Wonderful Rustico in the heart of Gnosca. If you look for a place to relax and to calm down - this is a perfect destination for it. Everything is nicely arranged, well curated and with a lot of taste furnished. The kitchen includes all you need, the facility offers everything you need for a few days - even a washing machine! Very friendly couple and hope to meet them next time! The small balcony is lovely, the rooms and the kitchen very large and the check-in was uncomplicated with a key box! Thanks so much for this lovely place and looking forward to staying again here.

Ein top ausgebautes Rustico in einem schönen Tessinerdorf.. ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Etwas abseits, aber mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Das Rustico ist wunderschön renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es vermittelt eine warme Atmosphäre und überzeugt durch schöne Holz- und Steinelemente.

Erwähnung der recht steilen Treppe. Hat mich nicht gestört. Für ältere Personen wäre das wichtig zu wissen.

Bellissima casa in pietra ristrutturata da poco con grande cura sia nell’uso dei materiali (legno e pietra) sia nella gestione degli spazi e ricca di dettagli ricercati. Estremamente accogliente e confortevole. Posizione lontana da strade e fonti di rumore, il silenzio è rotto solo dal suono di una vicina cascata ai piedi della quale ci si può rinfrescare in pozze di acqua fresca. I proprietari abitano nella casa confinante, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Altamente raccomandata per chi cerca per qualche giorno un angolo di tranquillità lontano dal rumore e dallo stress.

Alles, sehr schön gelegen, super Ausstattung, sauber.

the property lacks sunlight. we were told we could have a late check-out through messages, but were then kicked out just at the regular check-out time, because the host had forgotten about the next booking. we were then in a massive rush and had to change all of our plans. could not deposit our luggage inside after that.

Die Lage ist ideal – man ist rasch in Bellinzona und am Lago Maggiore. Das Haus hat unglaublich viel Charme und ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Besitzer. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt, würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen.

Le logement est juste magnifique et idéalement situé au calme, avec la variété des paysages (rivière, montagne...) et le luxe du bus à proximité pour rejoindre la ville ainsi qu'une épicerie et un restaurant. L'arrivée et le départ autonomes sont très confortables et les hôtes sont aux petits soins et juste à côté si besoin.

Bon à savoir: les cloches sonnent à 6h30. Si vous avez besoin d'un équipement spécifique, mieux vaut s'assurer auprès des hôtes qu'ils en ont sur place au préalable (sachets de thé, presse-agrumes). Ces derniers sont très serviables et réactifs et se feront un plaisir de vous aider s'ils le peuvent !

Beautiful setting, Excellent architecture and beautiful inside. Everything you could want. Well equipped kitchen. Nice patio lookout.

Quite hot but could not open windows much as large hornets kept coming in and there was no bug screens. Someone hammering away for hours starting at 7am woke us up. Anticipated we would be well away from noise when we booked but it still was a beautiful setting.

Wunderschön renoviertes Rustico! An sehr ruhiger Lage. Das ganze Haus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail und viel Naturholz erneuert, modern ausgestattet, aber mit dem Charme des alten Stils. Die Verarbeitung von Naturholz zieht sich durch das ganze Haus durch, besonders das sehr schöne Bad hatte uns begeistert. Der kleine Balkon rundet das Ganze perfekt ab. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr schön eingerichtet, alles sehr urig. Der Ort ist etwas abgelegen, aber man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Bellinzona.

Leider hat sich niemand persönlich mit uns getroffen. Man würde wohl eine Gästekarte bekommen, mit der es einige Ermäßigungen z. B. bei Eintrittsgeldern oder Seilbahnen gibt, dazu liegt auch eine Broschüre auf. Leider wusste man davon nichts.

De locatie ligt superhandig voor als je op doorreis bent naar Italië. Je vindt er even alle rust. Het bed is zalig!!

Voor ons geen probleem, maar je moet wel even met je bagage sjouwen voor je er bent. De bewegwijzering is niet superduidelijk vanaf de parkeerplaats.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

We really liked the house and the way the owners renovated the old building keeping the charm, yet having a modern touch.. The bed is huge and comfortable, you have a possibility to have breakfast on terrace facing nature. It was so quiet and calm.

I really advice the owner to switch to cotton bed sheets, this is the only reason I did not chose 10. It's a pity to use polyester (I never had in any accomodation for years) in such a beautiful house when one can find cheap cotton options nowadays.

Very cute and beautiful property. We felt cozy and happy there.

Maybe some curtains/blinds in the bathroom would be good

Everything! This is the perfect place for a cozy, quiet time. Tastefully renovated with natural materials and warm colors. There's everything you would ever need. Clean, modern, welcoming. I could move and live there. Take care of this place, there aren't many around like this.

Soon it's going to hard to make a booking when it becomes popular ;)

The location is ideal, close to Bellinzona but quietly situated at the back of a pretty village at the foot of the mountains. You hear a river flow and see the vineyards and the locals bringing in grapes. The typical "rustico" building has been exquisitely renovated with modern amenities while keeping its original architecture. I rent my chalet in the alps, which I have also renovated, and I know what it takes to make people feel welcome. Also, I have stayed in many places over the last 40 years; this one is without any doubt at the top of my charts! Communication with the hosts is seamless and friendly. I cannot wait to go there again!

Nothing needs improvement, honestly.
