely needed to be replaced

Everything was exactly as described. So nice to end the day in a home, rather than just a room.

The property was amazing! A great end to our trip of the South Island and a good base for exploring the Abel Tasman and Farewell Spit. Very luxurious accommodation! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could be improved is to supply amenities such as tea & coffee, and oil, salt, and pepper for the cooking facilities.

Great layout. Excellent location for us.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Hard as and the pillows were either firm Bamboo/memory foam type ones or super thin nobly ones. Apart from beds this place was great.

Great accommodation

Infinity Dreams was a lovely, spacious apartment which was well equipped and close to supermarkets. After time on the road staying in standard motel rooms, it was lovely to have room to spread out for a few days with all the comforts of home....especially the coffee machine, which was the same as ours at home!

Great modern house, with plenty of appliances and everything you need for a home away from home. We are a family of 5 and there was so so so much space for the kids and us to kick back and relax. Very handy to the shops in Richmond and just a short drive to Nelson cbd. Will definitely stay again next time we come to Nelson.

Nicely appointed clean modern premises, well located, with handy parking.

Somewhat disappointed that the owners saw fit to leave food and shoes and clothing in the cupboards, and fridge. Not fussed with electronic key entry, and the fact that there was meant to be a dedicated key available..but couldn’t be found. For the value of the tariff charged, putting past their use by sheets and bedding is really a bad feature!…and should be addressed.

The upstairs bedroom was noisy when the bathroom extractor fan was on.

No undercover parking, number pad door lock was a bit of a challenge to work.

Lots of space in the house, huge comfy sofa, good kitchen ans bathrooms.

Nothing to report here! Only one night, so not somewhere we experienced much but very good!

The house is spacious, and good to have 2 bathrooms for a family.

The house was not cleaned when we arrived. There was still a dish in the microwave when we arrived, there was a cup on the ground on the terrace full of rain water, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived, the rubbish bin outside was full although we have been asked to push our rubbish in the bin, there was bed linen laying on the ground outside, there was a dead bird on the path leading to the backyard, there was some hair in the tub.

The property was amazing, beautifully set up and very comfortable

We were very disappointed when it was time to go to bed we discovered that the sheets stained and hadn’t been changed from the last client. We found the linen cupboard and clean sheets and had to make the beds up again. I am sure you would not be impressed if this happened to you after choosing this beautiful property to discover the rest of the house was spotless, whoever did the cleaning is not keeping the standards up.

Was a bit tricky to use the door but got there in the end.
