Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbracht. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, alles war sauber und ordentlich.

We stayed at this wonderful apartment for three nights, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. We were two families, consisting of 4 adults and 4 children, and the accommodation was perfect for us. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. The lounge was a cozy and inviting space, perfect for our evening chats and relaxation. Coffee was great, and the children were also very happy with the hot chocolate, and tea there.

New, modern, clean. Open and frienldy staff. Rooms are equipped Parking available 5 km to Ski Planai arena. It was good choice to stay there.

The area around would be nicer, if there were some trees, not only a parking lot.

This place is AMAZING! The apartment itself is really good - lovely decor, good sized bedrooms, nice hot shower and kitchen well equipped for simple ski cooking. The coffee machine and water in reception is a nice touch. Right next to HOFER makes it super convenient for picking up provisions. This really is a perfect choice for a ski holiday in Schladming

Just be aware it is 5 mins by car from Planai West and the ski bus isn't very regular from outside. Parking is free at Planai West if wanted to drive in or taxis are easy to order.

Amazing location, 5 minute drive from Planai station, great facilities and perfectly clean.

The ski depot room isn't heated, so we kept our ski boots in our rooms. It wasn't a hassle, just thought it was important to mention.

The covers were very thin to keep us warm.

Perfect accomodation choise. Location was very good for our trip as distance to gondolas was very close, its like 5mins to reach. Grocery store is right next to the appartment if you need anything. Rooms are good size with very comfortable beds, very clean and well furnished.

The apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped, the beds were comfortable, there were always enough parking spaces. The location next to Hofer and a few minutes from Planai West is very convenient. It was a great stay!

Smooth and quick check-in, modern, very new and clean apartment close to the ski slopes. We loved the lobby with the coffee machine. Everything was perfect.

I would never say that 3 star appartment i would giv review 10points. Appartment are great location. Very comfortable. You have botle of water, kinder bueno, proseco, pringels, every day coffee and watter downstair for free!!! Seriously?! Even 5stars hotel dosent giv you anything. Very well equipt kitchen. It is new place. Parking perfectly infront alot of space there. Honestly booking.com need to really start to rate places corectly. I was 5star apartment in Dubai 3weeks ago and it was terrybl place. I was worry here but omg what a place. Price fair anought. Modern.

Only that need to put more big towels for 3 days. Only 2 big for 2 people not anought. But i think if you uskd lady on the phone they will giv you. And also the trash get full quickly but we dont know where to put them. Shame there is no sauna 😄 it would be 10stars appartment.

It just was a perfect stay 5 min away from schladming west ski lift. Great too rooms and kitchen all very clean, shop round the corner, parking right in front. We enjoyed a launch room and fitness as well. All was fantastic.

Nice lobby with free coffee and cacao anytime you want. Comfy beds, clean bathroom. Kitchen part of the apartment is not and it is not suited for big cooking, but if you want to cook basic food, it is more than good enough. Large balcony.

The only small detail that we missed was a vacuum cleaner or something we could clean the kitchen floor with.

Very nice. Good design of the apartment. I like the possibility to get a free coffee from the lobby. And the were welcome sweets and chips in the apartment. What gives an extra plus.

Five minutes by car to the ski slopes, comfortable bed, everything in the kitchen, excellent choice 😊

The apartment was very clean. It’s new and modern. There is a coffee corner downstairs where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea.

Great place and very clean apartment.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, toilet and bathroom are separate. Bedrooms furnished with specious wardrobe and small desk. Bed wide and comfortable. TV with options to log in into Netflix. There is coffee maker in the kitchen but if you run out of capsules there is professional coffee machine in the lobby you can use whatever requires. Welcome bottle of wine and snacks made very nice impressions for the start. We came for skiing and the hotel is well positioned to access nearby resorts by car parked in front of the hotel or skibus.

It is hard to find something negative, the road was on the other side so the room was quiet. Perhaps owners can consider some additional rails for towels, but it’s more as suggestion not a negative point.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. Super helpful, friendly staff (Barbara is amazing!), modern, well equipped, cosy and quiet rooms; plus many benefits - coffee, cacao, tea, water as compliments almost all day long, sommercard included if you stay for few nights which gives cable cars to mountains, entrances to some visiting sights, swimming pools fo free.. it was really a perfect stay ❤️

Good location. Although close to the main street, but there was no noise in the evening (well soundproofed). Shopping immediately nearby (Hofer, Penny). Cable car station Planai West is 1700 m away by car. The main square of Schladming is 2,5 km (cca 30 min) away on foot - via Salzburgerstrasse (sidewalk and lighting all along), so a pleasant walk. The building is new, very nice furnished. On the ground floor, right at the entrance, there is a seating area where you can enjoy your time with a small refreshment (coffee maschine for free). You can also have here a great buffet breakfast (15EUR). Board games are also available. Ski storage room is on the ground floor, also with boot dryer. Parking in front of building with enought places. Appartment has bathroom with separated WC, separated bedrooms, equiped kitchen (refridgerator with freezer, 2 hotplate, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary disches). Drugstore needs are available. Hall with a sitting area is smaller, but sufficient for 4 people. Bedrooms are spacious, with TV, large wardrobes, and with entrance to the balcony. I Appreciatte very well willingness and helpfulness of the hosts. Thank you Bernadette and Nine. We enjoyed our stay very well and we would love to come back again.

Location is great, house is completely new, very clean, but most unforgettable were hosts Nine and Bernadette, we felt like we are friends from long ago! They are friendly and extremely kind, trying everything they can so we would feel like home.

Brand new facility, equipped in everything you may need for relaxing stay, very close to skiing areas. On top of that exceptional hospitality of the hosts and their willingness to help the guests enjoying the stay.
