Lovely apartment, perfect for a family stay as it has 3 bedrooms. Very nice, clean, good location. You have a few restaurants nearby, an ice cream place for children across the road and a playground. Very friendly owners that are clearly taking a good care of the property.

Fantastic appartement with 3 bedrooms, living and kitchen - also 2 balcony’s. Everything was super clean and it had everything you needed. Great communication with the host. And bikes available. Also: great location; close to the shopping center and the woods.

The apartment had really cool decorations and overall seemed really nice. A parking space right at the apartment. A nice park right across the street. 2 nice balconies. Loved the stay!

Wonderful 3-bed apartment with two balcony's and all the modern conveniences. Free Parking except Friday and Saturday and only charges from 11-14:00 on those days. Across from a nice park.

No central heating in early-May. Very steep access stairs (you need to be fit).

The apartment is lovely situated across a little park and at walking distance of a supermarket and the center of Apeldoorn. It is spacious with 3 separate 2-pers. bedrooms and 2 terraces. In effect it's a regular appartment with all amenities one has at home. Ellis is a host that has put a lot of love and detail in this place and it shows. The moment you step in you feel at home.

The fact I only booked one night 😄. Really, there is nothing to say here. Well, OK in comparison of it all, the toilet is a bit small - but that's splitting hairs!!😉

The place location is exceptional in terms of nature, neighbourhood and logistics to the centre and/or Apeldoorn train station as well as Apenheul zoo. We loved the stay, each of us had a comfortable bed in their respective bedroom and a very nice and cozy living room with dining space we could share and spend evenings in. Cooking in the kitchen was easy and smooth, there is everything you need (and more). We definitely recommend and would love to come back someday!

Spacious and beautiful. Very comfortable

This place is cozy and has a separate entrance. There is a nice 360-degree view of the surrounding area, also additionally you have a balcony and outside terrace with tables and chairs. Close by is a nice park with a lake in between it. Public transport to the city center is close by (1st and 12th Busses). If you love wine, then it is possible to purchase it and not have to worry about delivery, wine is already there in the room, just have to leave cash for it in a special mailbox.

As a programmer and I use my PCs a lot for private and work purposes, the lack of a good internet connection was a pain, so I had to use my mobile internet. I would advise for wifi repeater or dedicated router for the apartment. Well, this is my personal preference, but I don't like these light switches combined with electric outlets, as the switch is small and somehow doesn't feel safe. The last thing which cannot be changed is that there is a steep staircase to the second floor, I had lots of luggage and didn't feel safe taking them down in one go :D

The cleanliness, the hostess, the apartment was well equipped, bikes were available, good transport to the centre and the train station.

The internet was quite unstable.

It was my second stay at Ellie’s house. I was traveling with two friends we all got our own room since the house has three of them. Such a lovely, comfortable and welcoming stay. The fact that it’s possible to ride the bikes that are in the property made stay even more enjoyable and unique. Next time that i’m in Apeldoorn i’ll check for this amazing place.

We had a lovely time at Knuzz&brocante. Apartment is spacious and had everything necessary for comfortable stay. 3 separate bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom and a terrace and a balcony. Personally loved the blackout curtains in bedrooms that insured a good sleep. Location as well worked very well for us - supermarket a few minutes walk from the house, green park right across the street. Owners offered to rent the bicycles that we used a lot to explore the town. Overall the property let us have a great holidays.

Liked everything.

Spacious, clean, nicely decorated and great views. Nice big kitchen, living room and bathroom and furnished balconies we didn’t make any use of.

Only my bed was pretty warm but with duvet cover off it was better. Bed is cosy double; for 2 adults would’ve been bit tight perhaps.
